1:14 Be sure to hit the like or rumble button and comment to tell us where you're holding the line. That's right, folks, man. And we have got some more episode for you today. I have got a guest that you guys are not going to believe. Her name is Carol Lynn Morgan. She is the mother of six children that has been battling an alleged corrupt family court system in Trummel County, Ohio, for over a decade.

1:51 One day with family friends of support, she decided to divorce her now ex-husband. After enduring almost 20 years of living in an abusive marriage, she was almost murdered by her ex-spouse. And it appears that as long as she's been in the family court system, they have done everything possible to cover up and do anything that they can to prevent the best interest of the children from being in the shade of light so that people can see it.

2:25 Children living with their abuser to the point where they have suffered even death. Yes, that is right, folks. Unfortunately, Lynn has had a child actually pass away all while living with the ex-spouse. Lynn's efforts to shine light on the courts have resulted in a padre of corruption and cover-ups by the court's personnel. The guardian of light I'm here you're going to hear about. You're going to hear about the judge that's 87 years old that's hanging onto the case like a dog with his last bone.

2:57 What is he afraid of? Well, let's bring Lynn in and let's find out. We have Lynn joining us along with Jeff, her family law attorney. And we also have Paul Tallini, who is a litigation helper. And of course, my mother and co-host, Pamela Reeves. Thank you all for joining me today, everyone. And let's get to the bottom of this because Lynn, we've even had a lot of trouble getting you even here.

3:28 And everybody's wanting to hear your story. and Jeff, we only have him for a few more moments before he has, he's going to have to depart and go on to some of his other clients and other calls. But Lynn, we're very grateful that you're here today with us. Thank you. Thank you for having me. So Lynn, start out by telling us, you know, what's actually happened in your case, what you've gone through. And first of all, I want to say I am truly sorry that you've had an issue altogether with anything that's occurred with your children.

4:04 And there's nothing, you know, to even to even say when it comes to the passing of a child. So I'm deeply sorry. And please accept my condolences. And I know my audience's condolences as well. Thank you very much. Thank you. And I want to commend you for coming forward to tell the story. And just what are we all missing? Tell us about your case. Tell us how this all started and the tragedy had unfolded.

4:38 Yes. To begin with, I would like to say that there is a poison and a danger to all families in the United States and several other countries. Family court judges have gone against the Constitution and have made up their own legislation and their own laws from the bench, which is particularly at this time targeting good mothers and their children. After many years of suffering in a marriage that was full of domestic violence, toxic, violent behavior against me and my children, my eldest daughter helped me to come to the realization that either I get out now or I will be killed.

5:24 I went to Trumbull County, where I lived at the time, to file for a divorce. The clerk of courts and the court schedule, she's an assistant. She schedules for the hearings. She talked me into filing a dissolution instead of a divorce. The reason why is a dissolution can always be converted to a divorce. A divorce cannot be converted to a dissolution.

5:55 So if you file a dissolution, they can start playing the case and drag your case out while they are converting it to a divorce. They stretch it out for years and years and years. Your case remains on the docket. If you look at the first… I'm sorry. Go ahead. If you look at the very first document in my court case, it shows that my case was put on a special judges project.

6:29 That special judges project brings a windfall of state and federal dollars, cash, that isn't even accounted for by the Ohio Supreme Court. So when they put you on a special judge's project, they're making literally hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not more, off of these cases. You'll notice also two pages over that my birth certificate was retrieved from Columbus, Ohio.

7:01 Vital statistics, the court had requested my birth certificate. With that, they pulled bonds and securities unlawfully. And they use that for their monetary purposes. And it's emoluments violations is what it is. And it is also a violation of the Hobbs Act. So now I have a dissolution that was fully granted and a separation agreement that was fully incorporated.

7:32 It was a done deal. It's a meeting of the minds. We both agreed on the terms of the contract. They were the ex-husband's terms. I agreed upon them. He did not want the children because he didn't want to have to pay for child care. Even if we had 50-50 custody, he would have to pay child care for that time that he had them. He didn't want that. So he said, leave the children with the mother. Then I never got the child support and the agreed upon monthly amount.

8:04 So I had to then take the court and I had to ask for enforcement. Two weeks after I got the dissolution and separation agreement fully granted, the ex-spouse hunted me down and stalked me to where I was picking up my daughter from her work in the county where I live now and actually a few streets over from my current home.

8:35 he was armed with a machete. The police report is very clear. We had a standoff with Sassia where he was armed with a machete. He was arrested. When he got out on bond the very next day, he ended up at my house threatening me to dismiss all the charges or he was going to take my life and my children's life. He came upon me twice more while I was out with the children and had a knife

9:06 under his arm and another one under the windshield wipers of his car so that the police, if they searched the car, they wouldn't find that. I got a protection order out of Mahoning County for five years. That was the first five-year protection order. After I got that protection order, Lebby Sassia, the ex-husband, went into Trumbull County and the clerk of courts handed him four phone numbers and he chose David Boker. David E. Boker is married to the longtime

9:38 judge Pamela Runtala, who has recently retired. But for 25 years, husband and wife were using two different last names, working in the same court side by side. And she's the administrative judge. Anything he would do would have to go through her. So you have David Boker, Pamela Rentala running a scam on the families in Trumbull County. I was a targeted parent because they felt this is a stay-at-home mom. She's got six kids. She wouldn't know anything about what the laws are.

10:11 So the sham legal process was easier to set as a cloud over me. It came about that in June 13. I want to I want to interrupt you really quick and only because your family law attorney is going to have to depart to go on another call. And so how did you involve Jeff and how did you know, how did as the case started to progress? Can you introduce Jeff and tell a little bit more about your relationship with him and when you realized the case was really, really corrupt?

10:48 Yes, ma'am. I lived most of my life in Miami, Florida, and Jeffrey Kramer is my attorney of record there. I am planning to move back, and I have known attorney Kramer for at least 30-some years, and I had reached out to him in a most desperate point, not for legal help because, of course, he's a Florida attorney, but I wanted him to know about my case and what they were doing to me. And I just wanted him to

11:22 hear me and understand that this is what is going on. And I believe I needed comfort from a friend that knows what the law is. I'll jump in at this point. Thank you, Christine. Thank you, Lynn. I've reviewed and been a part of Lynn's ongoing problems. And although I'm not allowed to practice law in Ohio, I have reviewed the documents and I have three major questions

12:00 that get to the heart of the case. The first question is, how can the courts, after a thorough review and appointment of guardian ad litems, etc., allow the children to be living and to continue to live with an abuser? The second question is, how can the sitting judge continue to work on this case when by all scrutiny he should have been recused

12:39 long ago? And the third question is, how does Lynn have the strength and the perseverance to endure the abuse that she's received over the years by all the court personnel and still continue to function? Yeah, Jeff, that's exactly the question that I had kind of asked myself in terms of, you know, how did this happen and how could she manage to move forward when she started telling me

13:16 about representing herself and then about some of the other documents that she's going to bring up. So I know that you've got to jump off. And I just want to thank you for being on and even, you know, reviewing the case, because many times, you know, when when people come forward with things like this, it's so drastic that it sounds like this can't really be. But we have an attorney like yourself that's actually able to review it and it doesn't make sense to you, then we know we've got a problem. And it's not overwhelming. It's an overwhelming

13:50 and decades-long nightmare. And I wish Lynn the best and hope that she's able to persevere and wake up from this. And I thank you for having me on. Best of luck to all of you. Thank you very much, Jeff. Thank you. Thank you, Attorney Kramer. Thank you. Nice to meet you. So, Lynn, please continue. I just wanted to make sure that, you know, the audience got a chance to hear from an actual attorney because the case and what you're about to go through is, you know, even I ask you,

14:24 you know, had you had an attorney or anyone else review this case because it is so drastic and it's a lot to take on on your own. And I don't see how you've had the strength to persevere over what you have. And I want to thank you in advance for not only being here, but also even Lynn was having connectivity issues. So it's taken over an hour for us to actually clear her phone. And you're going to hear some of the things of what they've tried to do to silence her,

14:55 because she's driven to a library. She's gotten a librarian to help her get a blocker off of her phone that kept appearing when she was trying to get on at home. So we do thank Attorney Kramer for being on and even reviewing your case. And Paul, I want to thank you for sitting in and everybody, even my mom, because it is a thing where there are many times they want to silence us and they want to silence us by making things difficult, hard.

15:28 I've never, Lynn, I've never had to work so hard to get anyone on for an interview. I want you to know that. Yes, ma'am. And we're going to continue with this. It's, you know, it's frustrating for you. And guess what? But we all know that we're not going to let them win. So please continue on. I just wanted to make sure that everybody did get to hear from Jeff Kramer. and we appreciate him hanging in here with us in order to even, you know, give his testimony of what he has seen within the case, even though he's not able to legally represent you.

15:59 Yes, absolutely. Thank you. So continuing on, I did early on have an attorney, Mark Verklin. He was supposed to get the protection order. He was very lazy. I got the protection order by myself. So I had found out that there was a motion to completely dismiss my entire protection order, dissolution, separation agreement.

16:33 My attorney said absolutely not. It's a contract. It must be treated as such. It is a meeting of the minds. It's done. It's over. There's no do-overs. So Mr. Saucyed's attorney, David Boker, on June 13, 2012, without a hearing, without witnesses, no trial, no testimony, no recordation of any event to court. There is a handwritten journal entry by Anthony Nadal, a magistrate.

17:04 Magistrate Anthony Nadal hand wrote a court order. He did not even sign his own court order. There is a felony forgery of my attorney's signature in the place where his signature should be. So David Boker signed the fraudulent order. The magistrate did not sign it. They had a judge just gloss over it and sign it. That judge was out the door anyway because Judge James allowed two parents to go into children's services in Trumbull County

17:39 and raped a two-year-old child. Anybody can Google it. You can see the judge's name. He was on his way out the door. So he went ahead and signed this fraudulent order as a favor. But the magistrate's name must be on the order that he wrote. And my attorney's signature must be on that journal entry. If a journal entry is an agreement of what's to happen in the future, Of course, a valid attorney signature would be required on that.

18:10 The magistrate, Mr. Sassia, ex-husband, and David Boker knew that. So they forged my attorney signature on that court document. I was unaware. I never got noticed to come to court. Nobody went to court. They did a backroom deal and forged my attorney signature. So now we had to go back to court on October 3 and have this all rehashed again. But how do you vacate and dismantle a dissolution and violate the Constitution?

18:45 Article 4, Section 5B says that the contracts cannot be abridged or infringed upon. In the case of Morris v. Morris, Ohio Supreme Court case, it says that you cannot vacate or modify a dissolution because then you would reinstate the marriage. So what had happened is after Sasya came after me with knives twice more, I did get remarried. I remarried to my daughter's boss at her work for my safety.

19:15 I was afraid. I wasn't thinking. I just wanted to live. And I had four young children with me. I had no idea what would happen. So I was actually looking for protection of a marriage, a job because he owned the restaurant. I was trying to live. So I did get remarried. When they vacated the dissolution and separation agreement, it made me married back to two men at the same time. So I was court ordered into a polygamist relationship and I was made fun of by the magistrate and David Boker that now I am a bigamist.

19:55 They thought that was funny to make me married to two men at the same time. Then they allowed Lebby Sassia to convert the dissolution that was fraudulently vacated into a divorce and still did not give me my rights to the separation agreement. So you can look up the appellate court case 2013-T-0084. It's a July 28, 2014 decision in Sassia v. Morgan.

20:26 that case, which I believe you have a copy of, the appellate court said that Mr. Sassi is not entitled to summary judgment and our contract is protected, constitutionally protected. The separation agreement is a contract. It must be treated as such and all of the terms are valid. So when I try to take the matter back before the court and at the same time going to the post and trying to contact the prosecutor's office in Trumbull County, I found out that

21:02 David Boker is not only an attorney working in his wife's court, but he's also the chief prosecutor over child support matters in Trumbull County, and he's his own notary. So he would notarize documents that he created himself, present them to the court where his wife would rule over them because she's the administrative judge. Again, anything he would do would have to go through her. So now you have the fact that he's chief prosecutor over child

21:36 support matters as well. David Volker prevented me from getting the agreed upon child support amount every month. I wasn't getting anything at all. And then they dropped it by less than half. and I've got four children out on my own. The house that I paid for, I'm out in the street now. So I was living in Motel 6, trying to get a job, trying to find my way. And I have a man that's repeatedly coming after me, stalking me, and trying to kill me.

22:07 The protection order that I got clearly states, and the second one, I have two five-year protection orders, states that he tried to kill me with a machete. He is found to have committed child abuse against my nine-year-old son. He broke into my home and attacked me while I was in my own shower in the process of raping me while my children were pulling him off of me. This man has caused me so much extreme emotional and mental distress that it came to a point where I was literally crying and circling in my living room.

22:42 and I told myself, you cannot, you cannot let this get to your brain. If you do, you're done. You got to stand up, girl. You got to fight with all you have and you have to expose these people for what they are. So while I'm trying to expose them, the prosecutor's office will not talk to me. The DA's office in Trumbull County will not talk to me. I went to the FBI in Boardman, Ohio, and I spoke to Agent Hayes, Agent Hayes.

23:14 When I told him the names of these people, he told me, Ms. Morgan, the names you're throwing out there, you do realize I know these people. Some of them are my friend. At that point, I realized the FBI was not going to do anything about the felony forgery and the fraud and the corruption going on in Trumbull County. so as i tried more to reach out to any avenue to get any help my attorney actually i found out was

23:46 actually working for the other side and that's what they do they take all your money and they either abandon you or they start working with the other side then they abandon you when you figure it out so going back to just for a minute just to reiterate something here when you Before you found out about the fraudulent signature where they undid everything that had already been done, how was everything going with you and your kids? You had custody of them, right?

24:16 Yes, I had full custody of my children for over six years. They were all honor students. Every report card every year, they went to Robinwood Elementary right across the street from where I live. I walked them to school every morning. They had a hot breakfast. I even warmed up their clothes in the dryer in the wintertime to walk them over to school. I made their lunches handmade. I was really hands-on mom. We did school projects together. We went over homework together. I even made a study center in the basement.

24:49 And the children slept peacefully. They were happy. My children didn't have phones and appliances and everything. What I'm talking about is the court itself, they were on your side, the police department, they issued the protective order. They did everything prior to you exposing the fraud that happened in the case.

25:20 And once you exposed the fraud in the case, it seems like the entire court personnel suddenly turned on you. Is that a correct assumption? Yes, sir, because I did have full custody. The children were happy. They never spoke of suicide like they are now. So when I started exposing the fraud and the corruption, I got the second protection order from Mahoning County. two weeks after I got the protection order, I was called into Trumbull County on three

25:55 phony motions of contempt for this parental alienation. And the, the, the. So he was trying to say that you were, was he, was your ex trying to say that you were alienating him from the children's lives? Is that the case? By getting the protection order? Yes. And if you see the documents there, when the father was arrested for punching my son in the face in Sam's Club with witnesses, and they testified, the bond provision of the father's arrest said to stay away from the child

26:29 and the child's immediate family, which is normal. Then even Trumbull County Magistrate Raymond DeLost suspended father's visitation on September 13. So that's not me taking his visits. The father was on supervised visits and the National Child Abuse Registry the day he got custody. And how that happened, I'll run it to you real quick. I was hauled into Trumbull County on these three phony motions of contempt.

27:00 Not one, not two, but three. They completely withdrew and dismissed all three even before the hearing took place. So I'm called in. It says only for a motion for contempt. There ends up to be three. Then they withdraw them and automatically dismiss them. Under rule, civil rule 41, that's an adjudication. If you have someone withdrawing their complaint and the court dismisses it, the court has no further jurisdiction to continue anything, especially that no new allegations were filed.

27:39 nothing was filed new in the court. So they dismissed their three phony motions of contempt because they didn't even believe their own crap. So it's now fully dismissed. I'm supposed to walk out the door and we're done. But they didn't do that. I turned on my phone because I didn't see the recording box going. And I recorded them trying to coerce me under duress to dismiss my protection order and signed documents without an attorney present after they already dismissed

28:12 everything against me. Now they want me to dismiss my protection order and sign their documents. And when I refused, the magistrate came down off the bench and shook his fist. He said, you're coming close. You're coming close. And I said, what are you going to punch me now in the courtroom? He said, I'm calling up the deputy. So the deputy comes up, drags me out of the courtroom, down the stairs and slap punched me through the front doors of the family court building and told me i wasn't allowed back then they started calling people to come in and they had

28:47 a full day custody trial in my absence simply kidding right hey wait they they had a trial without you because they said you weren't allowed in the court for doing that 2017 had a full day custody trial. It's not even listed on the docket as occurring. Wow. But all of this because of what? Did they prosecute you for something? Did they take you in? Did they arrest you? No. So they didn't arrest you. They just told you you weren't allowed in a court hearing that you

29:21 were supposedly a part of for your children. Absolutely. Yes. In fact, it was only set for a motion for contempt. There is, if you look at the docket, June 9, motion for contempt. It doesn't say anything about a custody trial whatsoever. They thought that they would manipulate me, coerce me under duress. I would dismiss my protection order and then leave myself open again. See, if you have a protection order, that's a serious thing. All of the things are listed on there that he did. And we had witnesses and fully proven two judges signed off on that protection

29:58 order in Mahoning County. Now, Trumbull County wants me to dismiss it. And when I said no, okay, kick her out of here. We're going to hold this mock custody trial. We're going to give her abuser the custody. So I was kicked out now, not allowed to come back to the court. I got a call a couple days before June 29 to tell me to come in and tell my side of the story. And how they did it, they were colluding together on pages 260 to 269 of the transcripts. It shows how they were

30:35 planning to shut me up and not even allowing me to appear, first of all. Then they said, well, it's a burden, but we have to have her here. And then they said, do not let her see the guardian ad litem's report because then she'll have a potential knowing. Those words are in the transcripts, okay? So now I come back on May 29, and the magistrate said, I'm going to ask you questions. You're going to answer them. That will be your testimony with the same sheriff lady with

31:07 her hand on the gun right behind me. So I said, okay, I'll answer your questions. When I tried to introduce a document which is the protection order into the court the magistrate told me you don't have to say anything don't talk you're winning you're winning in your claim so I stayed silent I didn't want to lose my kids I didn't want to get shot or put in jail that's how they threaten you they have the sheriff right behind you with the hands on the gun now we leave court that

31:38 day and I find out two weeks later the father gets custody of the children and it's a it's a mind-boggling shock to everyone my sister my mom my dad my family in Miami my friends everyone they couldn't believe it I have no criminal history whatsoever I've never done a drug a day in my life never drank alcohol ever I've never abused or harmed anyone especially not my children I had them for over like six and a half years in my custody. No spot, no involvement with CPS.

32:13 Nobody came to my door saying, Ms. Morgan, you did so and so. Nothing. There's nothing against me. So how do they give this abuser custody? It's all about the money. When you pay and you manipulate the case by felony forgery and you've got state and federal money coming in, that's a violation of the Hobbs Act, first of all. Second of all, that's emoluments violations and violations of bonds and securities. This is a sham legal process that is happening all over the United States and

32:47 several other countries. People are afraid to come forward. They're afraid to come and tell the truth because they're holding your children. These are kidnappers. These are not judges and lawyers. They are kidnappers and pirates. They take your children. Even CPS does this. They take children from good, loving parents and hold them. Here they are. You want them? You got to pay for them to get them back. That's what they're doing. And if you Google right now, mothers who lose

33:19 custody after reporting abuse, my case is part of those studies. I worked with Joan Meyer. Joan Meyer was the head of the legal clinic, the law clinic at George Washington University. And she sent me an email asking me if she could use my case to teach her law class. I said, absolutely. There is another lawyer who is teaching at the Cleveland Western Reserve, the Case Western Reserve. They also use my case in their law class. This is the most absurd,

33:51 bizarre case. So when I take my case to the appellate court and the attorney said, well, I'm going to tell the Supreme Court about the felony forgery. I'm going to tell the appellate court. He gets in there. He doesn't talk about the felony forgery at all in the first appeal. And I asked him, why didn't you tell them? He told me that the Supreme Court disciplinary counsel threatened him that if he spoke about the felony forgery, that they would put him in jail

34:22 and he would lose his license. They told him to shut up about it. It never happened. There were other attorneys that had sent, like Paul Kahn. He had contacted the disciplinary counsel. Nothing ever came of it. Paul Kahn wouldn't speak to me anymore. So here we have an appellate court that's already ruled for me, even though they didn't know about the felony forgery. Once I started digging and finding out what they were doing in my case with the fraud and the corruption and the forgery and the constitutional violative behavior,

34:59 okay, the more I tried to expose it, the more they were attacking me, and the more the ex-spouse was breaking into my home and attacking me, and all of these attacks were coming from everywhere to make me shut up and go away. But I wouldn't do that, and I won't do that. They have taken, the Trumbull County Family Court in Warren, Ohio, has taken my sons and daughters and placed them in the hands of their abuser as retaliation and a punishment.

35:32 So then when I… Glenn, he's never ever been ordered to go to, like, anger management or to address abusive behavior. I mean, we've seen the papers, the photos the police took of the bite marks on the children, right? And that alone, he should have went to jail. Absolutely. He should have been walking around in the street. Right. Obviously, he was sent to anger management.

36:03 He was sent to anger management. Multiple times he was ordered to counseling, to anger management, to marriage counseling. We've been through that multiple multiple times. He ends up snowing the people. I don't belong here I don't need to be here. He'll talk to the women real sweet. Oh, you got a nice blouse on I love the buttons on your sweater. She'll sign okay. He's good enough He's good to go and then the abuse starts all over again. It is a complete cycle If you look at 12 o'clock, he's normal happy

36:35 Loving giving 205 he starts getting angry not sleeping 1215 starts hitting the dog and kicking the dog in the face and throwing the dog in the backyard then it's on the children then he beats the living crap out of me then he's sorry he has to go to anger management and he starts all over again it's just a complete cycle all the time with these people they are truly narcissistic abusers and the courts cater to them because they know that's where the money is. What are you going to get

37:09 out of a mom that has six kids, no job, beaten to death, trying to survive? What are you going to get out of her? You're not going to get anything but state and federal money. They're not there to get anything out of you. They're there to protect you. That's what taxpayers believe, that the court systems are set up to protect those who are abused or who are victims. And it's unfortunate that in this specific case that they failed and they did it on such a grand scale. They were just in the news about a month

37:46 and a half ago where a judge was convicted because he was selling children to a private prison. OK, so the children are abused and they fall into a cycle. Your kids right now are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome is what they call it. And Patty Hearst, as Jeff had mentioned when we were discussing this prior, suffered from the same syndrome. OK, now they want to protect the abuser because they're afraid if they don't, they're going to be abused again.

38:21 and the thing that we discussed earlier too was what was in the best interest of these the children because you would think the family court that's where it's supposed to be who what's in the best interest of these kids where should they be where are they going to be protected and out of harm's way it's not with the abuser no okay the abuser is not going to stop and change his behavior. He's going to do it. And he's proven it because he's look at what he

38:55 does when your older kids talk crazy about you and they disrespect you. Right. He pays the money. He gives them money. You know, oh, great. He laughs at it because they'll say something degrading to their mom. Well, that's a that's a form of abuse, too. And it's certainly showing that he has not changed. He has not learned his lesson. Okay. And as the kids get older, what they're going to do is they're going to, your daughter's going to think it's okay to be abused and your boys are

39:28 going to think it's okay to abuse women. And it's a suspicious cycle that has to be broken. And what this court is doing, it's enhancing this bad behavior for money. They're getting paid. There's no question they're corrupt. Listen, what they did, as soon as that signature was forged, it was the seed and everything happened after that was what they call the poisonous seed syndrome. So all the fruits that were derived from that poisonous seed are no good.

40:04 It's a Fourth Amendment. Fruit of the Poisonous Tree violation. Exactly. And what they should be doing is undoing this case. And unfortunately, they're not going to do it until they have a complete rehab of everything that's going on. And the only way to do that is to start following the money and start locking these people up. Absolutely. Because they're corrupt and they're just getting away with murder.

40:36 and they're creating victims for the future. You know, they just do it. This is sickening. Everybody about your case is really taken aback by it. It's they can't believe it. If we even just look at what the children have said. Right. So, I mean, I haven't gone through, you know, all of Lynn's dockets or anything. Pretty much, you know, what I'm even showing on the screen are some of them. I've just like had a chance to review for the first time. so on monday april the 30th at 4 36 p.m bci special agent john serrera contacted the bhpd

41:14 with the possible gps location of three quote endangered children and their mother so evidently someone had called in it's my understanding evidently somebody called in saying that they were endangered and their mother carol morgan morgan had an active felony arrest warrant with the Trummell County Sheriff's Office. Moreover, he requested the BHPD check the area of Double Royalton Road near Seneca Boulevard for a black 2003 GMC envoy. I responded to the area. This is

41:50 coming from the officer. I responded to the area and located that vehicle in the driveway of 1601 Royalton Road. I knocked on the door and spoke momentarily with the resident at the address. a short time thereafter morgan and her three children came out to speak with me morgan um spoke incessantly about her ongoing troubles with her ex-husband her children's father she also um furnished various legal documents valid valid cpo as well as photographs of injuries which she alleged her children sustained at the hands of their father i spoke with i spoke with

42:25 the following the three children and all three seemed to be well-fed healthy clean and unharmed they did not appear to be in any danger moreover each seemed to be extremely close to their mother when asked the three children all wanted to remain with their mother instead of living or staying with their father moreover the children alleged that their father has been physically and verbally abusive to them and their mother in the past these acts included biting grabbing and hitting After I received the confirmation of the warrant, I took Morgan into custody and returned her to the police detention center for processing.

43:04 Assisting officers transported the three children back to await their father. The children cried nonstop during the transport and while at the police department. I provided them with refreshments and television to pass the time. They were eventually released to their father's custody. Morgan sequentially signed the Ohio Interaccountability Transportation Waiver and was turned over to Tremel County Sheriff's Office. Why did these officers give, I mean, what can't we see here?

43:36 You know, if the children are telling them that he's not abused, like what even happened in that particular incident? What happened in that particular case after the father had gotten custody, he was arrested while he was leaving human bite marks on the children. I gave you the photos of the bite marks. Yes. And I showcased those earlier. Yes. So the children and I, because I am a mandated reporter. So here I'm kind of stuck in a catch 22. if you report the abuse, they say you're trying to alienate the father and they take the custody

44:11 and give it to the father. If you don't report the abuse, you have failed to protect your children. We will arrest you and you could spend years, tens of decades in prison. There was a mother that was charged with failure to protect in Oklahoma. She did 15 years of her 30 year sentence. The guy who abused the children only did two years. So I will explain this and address it completely. I went to the Vienna Police Department. Officer Scott Pringle advised me and I gave his testimony.

44:43 I think you're pulling that up now. He said to me, take the children spot on to get tetanus shots and wound care for the human bite marks. then I don't want you to go back to your house. I want you to find someplace safe to go and I want you to go and stay there till we arrest him. I said how long will that take? He said he'll probably be arrested before eight o'clock in the morning. I took the children to the hospital. They got bite wound care, human bite wound care and as you see there the nurses and doctors said that to the

45:21 highest level of medical certainty these are abused children so i am ordered by the police to take my children and go someplace safe i went to an advocate's sorry i went to an advocate's home a little bit further away so that the father wouldn't show up at my house and harm us that's what the police told me to do so the officer admitted and he went to three courts and defended me. He said, yes, I did tell Ms. Morgan to take the children to a safe place. I did what they

45:55 told me to do. Then Levy Saucyia, his attorney, Elise Berkey, went to the court in Trumbull County, did not tell Judge Harwood that there's an arrest warrant out for Saucyia. They didn't say he bit the children. There's the hospital records. So when the attorney hides information from the court, and lies to the court, the court gave them an ex parte motion, which is unconstitutional,

46:26 because I wasn't there to plead my side of the story. The judge would have then known about the arrest warrant for Sacia and the human bite marks and the hospital and everything. Judge Harwood was not informed. She was lied to. So she made an ex parte order, but it didn't say to arrest me or pick me up. just said go find the children wherever they can be found and bring them back to the father okay but the police is telling me a different story so in gerard ohio judge jeffrey adler said there

47:01 isn't a mother i mean i apologize there isn't a jury in the world that would convict this mother the father bit the children why isn't he in jail i'm dismissing everything against morgan You can see. And the children actually told the police officer that. So the children told the police officer. The police officer is also testified for you on your behalf. Yes. You have all the evidence. You have all the documents. Okay. So he's not, he's not been arrested at all. So let me, let me go. Let's go back to exactly, you know, what's happened as a whole with the case.

47:43 So with the case, right now, you've got children, got six children. Yes. I want to make sure we get to your son's case of what your ex-husband did to your son. Yes. My son, Hannah Sassia, is a longtime victim of domestic violence as well. There is a police report, I believe I sent that in to you as well, where when he was 18 years old, I was holding him in my arms. The father was trying to open my hand to get him and he broke

48:18 these two fingers. He took my son and by one arm flung him across the living room, hitting his little body into the chair, injuring him. That is when the abuse started on Hana at 18 months old and carried on through his life. Now it came to be that the children in the custody now of their father were to clean up the basement and this is more recent shortly before my son died okay

48:49 so the incident with the 18 month old let's make sure we're clear that's been about 20 years ago right 26 years ago yeah 26 years ago okay okay so now hannah is older he suffered abuse all throughout his life with this father and so have the other children but i'm focusing in on hannah now because this is his story that he cannot tell. The father went to the basement and told them, why haven't you cleaned up this mess? The father is a hoarder. He will save a gum wrapper

49:22 and say, no, don't throw that away because we could make a boat and sail to China with that one day. So he keeps every single thing. And it was piling up in the basement and he told the children to clean that basement while he laid in bed with the remote watching TV. My daughter came upstairs to get a sandwich. She was starving. He told her to get back downstairs and start working. And he got off the bed and went downstairs and started yelling and screaming and throwing things and busting up things in the basement. He picked up Hannah's box with the projector

49:54 and crashed it to the floor. Hannah said, Dad, are you crazy? You just broke a $4,000 projector for my work. The father then punched him full force into the chest, knocking him into the cabinets. And my son was, was shocked and stunned. Upon hearing that the father was going to kill him, the other brother, the next in line down, ran down the stairs and intervened and said, no, you're not going to touch my brother. He started fighting with the father. The younger ones were

50:26 trying to control the father even my little one the 13 year old has told me recently she said i know mom i was the one trying to hold him back so now the father grabs the other son by the throat dumps him over to the other side of the sofa and is straddling him on the sofa and choking him so hard that the sofa broke underneath of them. Two social workers from the Sola Center wrote reports and affidavits and told me to go to the court in emergency, remove those children from

51:03 that. I believe I send those to you too. It's called the Sola Center. There is a report from Denise, one social worker, and one from Peggy. And they both say that the children were crying and upset. They didn't want to go back home. They were in fear for their brother's lives and in fear for their lives. So now it goes before the court. And Hannah called me and he said, mom, something is wrong in my chest. I think he burst my heart valves or something and I'm not well. So my son kind of was trying to sleep it off and trying to heal up a little bit.

51:39 The father contracts COVID, comes home, doesn't care. My son had contracted COVID. He was afraid to go to the hospital because of the heart issue. He didn't know what was going to happen. He was afraid. My son went into the hospital and when he wanted to leave, he tried to get up to leave. The doctor said, your mom is here. She's in the waiting room. She loves you. wants you to know she's here for you i stayed around the clock i didn't leave i was like a

52:14 soldier in that hospital silent compliant just okay doctors tell me what's going on my son got up to walk he took the bypass off and the leads off of his chest trying to walk to get to mom he literally face planted into the floor cracking his skull and his face and he went into shock and had a stroke and he vomited he aspirated his own vomit they left him on the floor for a very long time the bells and whistles are going off but they

52:48 ignored that my son never recovered they had to remove a huge part of his skull I stood vigil by my son's bed nobody else was there nobody else came the doctors told me mom hold your son now it's that time so then you can't cry there's no tears it's now mom is an angel and a soldier i put my hand so deep and directly into my son's hand

53:18 and as i rubbed the the right side of his cheek his beard mommy's here baby i put my head on his chest to hear his heartbeat and i said i am going to walk you through this baby you are tall you're strong you're brave mommy's here we're going to do this together it's okay baby you can go he was struggling he was fighting and then i saw the numbers going down of his oxygen and when he got to about i think it was like 29 i asked the the doctors to go and send out an escort a police

53:56 escort to find his father as an act of mercy as an act of actual mercy from God I asked him to please go and find the father and bring him here for his last right to say goodbye to the son yes I know there is strong abuse yes in that moment I was just having mercy for the sake of my son's soul going home to the father they said mom you're here he's already been kicked out of the hospital days ago he would go there and f-word and fighting and whatever they kicked him out of the hospital

54:31 i said please do this for me in the name of god and i held her hand they called the vienna police they went and found the father he was asleep he came into the room where i'm holding my son walking him home and he takes his knuckle on his right hand and touches the top of my son's left hand and said look at you bubba look at you did to yourself at that moment i i told him get out go go i told the priest to take him outside the room i told him it's okay baby honey because his

55:04 monitor was going off and he went into cardiac arrest upon hearing his father's voice he was now back in cardiac he code blue everybody ran into the room he said keep him alive and i want my other son here. I told them, let my son go. Get off of him. Let me walk him home. They took me back into the room, kept the father outside, closed the curtain, and the doctor said, do what you have to do, mom, and I did. I walked my son home, and when the line went flat, I was there.

55:40 I helped them prepare his body. I went outside of the room, and the doctor came to me and apologized, and she was crying so hard, and I didn't, because I still have something to do for my son. She put a test tube in my hand, like the tubes that you take blood, and inside was my son's last heartbeat. I thanked her and I went back in the room

56:11 it was the sunniest day that I'd ever seen October 20th 2021 and a pure stream of sunlight came through that hospital window and something touched me on my shoulder and I moved back because I knew nobody else was in the room but I it was like I immediately obeyed and I moved back and my son left this world that day and it's a huge loss and it could have been fully prevented years of abuse on that poor boy

56:45 he couldn't sleep at night he would sleep during the day sometimes kind of the same trauma that i'm in i stay up all night working on court documents i get maybe two hours of sleep during the day my eyes are puffy i'm not sleeping right this family court institution is an illusion. There is no justice there. It's a business. In fact, the Ohio Supreme Court has a Dunn's and Bradstreet number. They sell and buy our cases on the stock

57:18 market every day. People have to know that. Who is paying for these corrupt judges and the fraud? It is the communities. Everyone that pays their taxes are paying for these fraudulent and corrupt judges. And the appellate courts act like they just sit back like their feet are in cool waters and that they are higher and mightier than God. When you appeal your case, it's already fixed. It's a done deal because they cycle it right back to the same court who did the fraud and the forgery to begin with. I won my appeal. I didn't win anything. I was successful, I will say, in my appeal. What did they do? They reverse it and remand it straight back to the forger, the magistrate, and all the same corrupt people.

58:08 then I have to reappeal. It's their joke. It's their hamster wheel of injustice. It's a money generating scheme. It's called sham legal process. And there's an Ohio revised code for that. There's a revised code in every state for the sham legal process. There is no more rule of law, folks. We are under jungle law. That's it. I will explain something real quick. If everyone would look up the Ohio Appellate Court how do you appeal an appeal to the

58:47 Supreme Court of Ohio the highest court in Ohio look at 8.1 it says the Supreme Court even though they have to follow the Constitution they have deviated from the Constitution and it lists four ways that they've deviated the first one is concerning my case. The Supreme Court of Ohio says we have discretion on jurisdiction. We can deny you jurisdiction if we want to. No, they can't. Because the Ohio Constitution,

59:24 Article 4, Section 2B2A123, tells them it is a matter of right to hear an appeal when there's constitutional question. It doesn't say it has to be substantial. It just says that it has to be a constitutional question. So you have felony forgery on an official court document, which is a violation of due process, a criminal act. These are acts outside the scope of their court-related duties

59:55 and responsibilities, and it's done under color of law. That's when their immunity is removed. You've now pierced the veil of immunity. The courts have no duty to impart any immunity to these criminals. But they do it because the money flows up to the Supreme Court, recycles and flows right back down over to the politicians. The politicians, a lot of them are lawyers. They become a politician and they pass laws that are advantageous to lawyers.

1:00:27 60 Minutes did a big show on that, where the guy was wearing glasses and on camera the politician said, yes, we are lawyers. We have infiltrated. Congress has now infiltrated the General Assembly and legislature, and they make laws that are advantageous to other lawyers. So where we're at right now is, again, it's an illusion. No one will get any type of remedy.

1:00:59 But Ohio Constitution, Article 1, Section 16, clearly states, all courts are open. and for every injury done unto this person in their land's good reputation shall have a redress and remedy by due course of law without denial, without delay. When you delay justice, you're denying justice. So how does the Supreme Court think that they can tell me, we're not going to take your case because it's discretionary? No, it's not. You're bound by the law. U.S. Constitution,

1:01:34 Article 6, Section 2 is called the Supremacy Clause. In that Supremacy Clause, it states that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. All judges are bound thereby, nothing else withstanding. I kind of summarized it, but that's what it says. All judges in every state are bound by the Constitution. When they don't follow the Constitution, they are warring with the Constitution, and that is an act of treason. We need to stand together as one voice all around the United States and put an end to these fraudulent courts.

1:02:11 There's no way to fix them. We've tried. People have tried for years and years. Listen, Lynn, you have gone through hell, literally, and with what your experience has been. And you opened my eyes because when you talked to me about it when we first contacted each other, I was amazed. And I researched it and I looked and I said, my God, I can't even believe this woman's gone through this stuff. And I think that when I looked at the other women who have reported abuse and lost their children to the abuser, the same as you have, there's definitely a link.

1:02:54 And I think the link is the only way to break this chain so that people stop repeating it is by exposing it. And like I said earlier, everyone that I discussed, because I'm not a family law kind of guy. I mean, my thing is way different. And when I looked at everything and I just I was shocked. And, you know, as I'm sure anyone listening to this case is shocked because you have all the evidence to prove what has gone on in your case and how corrupt everything was.

1:03:35 You have the documents. You have the police reports. You have the photos. You have testimony from officers and court orders. Everything was going in your favor until the fraud occurred. And that is the big thing that I can't really get over because I don't know how one judge undoes everything another judge does. It's just not ever seen or heard. Well, Paul, this judge is 87 years old, right?

1:04:05 Isn't this judge like 87? He's a retired judge. He's 87 years old and he shouldn't be on the case. He's not a senior. When the father left the human bite marks on the… I'm sorry. When the father left the human bite marks on the children, I had hired a new attorney, Michael Partlow, who also told me outside. He said this old retired judge doesn't even have jurisdiction to do anything to you. You've not done anything wrong. So he filed. It is what he is.

1:04:36 And he's he's in the crew. He's in the good old boys club. Well, let's get to your case number, Lynn, because you're right now your case is in the Supreme, the Ohio Supreme Court, correct? Yes. Yes. Okay. And if anybody wants to go look it up, I'm going to give you the case number. It is Ohio Supreme Court case 2022. And this is going to be a really easy number for everybody to remember.

1:05:06 Everybody ready? Anybody want to guess like comment, you know, write in the comments what case number you think this is, because I bet we can all guess case number two zero two two dash zero six six six. That's my case. That's it all right there. You know, I mean, look at what they're doing with President Trump. My God. look at what they're doing with with uh what's his name the pillow guy these these are patriots

1:05:40 these are people that are just trying to do the do what's best for america you know and and unfortunately you're trying to expose the corruption with what's going on in the family courts and you're doing an excellent job at do at exposing it you know don't ever thank you for hanging in there, Lynn. Yeah, I mean, my God, if you never ever came and contacted me, I would never know about it because that's not an area of the law that I study or what my clients are involved in.

1:06:13 But you open my eyes and I've opened the eyes of other people so they can see because it can happen to anybody. Yes, and it is happening to everybody. It is happening to everybody. All you need to do is call up Health and Child Protective Services and say that somebody's being abused. And the next thing you know, them kids are in foster homes and they're involved in the system. And they never get out. They never get out of it. And now that's even worse

1:06:43 is they're giving these kids back to these abusers. That's the part I can't even talk about. Like in my case, the entire Trumbull County court recused themselves. Not just one judge or one magistrate. The entire court recused themselves. and they send up this old former judge. He's a retired visiting judge. He's only allowed on a case for three months, and he has to have a letter of assignment that says why he's on the case, how long it's going to take, and what is the disposition.

1:07:16 He found the father in contempt for beating and biting my children. He did not find any fault in me. The court order explains itself. that the father was found in contempt, he put, but not willful contempt. Contempt means you willfully disobeyed the law. How do you have a contempt? But it's not willful. But he did find him in contempt, found no guilt in me. And at the bottom of the page,

1:07:47 he said, now I have to see how I can get you two back together, which would be a plus for the children. So now he has stepped out of the rule of neutral arbiter, and he stepped into the role of Captain Stubing of the love boat. How many hats can this man wear? He has no jurisdiction to try to make, and he even said, I'm not saying you do have to fall in love again. He's trying to put me in contact with a known violent offender.

1:08:19 He had his first arrest in Miami, Florida, in Broward County, Coral Springs, Jeffersonville, Indiana, Clarksville, Indiana, And these are other people calling the police to try to help me. The people in Sam's club that saw him punch my little boy. And by the way, it's in the newspaper, The Vindicator. It's also in The Vindicator where he came after me. They called it a large knife. It was a machete that he had been sharpening earlier in the day. Okay. These are pre-planned things.

1:08:50 The man is sick. Now, coming current, this retired visiting judge that's a temporary assignment and only allowed three months, has remained on my case for over four years to keep me separated from my sons and daughters intentionally until I crawl back to my abuser. I filed disciplinary action in the Supreme Court. I get a letter with a rubber stamp signature of Maureen O'Connor. Eric D. Gale works in Maureen O'Connor's office, sends you a two-page letter. Judge Russo said,

1:09:26 even though you don't like the decision, the judge stays on the case. He's not a judge anymore. He is old. He has dementia. And I can prove it by the February 12, 2019, he put Lebby Morgan and me as Salsia, formerly Morgan. That's not even the right names. You look at the document. Defendant is here with his attorney. The defendant is asking for more time with his children. then I'm the plaintiff and I have the kids with me but then I become the defendant and he becomes

1:10:01 the plaintiff in every paragraph we are the plaintiff and the defendant in every single paragraph and at the end defendant has to pay the court costs who's the defendant come on now man get your brain together he has dementia but they'll put him on this case is because he's called the cleaner Joseph Jolito has been a corrupt judge now he's a corrupt retired visiting judge anybody can google his name how many disqualifications are filed against him how many people have told

1:10:35 me one man and it's there it's in public record Delbert Stewart told me Miss Morgan Joseph Jolito When he was an attorney He told me if I give him 50 grand he'll throw the case my way, but I didn't have 50 grand to give him So he went against me now. This is a man. You can look up his case He filed the disqualification against Joseph Jolito and so have hundreds and hundreds of other people But they leave Joseph Jolito on this case because he's the big money maker and he'll sit there and he can look straight at you and

1:11:14 and talk as if he, but he has a back voice. He'll just deny everything, deny you justice in every single way, and he does it with a smile. This man needs to be removed permanently from the bench. He is harming families. He is violating the Constitution by staying. Article 6, Section 4 of the Ohio Constitution, when you go down to C says no person can be a judge when they reach the age of 70.

1:11:45 Once you're 70, that's it. That's why Maureen O'Connor is, she's the chief justice. She is getting off the bench this year. She's old. She should have been gone a long time ago. So all these judges have to retire when they're 70. How do you bring an old corrupt judge out of retirement and keep him on a case for over four years? It's not allowed, not even by the rules He has experience of covering up for the other actions of people. He knows what he's doing.

1:12:16 He's got experience. So, I mean, they're not going to bring a young judge in that doesn't know what he's doing, you know, because the young judge might turn around and say, wait a minute, this isn't correct. This isn't how things are supposed to be. So they bring in these old dinosaurs. They come into the picture, and they know what to do. Right now, when the punching and the beating of my son and the choking of the other one, I have the recording, I have the disc of that hearing. It was given to me by the court administrator.

1:12:51 On that disc, you will hear Joseph Jolito asking the guardian ad litem Charles Dre, did the father choke and strangulate the son? Yes, your honor, the guardian ad litem said, I confirmed he did that. And did the sofa get broken, Mr. Dre? Yes, your honor, the sofa did get broken. Well, I think this is a one-time thing. I think Mr. Sassia had a bad day. Let's dismiss this and we're gone. We're done. My son dies shortly after. I mean, my son never recovered from that damage in his heart. He couldn't recover himself after that.

1:13:28 Currently, where we are right this minute, he'll be 88 in November, early November. This almost 88-year-old retired visiting judge is going to issue permission for my ex-husband to take my children to Lebanon, where he will never bring them back. so I have a standing court order by a magistrate and approved by a judge that the father cannot take the children outside the continental United States and to be fair they said both parents do

1:14:02 not take them outside the country I said okay I live here I'm not going anywhere the father has his passport for Lebanon he keeps renewing it so he's Lebanese yes he's Lebanese right okay I was going to ask about the name. Okay. So this is really making a lot more sense. He's from Lebanon. Yes. And he feels that if he pays, and by the way, First Energy, our power company here for New York, New Jersey, Ohio, all around, First Energy gives huge campaign donations to the Supreme Court

1:14:38 justices. I believe all but one. Okay. Google it. You can look it up yourself. It's there. Where would you Google that, Lynn? On the politicians' websites, the funding sites, or where? No, just Google the words, who gives the Supreme Court justices maximum campaign donations. And it'll say First Energy is right there. My ex-husband is an engineer with First Energy. So not only does he have his foot in the door there and getting favors from all these people,

1:15:12 How does this retired visiting judge now think that he's going to disturb the law of the case? There's a court order. The father never appealed it. If he didn't like it, his only remedy is to appeal it. One judge cannot override another judge's order or vacate it. You can't. It's the law of the case. So now he's going to issue an order, and he's going to have an in-camera interview on October 18 with my children that are now 25.

1:15:42 23, 17, 15, 13. These aren't three and four-year-olds that you have to have an in-camera interview. The children are not 10-year-olds where they're confused. This is a complete, let's target mom. She doesn't want you to go to Lebanon. Let's tear her down, hate her, bust her down. This is what these fathers do. They take custody of the children, warp their brains, get them to trauma bond to the abuser, and then mom's the bad guy, hate her, alienate her for life, keep her separated,

1:16:16 so that as my hair turns white and my teeth fall out and my skin sags down to my knees, I will forever mourn the living souls of my children. I'm mourning the death of my living children. That is a punishment to good mothers for reporting abuse, getting a protection order, and exposing the fraud and corruption. And you know what I say? My children were in my custody a very long time. They know right from wrong.

1:16:47 They had a bedtime. They had brush teeth time, story time with Mama. I used to wash and massage my girls' hair, comb them out, put them in little braids so that their hair wouldn't mat up, clothes, like I said, put their clothes in the dryer before I walked them over to school. They had breakfast. They had mealtime. Right now, the father's never there. Even this old judge said, Mr. Sassia, I have it on good authority that you're never at the house. No, Your Honor, that's not true.

1:17:18 And the judge said, yes, it is. The children told him that it's true. So now the kids have no rules. Nobody to tell them it's bedtime, guys. They're up till 2, 3, and 4 in the morning on these appliances and playing games. I never had that in my house. I didn't ever have an Xbox or internet, but my kids had bicycles, balls, tennis rackets, went swimming. They had life. Now they're stuck in a house with an abuser that'll walk up to them, just slap them in the face out of nowhere.

1:17:51 Why don't you take out the garbage? I don't deal with children that way. I don't deal with anybody that way. But right now, this man is on the National Child Abuse Registry. The sheriff of the trouble. I'm sorry? And he has your children. Yes, and he's got life insurance policies on all of them. I can send you a string. Did your son have an autopsy? No. In fact, the father wanted him buried the same day. The hospital's like, we can't do that. Really?

1:18:21 Funeral home said we can't do that. I'm thinking that if there was an autopsy done on your son and they can connect the trauma to his heart, to his death, then your husband should be charged with murder. Absolutely. And I feel also that the hospital is very, it's responsible because when he fell, they didn't rush to pick him up. They didn't help him. He was trying to get home to mom and try to get some help. They didn't intubate him. They didn't help him with breathing or anything.

1:18:54 And there's a message where he says, I followed their protocol. I'm walking out. And he knew that I was there. And then he falls and cracks his head. And then in the hospital records, he disappears off the map. So I find it very odd that he passed away on the 20th and was buried on the morning of the 22nd. Usually it takes a week or, you know, you have to have time to do funeral arrangements. something is not right here.

1:19:25 Something is serious. There's definitely medical records. I think that maybe a professional, you know, because you would need another doctor to review them or somebody out of a coroner's office to review them to see what happened. When he was in the hospital, you know, they obviously did KGs on him. They might have done other kinds of examinations where they had pictures of his heart, where they could see what damage was, where the damage came from, how old it was.

1:20:02 You know what I mean? Because they can do some really terrific things with technology today. And, you know, it's it's I think that might be a way that we can, you know, also try to get some attention brought to the situation is what I would recommend that you do is get all the medical records that you can before they end up disappearing. I have them. A lady gave them to me real quick before they could be fudged, and I do find something very, very odd in there, and I had another nurse look at them.

1:20:39 they said that Hannah they're thinking Hana it means John he's a boy H-A-N-N-A but they were saying Hannah had a double mastectomy eye surgery all these female surgeries that's you know they were trying to use that to cover up why like he had pre-existing conditions I'm like this is a boy 26 years old he just turned 26 september 8th how are you saying he had a double mastectomy this is not hannah this is hannah

1:21:13 see they tried to throw some false things in there to say hey he had pre-existing conditions but big mistake it's not a girl he's a boy so they messed up on that there's there's something seriously what was their response when you ask what was their response when you asked them about that when you they'd have to look into it and and so did they give you their did they give you the records that said that he had the double mysectomy i have the discs i have two of them i have a disc

1:21:43 and when you play it it'll bring up all his records he went in his ekg was there he had a slight fever i had the same thing he had i had this thing three times it's tough i know the first one when i got it i lost almost all my hair that's i had to cut my hair really short the second one was the breathing issue where i couldn't get my oxygen up even my own sister was rotated turned upside down because she could only be at 80 on 15 liters which is full oxygen 15 liters is the

1:22:20 maximum they'll go they could only reach her to 80 but she's alive and well and walking now she lost her hair too um the point is something seriously went wrong and i truly believe that my son died from pure neglect and something intentional because he's he's sitting up in bed if you look at the records he's sitting up in bed he called me at 6 58 6 59 and 7 o'clock

1:22:51 I was en route. I was at the hospital every day. I went home to hurry up and shower and clean up. I was eating bread, nothing in the bread, just shoving bread and water on the way back to walk around in the waiting room on the second floor, just waiting any moment to hear about my son. They said, your mom is here. She's she's here. She's in the waiting room. She loves you. How is he, how did he fall and die within that little bit of time?

1:23:22 And why did he go off the map in the records? Something is not right. Something happened. I certainly can't blame that on the family court. They didn't have anything to do with that. But something happened tragic. And I do believe that the years of abuse and that heart injury is what led to my son not being able to recover. and then the fall you fall in the hospital and nobody picks you up nobody tends to you something something's not right and i go every single day the father wanted my son buried way

1:23:57 far away from me which would take me an hour and a half to get him but the funeral director suggested forest lawn and the father agreed he didn't know where that was it's less than a mile from my door So I'm with my baby every day. I just put new fall flowers for him and a lamp He was always afraid in the dark. So I make sure his lights on every night for him And I pray the only thing I can do now Is to pray that if he ever did anything wrong for god to forgive him and have mercy

1:24:32 And to have mercy and forgive me if I did anything wrong so that I can be with him again one day That's all we can do now Other than that, with this family court fraud and corruption, we all need to stand united. I know people get scared, but I've had people that can go out and buy smokes and alcohol and party, but they don't have money to drive to a rally to get your rights. I'm not agreeing with that, folks.

1:25:04 Sometimes that bucket of chicken and your two liter of soda is not more important than your children's lives. may be too late for me. Maybe my children hate me. Maybe they will love me and come home. Nobody knows. It's in God's hand. But we have to educate the people now and tell them of this danger because the children growing up are mental now. They're turning to drugs and heroin and suicide. When they're ripped away from the safe parent, their only means of support and love and rules,

1:25:37 Children need rules now. They're in a home where anything goes. It's like hedonism in Jamaica You can do anything you want you sleep when you want eat what you want My youngest son's liver the doctor told him boy I'm telling you you will not graduate if you don't start changing something something's going on with your liver What could that be? I'm worried about that and now there's these life insurance policies on my children

1:26:07 Yeah, it's very alarming what's going on in this case. And like I said, we need to get some specialists involved with this so that we can look at those medical records and try to connect the link. Because if you can connect the link, I don't care what your husband does. He's going to prison for murder. If you can get me the records, I know coroners. Believe it or not, I'm actually

1:26:39 friends with a couple of coroners, so I can have them look at the records and see what they think about them. If you can get me whatever. Then I also have people in the medical field that are willing to look at things too. Many of them actually quit their jobs during the pandemic, the very beginning when they saw what was actually happening to people and how the hospitals were really taking people out. So we don't really know, you know, there are a lot of children

1:27:11 that their hearts are just going. I mean, I think there's like, I think one of your representatives there in Ohio or somewhere, a 17 year old daughter passed away with, you know, a heart, you know, her heart. It was Illinois, I think, Christy. I think that was Illinois, No way, but that's what I was going to say, Lynn. What we're dealing with here is a battle of good and evil, and that is the truth. And I think the most shocking thing is that the hospitals are in on it.

1:27:43 Absolutely. Without a doubt. They got COVID. Everything was COVID. Everything was COVID. If you're on YouTube, this woman, her daughter died. She broke her neck in a motorcycle accident. they contributed it to COVID and then they get paid more the hospital gets paid more if somebody dies with COVID they're all in it together millions it's more people like you are coming out and telling your story

1:28:14 so I commend you with that I commend you for that because this is the first time I've heard your story and I can't even imagine I mean it broke my heart when you were telling about sitting at your at your son's bedside I can't even imagine you seeing him home. That's not natural, but it's happening these days more and more and more. And I mean, it's happening even with younger people, with younger athletes, with all the vaccine injuries that we're seeing and people are coming out. I mean, attorneys like Todd Callender and Tom Rents, they're taking on cases like you just would

1:28:49 not even believe, not even class action lawsuits. So that might be somebody that you could you know, that you could look into talking to. I don't know. I mean, I know that they're very overwhelmed. There's a lot of people that are working with artists. What's his name? Brian Artis. Brian Artis. Yes. Because he's all about the vaccine injury now. I don't know if you're away from the viewer, please. We're live. Okay. My son never was V'd. Neither me.

1:29:22 Well, okay, that's good to know. That's good to know. But anybody that's choked up against the sofa, that breaks the sofa, it's not good to use. So I'm just saying that, you know. It's on court record. It's admitted. Yes, Your Honor, the strangulation and choking did happen. And yes, the sofa did get broken. Where were the police to arrest him at that moment, handcuff and put him in jail? In fact, the sheriff detective in Trumbull County is wondering, why is this man not, you know, why isn't he arrested and in jail?

1:30:00 Why does he have these kids? And now my son has this liver problem and the father goes and puts, you know, life insurance policies on the children that he's been abusing for years. none of the I have the feeling that I'm going to be sitting bedside quite a few more times yeah don't don't speak that out don't speak that out the power of life and death is in our tongues yeah

1:30:31 you don't want to go through that again it's my fear I can see why it would be your fear I mean you've gone through it once I look at the photo and I have a curio that I bought and I put all my son's, you know, school pictures and how he's progressed through the years and beautiful photos of him. And the one at the front is me in Margate, Florida, holding my son and looking at him. I just had a C-section cut wide open for the world to infect, you know, and I nursed my boy.

1:31:08 and the nurse took a photo of me standing in the sunlight holding my son. And I looked at that yesterday. I said, what an insult to my body, an insult to me as a mother, that now I'm standing over this grave where my flesh and blood and my bones are there like nothing, like a waste. Well, there are people. Yeah. There are people in this world that do not value human life.

1:31:41 Oh, without a doubt. We're finding out more about who they are every day. And it's shocking to find out that these people don't value human life. You know, some of them come out on the news and say we're useless eaters. Okay. You know, so, so, you know, maybe you think your kids are useless eaters. I don't. I don't think I'm a useless eater. I don't think you are. I don't think Christy is, but there are people that devalue human life so much that they don't care.

1:32:11 I mean, your son might have been a sacrifice for all we know. You know, if you're a husband. Yes. All I can tell you is right now, I am in the fight of my life with the Supreme Court of Ohio. And I'm not happy about their little joke with my case number. That's not funny to me. I've told the truth, a presented affidavit, exhibits of proof, police report of the felony

1:32:43 forgery, right there, their game is over. The game stops. Once you do a felony forgery on an official court document, just as Mr. Tallini said, that's a Fourth Amendment, fruit of the poisonous tree violation. Every court order that comes after that is not valid. It's all tied to the original fraud and corruption. So there's no validity in anything. And once they commit this

1:33:13 fraud and a criminal act of felony forgery, they lose jurisdiction. So they're all acting outside the scope of jurisdiction. And because I have educated myself and stepped forward and proven to them that they're doing wrong even up to the supreme court of ohio now keep her kids away from her make her kids hate her punish her she'll die old and alone that's what they want from

1:33:44 i alone because what you're doing by exposing your story and being brave enough to come forward you're gonna help a lot of other people okay so don't ever think that you know you're gonna die old and alone. We're out here for a reason, all right? And this is your reason. I believe that this is your reason. God put you here on this earth for you to do what you're doing. And unfortunately, you're going through the things that you had to go through to be able to become

1:34:17 strong enough to do that. But think about the millions of women and children that you have the ability to help. That's the thing that you need to focus on. You, you, you know, it's tragic what happened to you. It should have never happened to you. And hopefully one day these people will be brought to justice for what they've done. Okay. Because you're not alone. I mean, your story is horrific. It's a horrific story, but you know, when I started looking into it, like I said,

1:34:49 This is happening to thousands of families every week across this country. And it's not only women either. It's not only women that it's happening to. I heard about a Navy SEAL yesterday, as a matter of fact, whose wife at the time, he was deployed over in the Middle East fighting where Navy SEALs fight. you know, and he's fighting to get his kids back because he reported, like you said,

1:35:24 you reported the abuse and then it gets all in the courts. And he reported his wife's attempted suicide because it was required that he reported for the children's sake. And then, then the kids get taken away because we're going to have, we're going to try to have him on. So it's a totally, a totally different issue, but it's so, the family court system, it's, my understanding is absolutely unconstitutional. They are businesses. The state wants to classify itself as the state,

1:35:57 but the reality is they are state contractors. They all have a Bradstreet number. They all have a business license, just like most businesses in America. They all must have a bond in some way. So I encourage everybody to look into bonds, bonds for the win. That's something that I'm looking into to try to get justice through some other organizations. But all these people, even the judges, it's my understanding, would have to have a bond in order to practice.

1:36:27 Yeah, they have to have three documents. They have to have an oath of office. They have to have a surety bond. And they have to file as a foreign agent. Foreign agents registration app. Exactly. They have to file as a foreign agent registration. And I think what the problem is, is there's two sides to a court. You have the law side and the equity side. If you look at what's going on in politics today, they all want equity.

1:36:59 They want equity. They're pushing for equity, equity. Equity is what you think somebody should have. You know what I mean? And it's nothing that they're earning. And they want a life that's free. That's not going to happen. You know, look at Venezuela, what happened when they were the richest country in South America. It was a beautiful country. I have family members that lived there. And they all ran because of what happened. Now it's the poorest country. That's right. And it didn't take 15, 18 years to do that.

1:37:33 America's heading down that path. It's heading down that path These people are crazy They're seriously mad You know they think men are women And women are men Men can have babies Come on my god this is not happening You know and it's like It's a bad dream And unfortunately The system In the courts have been corrupt Forever They have been corrupt for decades

1:38:03 You know And without the light being shined on it, no one's going to know. Because nobody really cares, to be honest with you. Nobody cares until it touches their family or it touches anybody they know. If it knocks on their door, okay, I'm going to get involved. You know, well, it's too late. It's too late. You should have listened and did something when you first heard the whispers. You know, it's very difficult to unring the bell.

1:38:35 And we're in a fight, I truly believe, of what Pamela said earlier, good and evil. It definitely is. Yeah. This is a spiritual fight, and it's happening. They've done everything they can to break up families for about 60-some-odd years that we know of. Listen, look at what they do. They push. Well, you know, don't tell us who the father is. We're going to give you a bigger check. You can stay home and have as many babies as you want. We're going to take care of you.

1:39:05 They're not going to take care of nothing because there ain't going to be food to take care of. And if COVID didn't, the pandemic didn't open people's eyes, we rely on China for 85% of our medicines. So if you're a diabetic or you have a heart condition and you're relying on this, and all they do is shut the pipeline down. you're dead you're gone every country has to be

1:39:35 I just want to see my son that's all I want I want to expose all this get it out there leave my house and stuff to my kids and I want to go to my son that's my only dream you're going to go on when God wants you to go you're not going to go on the day sooner or later not one day before you've got five other children I started to say while you're here. So, you know, and be grateful, you know, because, you know, you are having to fight for them because they are, you know,

1:40:07 possibly brainwashed at this point. You don't really even know what their status is, right? Stockholm's disease is, I mean, Stockholm syndrome is not a joke. It really happens. That happens to people who are put in situations where they're either abused or kidnapped or something tragic happens repeatedly and they become used to it. You know, and I think by when they do that, you know, the court systems are supposed to step in and say, wait a minute, this isn't going to happen.

1:40:39 And they're failing. They didn't do it in your case. And look what happened. Okay. More people need to know what's going on, because like I said, if it doesn't touch their door, they don't know. That's right. And my children, when they would like call me bad words, the father would laugh and say, now, come on, don't say that. Here, here's 50 bucks or a new phone or a new laptop. He just would think it was so hilarious that I was called ass face or Chinese ratchet bitch whore by my son.

1:41:14 And my son did come and apologize for that. But he still has a behavior as if I don't exist. They don't care about mom anymore. He's being programmed, Lynn. All of them are. Yesterday, the father called me so that I can just try to normalize and show my flexibility.

1:41:45 We started talking about the plaque for Hanla's grave site. I offered to pay half and to help choose it then we got off on to well he will have the kids make their decision and he will let me know I said how about if the kids call me and they let me know he said well I want you to do some supervised visitation I want you to do three months of supervised visitation I said when did you become the judge and the jury

1:42:17 No, I'm not doing supervised visitation. Supervised visitation is for a parent who had been incarcerated for a crime and they need to reunify with the child. Or if they had alcohol, drugs, or some kind of abusive behavior. Why would I have to do supervised visits? It's because he wants to continue the torture and let me see them for a couple hours and take them back. And see your mom and take them back.

1:42:47 He wants that control factor. It's control. Yes. He wants to control you emotionally. He can play with your emotions. He can continue to abuse you. And that shouldn't be happening. It should have never happened from the beginning. You know, and unfortunately, it did. Well, he paid more than I did. And he admits it in the court transcripts. He'll say how he paid $17,000 for this, $25,000 for that. And the other day was telling me he paid, you know, all these hundreds of thousands of dollars to get his kids.

1:43:22 So you bought custody from corrupt people is what he did. These courts are like banks. And these judges and magistrates are the bankers. That's it. They have no feeling, no emotion. When you walk in there, how much do you have? In fact, I had the paperwork because I was filing the divorce pro se. And when they talked me into the dissolution, they said it would be friendly. It's over and done with. And it can never be relitigated.

1:43:53 How am I 11 years later still litigating? Like, it's done. It was a done deal. And like Mr. Tallini said, you can't unring the bell. How did that bell get unrung? And why am I still in it 11 years later? Okay. I want the enforcement of my contract, which is constitutionally protected under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1. United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1, protects your right to contract.

1:44:25 Article 2, Section 28 of the Ohio Constitution protects your absolute right to contract. Where's my contract? We didn't sign a new one. I never agreed to any new stipulations. In fact, there's a second appeal filed because I wouldn't agree to what the court was trying to force on me. And that's what the courts do. They force an order on you. They shove it down your throat. And you have to abide by it or you'll be found in contempt and you'll get thrown in jail.

1:44:58 So where's the due process? The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment both have a due process clause. Okay, and these courts are to follow it as it's applied and written, not making up stuff that it's flexible and variable, like the Hawke Foster case. I never read that the Constitution was flexible or variable. It says what it says. You need to abide by it as it is written, and you have to apply it that way. So now you have 14th Amendment due process violations.

1:45:33 The most fundamental part of due process is the right to be heard. When you kick me out of a custody trial, you have then deprived me my day in court and my right to be heard. United States versus Brock Morton states that that is a clear fraud upon the court. And fraud vitiates everything which it touches. It destroys the very thing it was devised and intended to be. All judgments, rulings, court orders, all of that is void.

1:46:04 And fraud upon the court has no statute of limitations. Long v. Shorebank is another United States Supreme Court case that you can take fraud upon the court to any court at any time. So you take it to the courts and they dismiss it or they will deny jurisdiction even in the federal courts. Federal courts try to use the Rooker-Feldman doctrine. Rooker-Feldman doctrine does not apply where there is fraud, neither does res judicata. And the Section 355 of the Ohio 63 American Jurisprudence says where there is fraud or collusion, there can be no res judicata.

1:46:49 these lawyers and these judges they do not know the law they do not apply the law because they really don't know it they just sit up there hmm mr. Sassia put 25,000 in my robe so I'm gonna rule for him it's a preconceived notion so now they have this preconceived notion and they have to work their way backwards to try and and justify how did they come to that conclusion and they can't It's all fraud. Every bit of it. So I want to actually travel and I want to go to libraries or to maybe like banquet halls or something and start educating mass amounts of people.

1:47:34 because, and I'm not a know-it-all, I learn every day. I just learned about the Rule 8.1, that the Ohio Supreme Court is deviating from the Constitution. You can't do that, folks. You're not at the nail salon. You don't get to pick and choose who gets justice. And I've told them, I don't think they like it. They play games with the language as well. Yes, it's a fraud to conceal the fraud. That's what you need to do then because your story is a very, very powerful story.

1:48:07 And you may want to think about starting a corporate, not a corporation, what would it be? A nonprofit organization for women who have gone through, because there's thousands of them, okay? Yes. Thousands of women that have done that. And you have a voice that you're very intelligent. You understand the law because you read it and study it. All right. And so you you're not a lawyer. Okay. That's a real big thing for me. You're not a lawyer. And you still understand. So that shows you anyone can start learning. I'm not a lawyer either. And I have a pretty good record of helping people.

1:48:55 Okay, so I think that if you were to get together with a group of like-minded people, okay, and start a nonprofit organization, you'll be very surprised at the amount of donations you can receive from corporations and everything else, because it's not always going to be like this today. Okay. No, it has to change. You have to advocate for change.

1:49:26 I'm starting a website. It will be called United Advocates of America. So under United Advocates of America, I do want to travel to libraries and place to place and have people show up. And I want them to know you got to read your constitution. It's only 4,000 some words. I mean, it's easy. And that way you know what your rights are. I ask people, what are the Bill of Rights? They're like, it's simple.

1:49:57 First 10 amendments is your Bill of Rights. It's very important. Kids today don't even know who the vice president is. Are you kidding me? That's right. Ask them who this is. Ask them Billy. Ask them who. Which one? Who said this statement? You're not black if you don't vote for me. I don't know who that was. Trump. And it's not Trump. It was Biden. Yeah. It's the installed. You know, a really good one where they use all of the statements that he has made that are racist.

1:50:33 And they all contributed it to somebody else, not to him. Yeah. Yeah. And, Lynn, there's another thing, too. Don't assume that we all have family members that talk to us and that love us because they don't because we're out here telling the truth. And they don't like us. and I'm fine with that. My children know the truth. I've instilled the truth and right in them. If they go to the dark side, then it was meant to be because I do believe that there's a separation

1:51:03 of sheep and goats. I do believe that. And I do not want to participate in paying judges and lawyers to do corrupt stuff. I just, I'm saying, Hey, I got a dissolution. We have a separation agreement contract. I want my contract back. I want my kids back. Simple as that. I'm not asking for anything that will tell you. You're going to get that sooner or later. But the battle is not easy. These people didn't.

1:51:33 This is a long-term investment that they have to get us to where we are in society today. And your case alone could turn over lots of other cases. In this case, it can shed a light on, you wouldn't believe what can happen. Well, that's why they don't want me to win. Well, that's right. They do not want a winning case on the books. Because if Lynn wins her case, you've got a winning case out there that exposes the sham legal process.

1:52:05 And their money waterfall will end. They don't want it. And there's a good chance that a lot of them go to jail, too. So, you know, a lot of them. They deserve in jail. because they deserve that. These people should be in jail. And a lot of it's treasonous. A lot of it is treason. It is treason. If we were back in the day, we wouldn't have to worry about it because they would have been… Listen, our constitution hasn't changed. So guess what?

1:52:35 Sadly for them, it's still the same. It's still treasonous treason. And I have a feeling it's going to be handled that way. Statutes and codes and rules and ordinance, those change from time to time so if you look up self versus ray r-h-a-y it says that the statutes codes rules and orders is not law the constitution is the supreme law of the land that's the common law and that's what we are under but then they'll come with these statutes and they change them from

1:53:05 time to time because for example it used to be 15 years in ohio for breach of contract then it became eight then now it's six they are dwindling down our remedy and our time limitations to get a remedy so if you can't find an attorney because they're all in on it all the those attorneys they're all in on it part of the bar association if they're part of the bar association they are that's the good old boys club and british british accreditation registration system

1:53:42 that's what it stands for i know the attorneys that have looked at my case i get a letter from them all and they say dear miss morgan we apologize on the behalf of the legal community for the mistreatment you've suffered in your cases very rarely does a case present with as much issues as yours does. But we can't take the case because we're part of the people who did this to you. There's a conflict of interest. So I do everything on my own. And at this point, I'm just about

1:54:14 exposing them. So I'm asking all of you, put it out there, everywhere. Let everyone hear my voice. Let everyone hear Hannah. I'm his voice now. So Lynn, we're going to have to wrap it up here. So I want to make sure that people know that you're going to have a platform on PatriotsPerspective.com. We're launching a new website. I will add you as an author and you can put out whatever you want to teach people whatever you want until you get your own website. And even then we can make sure that your articles are streamed so that your voice can be magnified in what you're learning so that you have a way to help other people.

1:54:54 That's the reason I wanted to do the interview with you. I know it's gone really long, but hopefully this is a reference material for people long term. You know, there there are places we're all learning different things. I do not believe the best interests of your children have been taken into light. Obviously, money has prevailed over that and people have forgotten about the oaths that they're taking and the interest that they're there to support. So I want to make sure people can find you on social media, Lynn Morgan, right?

1:55:28 Yes, Lynn Morgan at Facebook. My legal name is Carol Lynn Morgan. Three separate words, C-A-R-O-L-L-Y-N-N-E, Morgan, M-O-R-G-A-N. And that case for the Ohio Supreme Court, 2022-0666. My whole story is in there, the proof of everything. There is exhibits from A to Z plus one through 10. And there's a lot of good case law in there. I've fully proven my case.

1:55:59 In fact, Mr. Kramer said, Lynn, they've all hung themselves. We're just waiting for somebody to kick the chair out from underneath of them. I've won my case a thousand times over. I've just had bad referees because they don't want it out there. This is a well-oiled machine. And they have their counselors, their custody evaluators, their lawyers, their magistrates, the judges. They're all in it together in that circle. And it's just a maximum money-making machine.

1:56:31 It doesn't matter who you are, even if you're the king, okay? They don't care. But the president of the Seneca Ohio Bar Association said, these are not kingdoms. They are courtrooms. The courts belong to the people. The courtroom belongs to the people. The bench belongs to the people. And with that, I just want to say thank you, Mr. Tallini. Thank you for your patience.

1:57:02 And I know for some reason. I'm one of your biggest fans. that you gotta be kidding me. I wish to God that you would get justice like now. Thank you. Thank you. For some reason, my internet works perfectly fine. But anytime I try to do an interview, I can't log in. I can't work any… I just… I think you go where you are now.

1:57:32 So, Lynn, can I remind you Can I remind you of what the Bible says in Ephesians 6, 12? We wrestle not with flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world and against spiritual wickedness in high places. And those wicked people are coming down. You want to know a secret? Ephesians 6 was my punishment if I didn't do the dishes on time or fold the laundry on time

1:58:05 Ephesians 6 1 children be obedient to your parents in union with the Lord for this is righteous had to write it a thousand times so I know Ephesians 6 very well I mean that was my you know you're not wrestling with flesh and blood no but you know I know how to cook I know how to clean a home. I've never been to bars and such. That's not my life. I don't have tattoos. And I mean, not that people that have tattoos is bad. But I'm just saying, I'm just a mom that stayed

1:58:38 home, took well care of my kids. And because I won't crawl back to my abuser, he uses the courts as a weapon against me to harm me. And what he's doing is he's caused my children to be suicidal. and now if they turn against mom then then you know it's all on his head and I'm thankful and I rejoice because I'm not doing that if the court order tells me and the arrest bond tells me do not

1:59:08 give him the children he has harmed them if I do give him the children I would be arrested for not obeying the court order. So what do I do? I'm an either I'm an alienator for not giving him the kids or I'm a court defier and I go to jail for not obeying court orders. The courts have specifically stated do not give him any visitation with the children. This is the court order and you have a copy of that. I can't go against it but then you turn around just a few months later

1:59:42 and say that I tried to alienate him. It's your court order. That's why they dismissed everything. Totally dismissed everything. Now sign your, dismiss your protection order and go back to him. I know I can't do that. Oh, okay, we'll just take your kids and give it to him. You'll end up going back to him. But I didn't do that. And they were like, how is she still standing with all that we threw at her? Every dart, every arrow, every shot in the back. How is she still standing?

2:00:13 It's only from the Father in heaven that I'm still standing. And that's the truth. Yeah. Lynn, I'm going to encourage you. I'm on Right On Radio with Jeff frequently. And Right On Radio has sing and pour every Wednesday. I was going to ask her. Saturday. And it's on Telegram. I don't know if you have Telegram app on your phone. But it's a great. Singapore is awesome to join into. So maybe mom can connect with you afterwards and give you the link to sign in on.

2:00:47 But it's it's great. But we'll make sure that, you know, we're praying for you as well. But whenever anybody is praying for themselves, you know, the Bible just tells us to make sure that we repent, you know, get everything out of the way. We don't have to go anywhere. We don't have to do any special special ritual. You know, there's all these rituals that churches have taught us that we have to do. That's not what the Bible says. There's no ritualistic, you know, you can go directly to God and just ask for forgiveness and ask him and tell him.

2:01:21 He says we'll do greater things than he. Well, we need to believe it. And we need to ask him what direction you need to take next, you know. and you need to pray for your children too because that they really see the light and that you're not the bad person even though there are times that I'm sure that they're being brainwashed the opposite way. That definitely happens. It's my understanding that it only takes about 24 hours for a parent to brainwash a child and about 48 hours, 48 to 72 hours

2:01:52 for any other adult to brainwash a child. So it really doesn't take that long. and it's life. Those things don't really go away. It's always in their conscience behind, but we can pray against that. That is what I want you to know. I totally believe if we have faith, we can definitely pray against that. I appreciate that. Thank you. I don't belong to any one religion. I respect everyone's religion and their right to have one. I prefer just to stay

2:02:26 um like i talk to god all day long when i'm driving when i'm washing dishes when i look out my window and i see the deer eating in the backyard and i'm thankful when i have that hot cup of tea when i was cold the other night that was a comfort to me thank you heavenly father thank you highest power when i'm standing there over my son every single night i have literally put my hands it's still dirt it's not it's some grass but not covered in I put my hand prints

2:02:58 there and I tell my boy mama's here these are my hands I'm always with you my hands are on you so yeah I've been through a lot and I want to help other people because it may be too late for me to get my kids back or my contract back because of these corrupt buzzards that's what they are they're vultures and our assets are bird's food it's a buffet of birds food for these vultures and they will take everything from you when you go to file to get safety the first thing they ask

2:03:32 you is not are you safe are you okay it's where do you work how much do you make that's right yeah paul what else can can how should people contact you i see you have your website up american litigation consultant is it llc or lc llc okay okay so i'll take them to my page and on my page i actually wrote a law book that people i wrote it for guys that are fighting their cases in in prison and they because of covid they were all locked down so they didn't have access to

2:04:09 legal research. So we built it and I put it on there and it's free. Anybody can go on there. They can scroll down on the legal resource page and whatever the issue is, they can touch it. And it's going to take them notable or positive cases as opposed to having to, you know, continue research cases and they lost and everything. These cases are our winners. and it's a pretty cool thing that we did, you know, to help people and it's for free.

2:04:42 So anybody, you don't have to be a client. They don't have to be anything. And they can go ahead and look if they have an issue that they're doing, you know, that they're dealing with. Because, you know, life is in a bowl of cherries sometimes and we make bad choices and we have to suffer those consequences. But there's also, like in Lynn's case, serious abuses that occur in court systems across the country, not just the family courts. You know, the other courts, too.

2:05:12 They do it. So, you know, that's what my business is about. It's basically helping people that, you know, taking the knowledge that I've learned over the last 35 years and giving it to other people so that we can help them. You know, thank you for that. Thank you. Thank you so much. I thank God every day. I was blessed. I was given a gift and I'm, you know, I'm very grateful for it. It's unbelievable. You're all amazing. And I want to thank you very much. I'm sorry, but I'm on 2%. So my screen has gone dark. I think I'm going to cut out here in a minute. But thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

2:05:53 Thank you. Thank you so much. And thank you, Christy and Pamela, for this opportunity. It was nice meeting you, Paul, and thank you for using your gifts to help other people. Thank you, too. If either of you have other stories that we need to cover, make sure that you get with my mom.

2:06:23 and we'll try to get them scheduled. And we're just basically going directly into interviews because we don't have time for pre-interviews anymore. So if people want to get their stories out, we'll definitely record them because time is short for everyone we know. Yes, it is. So thank you. Ma, do you have any closing words? Just thank you. Thanks for using your gift. Thank you for telling your story. And, you know, just use it to help other people. Like Paul said, I believe as we get these stories out, you're going to find out you're not the only one.

2:06:59 We already know that you're not the only one. So just encourage other people to tell their stories. And they will be encouraged once they hear your story, I believe. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Yep. Listen, everybody, do unto others as you would have others do unto you. And make sure that you subscribe to PatriotsPerspective.com. If you have a story like Lynn's or want to connect with Lynn, find her on social media. You can find my mom and I on Patriot's Perspective. Paul on American Litigation Consultant LLC dot com.

2:07:31 And we thank you for tuning in today. Thanks for your time and listening. And if there's anything that you can do to help Lynn or anybody else, please feel free to reach out to us. We're always looking for other help. And we are going to close out this amazing outro today. Remember, take action. Take action. Don't let big tech win. Share this video with a friend now. Most importantly, do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

2:08:02 Thank you, everybody. Thank you. Thank you, guys. Have a blessed day. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Thank you. Bye-bye.
