But I knew the judge was going to let me out anyway, because Politico Magazine said,

Well, I asked him if he was single. She goes, yeah, he's cute. I go, yeah, I don't, I didn't know anybody. So they're like, we want to know where DJ is. We want to know where Jeff is. So finally I met, I was meeting with the FBI and the, my attorney left me alone with them. So they thought that I was going to be like a squeal, but I didn't have any information. I didn't have anything. All I could tell them was the truth is that we were getting beat up in the crowds. We went there to protest. The cops started beating up the Patriots.

I come back and I got along really nicely because I'm nice to people with the prosecutor, Kim, with all the FBI agents that were very sweet. I think they realized like, I think they realized the rank and file. They even told my attorney, we don't want to do this. We have to. Okay. So they're getting it from Biden administration. So after that, I went home.

1:58:35 They made me sign a plea deal. And I remember it was on my printer and I wouldn't sign it. I was just like, why am I going to plead guilty? And so my attorney goes, listen, you need to plead guilty because the words are known or should have known. They have you on tape saying we're going to break into the White House. I said White House, though. Doesn't matter. So I signed it. And I started to get better mentally, stronger, started taking clients at my house. And I said, wait a second, wait a second, wait a second.

1:59:06 I'm not guilty. I called my attorney. You got to take back the plea right now. Like, this is crazy. Like, I finally developed my backbone back. Like, I'm not, this is bullshit. I'm not guilty. So I said, and if you don't take back this guilty plea, I'm going to call the bar. Okay? So he did. He goes, I got your back. And he told the judge, he goes, Your Honor, no, this is like a year later, Your Honor, my client would like to take back her plea. And he goes, Counsel, why would your client plead guilty if she wasn't? He goes, Your Honor, it wasn't her fault.

1:59:37 It was my fault because they worded it known or should have known. So we believed if we pleaded guilty and cooperated, we would get below the sliding scale and she would receive no jail time. OK, so that was the promise they made him. But they reneged because she asked for sentencing. So she tricked us saying she was going to help us and she did it. So I went, I'm not going to plead guilty. My attorney, my judge allowed me. So now I only have five misdemeanors and they appealed the guilty.

I developed this clientele like through hard hard work I had girls working for me they won't even talk to me now I'm like and I remember calling up one of my friends going I'm mentally ill because I didn't know what else to say everybody was telling me I was mentally ill you know when you're when you have a breakdown it's like you know I mean if you've been put in solitude you know confinement and and gone through everything that you've gone through I mean and you know
