0:00:00 Hello, everybody,

0:01:33 and welcome to Patriots Perspective.

0:01:41 Got a little audio issue going on.

0:01:44 One second, everybody.

0:01:49 Okay, maybe that will work.

0:01:51 I apologize for that.

0:01:52 I am still practicing on all of you.

0:01:55 Sorry about those ears there.

0:01:57 Hope that you're having a

0:01:58 wonderful day because, man,

0:01:59 have I got some news for

0:02:01 you because we have the one, the only,

0:02:05 the awesome from the dark outpost,

0:02:07 Penny L.A.

0:02:08 Shepard.

0:02:09 Penny,

0:02:10 welcome back to Patriot's Perspective,

0:02:11 and thank you for bringing

0:02:12 your research here while David is away.

0:02:15 Thank you so much.

0:02:16 It's a pleasure as always.

0:02:18 And I did a little thing with your logo.

0:02:22 I did.

0:02:23 I love your logo.

0:02:25 So if you'll bring my PowerPoint in,

0:02:26 I'll show you what I did.

0:02:27 Oh, yes.

0:02:28 Well, that would be helpful, right?

0:02:30 Okay.

0:02:30 So here's what I did.

0:02:36 Oh, good.

0:02:38 Oh, yes.

0:02:38 You made it pink.

0:02:38 I just put, I put like,

0:02:40 it's like a stained glass window.

0:02:41 Oh, you know what?

0:02:42 Because it's like a window

0:02:44 into what we're going to be

0:02:45 bringing for Penny,

0:02:46 because you know what?

0:02:47 There's so many things that

0:02:48 mainstream media does not cover.

0:02:50 And if they do,

0:02:51 they kind of bury it to the

0:02:52 bottom because they don't

0:02:54 want anybody to come in and do that.

0:02:57 Yeah, so tell us what we've got today,

0:03:00 Penny.

0:03:01 Okay, so today we have Pamela Davis-Reeves,

0:03:05 Transform U Wellness Wednesday,

0:03:07 and she'll be on, actually,

0:03:09 she'll be on for the

0:03:10 majority of the show.

0:03:11 How about we just bring her in now?

0:03:13 Yeah,

0:03:14 and we've scheduled her for her section,

0:03:16 for her segment, from twelve to one p.m.,

0:03:19 and I did a little,

0:03:21 I did a little moving.

0:03:22 That's good.

0:03:25 Oh, you did a little moving.

0:03:26 She's going to stand out.

0:03:27 She's going to stand out

0:03:28 like a flamingo and a flock of pigeons.

0:03:33 That's correct.

0:03:34 And because flamingo,

0:03:35 as far as I'm concerned,

0:03:36 is the Florida national state bird.

0:03:38 That is.

0:03:39 I know because I live there.

0:03:41 And then tomorrow, we're going to tomorrow,

0:03:43 Thursday, December first and Friday,

0:03:44 December second.

0:03:46 We're going to be bringing in.

0:03:48 A very good friend of mine, Nick Alvier,

0:03:50 Goodline TV.

0:03:52 He has he's a documentarian, a musician,

0:03:56 a director, a producer.

0:03:58 He was also arrested in the

0:04:00 January six debacle for

0:04:02 smoking a doobie in the Capitol.

0:04:05 Very mellow and intelligent

0:04:07 and articulate individual.

0:04:10 I love him.

0:04:11 And so we're going to be

0:04:11 bringing him in for

0:04:13 commentary tomorrow and

0:04:16 give him a little promotion

0:04:17 for Good Lion TV, which is awesome.

0:04:21 Yes,

0:04:21 he's kind of backed up everything into

0:04:23 Good Lion TV, right?

0:04:24 Like some of those censored videos.

0:04:27 No, he's a documentarian.

0:04:29 So if you sign up for Good Lion TV,

0:04:31 you're going to get

0:04:32 something like fifty or sixty documents,

0:04:34 documentaries that he has

0:04:36 personally produced himself.

0:04:38 He's he's done the music.

0:04:39 He's done the research.

0:04:41 He's put the documentaries together.

0:04:44 Most notably, Peto Wood.

0:04:45 He said he was working on a

0:04:46 documentary on.

0:04:47 when he went to the Capitol

0:04:49 and then subsequently he

0:04:50 was arrested for smoking in the Capitol.

0:04:53 And it's amazing that he did

0:04:58 get it addressed and he was

0:05:00 incarcerated for, I think he said,

0:05:02 forty five days in solitary

0:05:04 confinement at one point.

0:05:07 So I'm sure he's going to

0:05:08 have a lot to say about

0:05:09 this recent decision

0:05:11 regarding the Oath Keepers.

0:05:13 And I have some news on that as well.

0:05:17 That's awesome.

0:05:18 So I'm going to play our

0:05:19 little breaking news theme.

0:05:20 I got you your own theme and I,

0:05:22 and I redid your PowerPoint just for you.

0:05:24 You're awesome.

0:05:41 You're so professional.

0:05:44 I like the end.

0:05:44 It's like little signals from out west.

0:05:49 Okay, so today, this is from CNN.

0:05:50 Former Chinese president,

0:05:52 I'm not sure if I'm going

0:05:52 to say his name right, Jiang Zemin,

0:05:56 dead at ninety-six of cancer.

0:05:57 He led China in the years

0:05:59 after the Tiananmen Square protests.

0:06:01 This is two minutes and

0:06:02 forty-seven seconds.

0:06:03 You can stop me.

0:06:03 He was the communist

0:06:04 hardliner with a softer side.

0:06:04 Jiang Zemin was also a shrewd

0:06:13 Young Zameen.

0:06:16 of power after the massacre

0:06:18 of pro-democracy

0:06:18 demonstrators in Tiananmen

0:06:20 Square in nineteen eighty nine.

0:06:22 He didn't order the crackdown,

0:06:23 but was handpicked by the man who did,

0:06:25 Supreme Leader Deng Xiaoping.

0:06:27 A year after the bloodshed,

0:06:28 Jiang Zemin told America's

0:06:30 ABC News it was, quote,

0:06:31 much ado about nothing.

0:06:33 Much ado about nothing.

0:06:34 He was written off by most

0:06:36 as a political lightweight

0:06:37 who wouldn't last.

0:06:38 He was known as the flowerpot.

0:06:40 Lots of decoration and no action.

0:06:42 But history would prove them wrong.

0:06:45 Jiang Zemin has had many

0:06:46 more successes than failures,

0:06:49 and he surprised many

0:06:50 people with his staying power.

0:06:52 As leader,

0:06:52 he courted the military and was

0:06:54 determined to keep the

0:06:55 communists in power while

0:06:56 pushing ahead with economic reforms.

0:06:59 He's definitely not going to

0:07:00 be remembered as China's Gorbachev.

0:07:03 He's not even close.

0:07:06 On an official U.S.

0:07:07 visit in nineteen ninety seven,

0:07:08 Jiang was lauded by Wall Street.

0:07:11 and chastised by President

0:07:13 Bill Clinton over human rights.

0:07:15 On this issue,

0:07:15 we believe the policy of the

0:07:16 government is on the wrong

0:07:18 side of history.

0:07:20 But he never gave ground on

0:07:22 political reforms and

0:07:23 explained why during a rare

0:07:25 interview with CNN.

0:07:27 I do think that to require

0:07:28 all countries to adopt the

0:07:29 same model of democracy

0:07:31 would itself be undemocratic.

0:07:34 He was leader when Hong Kong

0:07:36 was handed back to the mainland.

0:07:38 when Beijing was awarded the

0:07:39 Olympics and business

0:07:41 people were allowed to become communists.

0:07:44 In two thousand and three,

0:07:45 he retired as president.

0:07:47 A year after that,

0:07:47 he gave up his last post as

0:07:49 China's military commander,

0:07:51 completing the first smooth

0:07:52 leadership transition ever

0:07:54 in communist China.

0:07:56 So I want to thank you for

0:07:58 accepting my resignation,

0:07:59 he said at the time.

0:08:01 Jiang still exerted

0:08:03 political influence behind

0:08:04 the scenes for years,

0:08:06 including the selection of

0:08:07 current Chinese leader Xi Jinping,

0:08:09 who secured a norm-busting

0:08:10 third term as party head.

0:08:13 Xi,

0:08:14 China's most powerful leader in decades,

0:08:16 has eviscerated political rivals,

0:08:18 including those in Jiang's faction,

0:08:21 and rolled back much of the

0:08:22 economic and personal

0:08:23 freedoms enjoyed during the Jiang era.

0:08:26 In retirement,

0:08:27 Jiang reportedly sang an

0:08:29 aria at Beijing's National

0:08:30 Grand Theatre before it was

0:08:31 officially opened.

0:08:36 For a man who once ruled

0:08:37 more than a billion people,

0:08:39 the performance was said to

0:08:41 be the fulfillment of a

0:08:42 lifetime ambition.

0:08:46 They love karaoke.

0:08:47 Every time I've worked,

0:08:50 every time I've gone to China,

0:08:52 we've always had to go to karaoke, Penny.

0:08:55 And I just wanted to let

0:08:56 everybody know that's tuning in.

0:08:58 Some people are looking for us on YouTube.

0:09:00 We have been banned off of YouTube.

0:09:03 Evidently, our yesterday's guest,

0:09:05 who is a U.S.

0:09:06 Marine,

0:09:07 was considered bullying the public.

0:09:09 Penny, can you believe that?

0:09:11 No, I cannot.

0:09:12 You know,

0:09:13 I think that we need to showcase

0:09:15 people who have divergent opinions and,

0:09:18 you know, and give them a forum.

0:09:20 He's a very prolific individual,

0:09:23 and I'm sorry that it was

0:09:25 perceived in that manner.

0:09:26 Yeah, me too.

0:09:28 I just wanted to let

0:09:28 everybody know we are

0:09:29 banned off of YouTube.

0:09:31 Please make sure that you

0:09:32 follow our Rumble channel.

0:09:33 Most importantly,

0:09:34 we are also making

0:09:36 PatriotsRespective.com

0:09:38 where no matter where we are,

0:09:39 no matter what platform you

0:09:40 get kicked off of,

0:09:41 you'll be able to watch

0:09:42 directly on PatriotsRespective.com.

0:09:45 Excellent.

0:09:46 Yes.

0:09:48 So the follow-up to that story, again,

0:09:50 which we presented yesterday,

0:09:51 was the COVID protests.

0:09:53 So they apparently are

0:09:54 escalating in China.

0:09:55 Can you say this word?

0:09:57 Is that right?

0:09:57 Is that correct?

0:09:59 Yeah.

0:10:00 Sometimes it's a little small,

0:10:04 and I can't see it.

0:10:05 Oh, Guangzhou.

0:10:06 That's Guangzhou.

0:10:06 That's where I go.

0:10:07 It's called Guangzhou.

0:10:08 Thank you.

0:10:09 Thank you.

0:10:11 Guangzhou.

0:10:12 Guangzhou.

0:10:13 Guangzhou.

0:10:14 Guangzhou.

0:10:16 Okay,

0:10:16 so COVID protests escalate in China's

0:10:21 Guangzhou.

0:10:23 So let me describe Guangzhou as a city.

0:10:25 OK, so Guangzhou about ten years ago,

0:10:27 but don't quote me exactly on years,

0:10:30 but about ten, maybe fifteen years ago,

0:10:31 it was nothing but farmland.

0:10:33 Now it is really massive.

0:10:35 Yes.

0:10:35 It's this massive city

0:10:38 residents report that it just like pop.

0:10:40 You just you know,

0:10:41 they just all of a sudden

0:10:42 started building these buildings.

0:10:44 And basically,

0:10:45 it's like the area that I go

0:10:47 to is like a mall.

0:10:49 It's like a massive mall and a tower.

0:10:51 And I'm talking about like

0:10:52 maybe thirty stories high.

0:10:55 There's almost no one in it

0:10:57 other than buyers of

0:10:59 lighting and home furnishings.

0:11:01 That's weird.

0:11:02 Like in other words,

0:11:02 you can't go there and

0:11:03 actually buy anything just for storage.

0:11:07 owners,

0:11:07 manufacturers like myself to be

0:11:09 able to go there and actually see things.

0:11:12 So the biggest thing that I

0:11:12 can equate it to here in

0:11:14 America is World Market Center, Las Vegas,

0:11:17 Dallas Market Center at

0:11:19 America's Mart in Atlanta

0:11:20 would be the closest thing that I know.

0:11:23 The apparel mart at

0:11:27 America's Mart Atlanta

0:11:28 would be the closest thing.

0:11:29 So people don't live there?

0:11:31 No.

0:11:31 Well, yeah, people live in Guangzhou,

0:11:34 but not the farmers and

0:11:36 things that used to live in Guangzhou.

0:11:40 So it's more for manufacturers.

0:11:43 The hotels and stuff are very nice.

0:11:45 But the manufacturers are,

0:11:47 I'm going to call us,

0:11:48 we're handled when we go.

0:11:50 We're not allowed to.

0:11:51 You can't rent a car.

0:11:53 I never pay for anything.

0:11:55 Even when I go to Starbucks,

0:11:56 there's one of my manufacturer's helpers,

0:12:00 because every manufacturer

0:12:02 in China is owned by the

0:12:04 Chinese Communist Party.

0:12:06 So it's very important for

0:12:08 people to realize that, you know,

0:12:10 they are not free.

0:12:11 You're not free when you go there.

0:12:13 It's not that I don't have a nice time.

0:12:16 It's about the people.

0:12:16 The people are very nice.

0:12:18 But in terms of the area,

0:12:19 people would be very

0:12:20 surprised because you think like,

0:12:22 you know,

0:12:22 one day I just wanted to go out

0:12:24 sourcing and to meet

0:12:26 manufacturers kind of on my own.

0:12:28 Well, I couldn't.

0:12:29 They took me everywhere.

0:12:30 They had to pay for everything.

0:12:34 So they don't want you

0:12:35 walking around in the city

0:12:36 and finding out stuff.

0:12:37 That's right.

0:12:38 That's exactly right.

0:12:39 They will not allow it.

0:12:40 It's not even that you can't.

0:12:42 You cannot.

0:12:43 You're with them the whole entire time.

0:12:45 You have a handler.

0:12:46 I didn't know it.

0:12:46 I didn't really.

0:12:48 The last time I was there

0:12:49 was two thousand seventeen.

0:12:51 I really did not realize

0:12:53 that it was a handler.

0:12:54 And then when I got back, I was like, OK.

0:12:57 Do you recognize any of

0:12:58 these places while you're

0:12:59 looking through here?

0:13:00 I just turned the volume down.

0:13:01 Yeah, it looks very similar.

0:13:02 So all the smaller places that are around,

0:13:05 yeah, it looks very similar.

0:13:07 I'll actually try to go

0:13:08 through and post a lot of

0:13:09 my photos if we come across

0:13:12 the taller buildings.

0:13:15 It looks like they're

0:13:16 knocking down barriers.

0:13:17 There's a market,

0:13:18 an open market out there.

0:13:20 People are filming as

0:13:21 they're… Are these the

0:13:24 forces that are taking

0:13:25 people down in the white suits?

0:13:28 Yeah, I mean, you know, when I was there,

0:13:30 they do, the air is very dirty there.

0:13:34 The river basically running

0:13:37 through Guangzhou and that

0:13:39 entire region looks like mud.

0:13:41 It's so dirty.

0:13:42 Hey, they're doing COVID tests before,

0:13:44 they're doing COVID stuff

0:13:45 before the people go into

0:13:46 the markets and stuff.

0:13:47 Hold on a second.

0:13:48 I'm going to see if she's

0:13:49 speaking English.

0:13:51 It will be more troublesome

0:13:53 for the elderly to get this disease.

0:13:55 Now the state is still

0:14:01 providing vaccines to protect yourself.

0:14:02 The state cares about you,

0:14:02 so it will get better.

0:14:03 They're doing COVID tests on the street,

0:14:04 Christy.

0:14:05 They're doing it here in Miami, too.

0:14:08 Like that?

0:14:09 Yeah, they've been doing it.

0:14:10 Very similar, yeah.

0:14:11 Okay, that's crazy.

0:14:14 Yeah.

0:14:14 That's crazy.

0:14:16 It's a fear porn thing, Penny.

0:14:17 It's a fear porn thing.

0:14:19 And so if people don't take

0:14:20 off their mask and they're

0:14:21 going to continue to do it, the city,

0:14:24 Miami-Dade County has been

0:14:26 under lockdown for almost three years.

0:14:28 I mean, the mayor here keeps…

0:14:31 like expanding the emergency

0:14:34 use authorization because

0:14:35 she keeps making money off of it.

0:14:37 OK,

0:14:38 we already get we're already operating

0:14:40 on a seven billion dollar

0:14:42 with a B budget.

0:14:42 OK,

0:14:43 so that's just I just want to let you

0:14:48 know that they're the covid

0:14:49 protests in China are

0:14:50 actually they're escalating now.

0:14:54 I would presume any kind of

0:14:55 an escalation like that is

0:14:56 going to result in people

0:14:58 getting taken to camps and disappeared.

0:15:01 That's just my assessment.

0:15:03 Most definitely will there.

0:15:05 This was one that John Carman gave me.

0:15:07 It was a dating app predator

0:15:09 is in custody.

0:15:09 Now in police custody.

0:15:10 Franklin police arrested

0:15:10 Timothy Olson this morning.

0:15:12 Police have been looking for

0:15:13 the fifty two year old is

0:15:20 accused in Timothy Olson

0:15:23 I believe this is in Wisconsin.

0:15:25 Police consider him a person

0:15:26 of interest in the death of

0:15:27 Kim McCoolins earlier this month.

0:15:30 And in Franklin,

0:15:31 where just last week police

0:15:32 say he forced a seventy

0:15:34 nine year old woman into

0:15:35 her car at gunpoint.

0:15:36 WISN twelve news.

0:15:37 Hannah Hilliard joins us

0:15:38 live tonight from the

0:15:38 Franklin Police Department.

0:15:40 That's where Olson is right now.

0:15:43 Rightway undergoing

0:15:44 questioning from three

0:15:46 police departments right now.

0:15:48 Now we do know officers were

0:15:49 able to arrest Timothy

0:15:51 Olson this morning right

0:15:52 here in Franklin.

0:15:53 It's also here in Franklin.

0:15:55 We are learning about this

0:15:56 new incident where Olson is

0:15:58 accused of forcing a

0:16:00 seventy nine year old woman

0:16:01 into her own car at gunpoint.

0:16:03 Did he drive her around?

0:16:08 Yes, she did.

0:16:08 To ATMs?

0:16:09 Well, at least one.

0:16:09 But again,

0:16:13 This is all I know.

0:16:16 So that happened last Wednesday.

0:16:17 It was last night.

0:16:19 Olson was spotted at Grill Shack on South.

0:16:21 Twenty seventh in Franklin.

0:16:23 This morning,

0:16:23 police shared the

0:16:24 surveillance photo photo

0:16:25 from that restaurant, warning the public.

0:16:28 And then later this morning,

0:16:29 an officer spotted Olson

0:16:31 pushing a bike near a condo complex.

0:16:33 They got him or they got

0:16:35 into a struggle with an

0:16:37 officer and an officer

0:16:38 ended up having to use a taser on Olson.

0:16:40 Tonight,

0:16:41 Franklin police say Olson will

0:16:42 likely face kidnapping,

0:16:44 burglary and identity theft

0:16:45 charges here in Franklin.

0:16:47 Okay,

0:16:47 so just want to let you know if

0:16:48 anyone's concerned or anyone did not know,

0:16:51 please be careful if you're

0:16:52 on a dating app.

0:16:52 Yes.

0:16:55 You know, that's my assessment here.

0:16:57 This was a weirdo news story.

0:17:00 Five cars rented by the

0:17:01 Biden family burst into

0:17:02 flames at the Nantucket airport.

0:17:04 So this is kind of a… Is

0:17:07 this a devil thing?

0:17:12 I'm wondering if this is, you know,

0:17:13 I mean…

0:17:15 To hide exculpatory evidence?

0:17:17 Yeah.

0:17:18 That's a lot of cars.

0:17:19 That's five, not one.

0:17:20 Yeah, exactly.

0:17:22 And they say the Biden

0:17:23 family wasn't in these cars.

0:17:26 But, and you know,

0:17:29 Was it to point out something?

0:17:30 Because they're not completely burned.

0:17:32 So if there was evidence inside them,

0:17:33 you'd still be able to

0:17:36 maybe decipher if there's

0:17:37 independent DNA in there,

0:17:38 if there was a crime that

0:17:39 was committed in there.

0:17:40 But that's just very, very weird.

0:17:42 Five cars rented by the

0:17:43 Secret Service during

0:17:44 President Joe Biden's

0:17:45 Thanksgiving vacation in

0:17:46 Nantucket burst into flames.

0:17:49 At an airport, a day after they returned,

0:17:51 according to a Secret Service spokesman,

0:17:53 Anthony Guglielmi,

0:17:59 said the vehicles were

0:18:00 rented from a Hertz outlet

0:18:01 at the Nantucket Memorial

0:18:02 Airport for use during the

0:18:03 president's family vacation

0:18:04 over the Thanksgiving holiday.

0:18:07 The fire happened a day

0:18:08 after they were returned.

0:18:09 So that's kind of weird.

0:18:11 None of the Biden family

0:18:12 members rode in the vehicles,

0:18:13 Guglielmi said.

0:18:15 According to The Current,

0:18:16 the cars that were heavily

0:18:17 damaged or destroyed

0:18:18 included a Chevy Suburban,

0:18:20 a Ford Explorer, a Ford Expedition,

0:18:23 a Jeep Gladiator, and an Infiniti QX-AD.

0:18:27 So this is from the Nantucket Current,

0:18:29 and they were showing you,

0:18:30 we already showed you that video.

0:18:32 And approximately five twenty two a.m.

0:18:34 airport shift staff observed

0:18:36 an active fire in the

0:18:37 rental car overflow area

0:18:38 through the airport's

0:18:39 closed circuit television system.

0:18:40 The airport said in a

0:18:41 statement staff activated

0:18:43 the alert system responded

0:18:44 to the fire in airport

0:18:45 three where they were met

0:18:46 by responding units.

0:18:47 And here's another thought.

0:18:48 Was this actually meant for a diversion?

0:18:53 OK,

0:18:54 so when they're responding to this fire,

0:18:56 what else is going on?

0:18:58 It just seems contrived to me.

0:18:59 What are your thoughts?

0:19:00 Yeah, absolutely.

0:19:02 I definitely think it sounds

0:19:03 like it's a situation where.

0:19:05 Yeah, right.

0:19:08 You know, my question is,

0:19:09 what happened to the Biden Thanksgiving?

0:19:10 Are there dead bodies somewhere?

0:19:13 You know,

0:19:13 what what what was this looks to

0:19:16 me now more like it's a diversion.

0:19:19 What do you think?

0:19:22 That's.

0:19:25 She's not saying nothing.

0:19:28 She's not saying nothing.

0:19:29 Okay.

0:19:30 This is an article from the National.

0:19:32 The Senate is poised to

0:19:33 codify legal protection for

0:19:34 same-sex marriage.

0:19:35 Have you heard about this yesterday?

0:19:37 No, I've not.

0:19:41 The volume's a little low,

0:19:42 but we can talk over it.

0:19:44 Oh, yeah.

0:19:45 Well, this is OK.

0:19:46 This this is actually where

0:19:47 there's been several

0:19:48 Republicans that actually

0:19:50 voted to protect the same sex marriage.

0:19:53 Right.

0:19:54 Amongst a lot of a lot of

0:19:57 Christians here in Miami

0:19:59 are very focused on this.

0:20:00 Twelve years ago,

0:20:02 gay sex was actually

0:20:04 against the law just across

0:20:05 the river from here in Virginia.

0:20:07 So gay sex twelve years ago

0:20:09 was against the law.

0:20:10 Yeah.

0:20:11 Gay sex, they're saying.

0:20:14 Today's ruling felt… I mean,

0:20:16 there are a lot of these

0:20:18 things still on the books.

0:20:20 …of marriage since the

0:20:21 nineteen sixty-seven

0:20:22 decision that struck down

0:20:23 bans on interracial matrimony.

0:20:25 It's a clear, historic declaration.

0:20:28 …that the four words

0:20:29 etched onto the front of

0:20:30 the Supreme Court,

0:20:32 equal justice under law, apply to us,

0:20:36 too.

0:20:36 Jim Obergefell's husband, John,

0:20:39 was still alive when they

0:20:40 began fighting Ohio's

0:20:42 refusal to recognize their marriage.

0:20:44 When John died of ALS,

0:20:46 Ohio refused to list

0:20:48 Obergefell's name on the

0:20:49 death certificate.

0:20:50 No American should have to

0:20:52 suffer that indignity.

0:20:53 Clearly,

0:20:54 Justice Anthony Kennedy had that

0:20:57 in mind when he wrote for

0:20:58 the majority that as some

0:21:00 of the petitioners in these

0:21:02 cases demonstrate,

0:21:03 marriage embodies a love

0:21:05 that may endure even past death.

0:21:08 They ask for equal dignity

0:21:10 in the eyes of the law.

0:21:12 It is so ordered.

0:21:13 Later,

0:21:14 the president emerged from the White

0:21:15 House to praise the long

0:21:17 legal struggle that ended this morning.

0:21:19 Sometimes there are days like this,

0:21:22 when that slow,

0:21:24 steady effort is rewarded

0:21:28 with justice that arrives

0:21:34 Like a thunderbolt.

0:21:35 Not too long ago,

0:21:36 Obama himself opposed gay marriage,

0:21:38 as did most other political leaders.

0:21:40 That's weird, right?

0:21:41 Yeah.

0:21:42 Hold on, Penny.

0:21:43 I definitely have something

0:21:46 to say about that one.

0:21:47 Right.

0:21:48 How in the heck would Obama

0:21:51 have a moment to, mom,

0:21:53 what do you think about

0:21:54 Obama opposing gay marriage?

0:21:58 Well,

0:22:00 He's the hypocrite that he's always been.

0:22:03 What can I say?

0:22:05 Maybe because he's married to Michael.

0:22:09 But he opposed gay marriage.

0:22:10 So it's a good front, right?

0:22:13 It's a great front.

0:22:14 Yeah.

0:22:16 Don't watch what they say

0:22:17 and don't hear what they say.

0:22:19 Watch what they do.

0:22:21 So basically what this means

0:22:23 is the Senate passed the

0:22:24 same-sex marriage bill,

0:22:25 which goes back to the House for a vote.

0:22:27 And then Biden was meeting

0:22:28 with congressional leaders

0:22:30 on behalf of this.

0:22:31 I'm going to play just a

0:22:31 little bit of this.

0:22:37 passed a bill that would

0:22:38 protect same-sex marriages

0:22:39 under federal law.

0:22:40 Now it goes back to the

0:22:42 House for a vote there

0:22:42 before President Biden can

0:22:44 make it official with his signature.

0:22:46 Earlier yesterday,

0:22:47 the president hosted a

0:22:48 meeting at the White House

0:22:49 with Democratic and GOP

0:22:50 congressional leaders.

0:22:51 He discussed his priorities

0:22:53 before the start of the next Congress,

0:22:54 and he emphasized the need

0:22:56 for both sides to work

0:22:57 together going forward.

0:23:00 We're going to work together to fund,

0:23:01 I hope,

0:23:02 work together to fund the

0:23:03 government with the COVID

0:23:04 and the war in Ukraine,

0:23:06 all controversial and

0:23:07 consequential issues.

0:23:08 And we're going to find

0:23:10 other areas of common ground, I hope,

0:23:11 because America people want

0:23:13 us to work together.

0:23:16 Joining us now,

0:23:16 NBC News White House

0:23:17 correspondent Carol Lee and

0:23:18 Capitol Hill correspondent Ryan Nobles.

0:23:20 Good morning to both of you.

0:23:21 So, Ryan,

0:23:22 let's begin with you there on

0:23:23 Capitol Hill.

0:23:24 One of these top priorities

0:23:25 for the president was

0:23:26 codifying same-sex marriage.

0:23:28 The Senate yesterday passed

0:23:29 a bill that would give

0:23:30 federal protection to same-sex couples.

0:23:32 The bill received bipartisan support,

0:23:34 which is what it needed to pass.

0:23:35 So explain to us the

0:23:36 importance of this and

0:23:37 what's next now for this

0:23:38 legislation as it makes its

0:23:40 way through Congress to the president.

0:23:42 Well, Joe,

0:23:42 it's really remarkable when you

0:23:44 think about how far the

0:23:45 debate over same-sex

0:23:46 marriage has come in this

0:23:47 country that you would get

0:23:49 such a strong bipartisan

0:23:51 vote in support of

0:23:52 protecting same-sex

0:23:53 marriage across the country

0:23:54 like we saw here in the

0:23:56 United States Senate yesterday.

0:23:58 This doesn't go as far as

0:23:59 completely codifying the

0:24:01 Supreme Court ruling that

0:24:02 protects same-sex marriage

0:24:03 across the country.

0:24:04 But what it does do is it

0:24:06 holds in place that the

0:24:08 marriages that currently

0:24:09 exist will be protected

0:24:10 under the law if for some

0:24:12 reason that Supreme Court

0:24:13 decision is overturned.

0:24:14 And that really was born out

0:24:16 of the Dobbs decision,

0:24:18 which overturned Roe v.

0:24:19 Wade and concerns by

0:24:20 Democrats that that could

0:24:21 be the next step in the

0:24:23 Supreme Court.

0:24:23 So that's why Democrats

0:24:25 found it to be important.

0:24:26 Now,

0:24:26 there are some protections in there

0:24:28 for religious freedom,

0:24:29 which Republicans were concerned about.

0:24:30 Those were the concessions

0:24:32 that were made to get it

0:24:33 over the finish line.

0:24:34 This bill will now go back to the House,

0:24:36 where it's expected to swiftly pass,

0:24:38 and then will go to

0:24:39 President Biden to be signed into law.

0:24:41 Joe, this could happen quickly.

0:24:42 This could be the law of the

0:24:44 land by as soon as the end of this week.

0:24:46 Okay, so thoughts on this?

0:24:48 Well,

0:24:49 I think that the whole thing is not

0:24:51 only interesting, Penny,

0:24:53 but actually it would be a

0:24:54 little unconstitutional for

0:24:56 us to tell somebody who

0:24:57 that they can have sex with

0:24:58 to begin with.

0:24:59 I agree.

0:24:59 So, I mean, that's my thing on it.

0:25:02 Listen,

0:25:03 the Bible tells us that sex is

0:25:06 between one man and one woman.

0:25:08 That's everybody's choice in

0:25:09 terms of what they're going

0:25:11 to do and if they're going

0:25:12 to abide by God's laws or

0:25:16 if they're going to abide by

0:25:17 the Bible or the Quran or

0:25:20 whatever they're going to abide by.

0:25:21 I mean, I know what I'm going to,

0:25:24 but that doesn't mean I'm

0:25:25 going to force anybody else

0:25:27 to do the same because I

0:25:28 think we all have free will

0:25:29 and we're all constitutionally protected.

0:25:31 I agree.

0:25:33 Pamela?

0:25:35 I agree with you guys.

0:25:38 I actually do.

0:25:39 I mean,

0:25:39 if they if that's what they want to do.

0:25:41 I mean,

0:25:42 Jesus said that he cut off the vine

0:25:46 when it didn't produce.

0:25:48 OK,

0:25:48 so how can a man and a man produce and

0:25:52 why?

0:25:52 Why do you get married?

0:25:54 you get married to procreate, right?

0:25:56 And it says in the Bible

0:25:58 that children are arrows

0:26:01 and they're gifts from God.

0:26:03 So they're trying to recreate humanity.

0:26:07 That's just my opinion of it.

0:26:09 But I'm not saying if

0:26:11 they're right or wrong,

0:26:12 they have a constitutional

0:26:13 right to do what they want.

0:26:15 I'm just concerned about the

0:26:16 children who are brought into these

0:26:19 marriage, supposedly marriages,

0:26:22 and that aren't really marriages.

0:26:24 So.

0:26:24 Okay.

0:26:28 Chrissy?

0:26:29 Yeah, I mean, you know, here's the thing.

0:26:31 They're utilizing the problem.

0:26:33 The only problem I have is

0:26:34 this is an extension of CPS.

0:26:37 So, you know,

0:26:38 when it comes to child

0:26:39 protective services,

0:26:39 because they cannot have

0:26:41 children on their own,

0:26:43 they then want to weaponize

0:26:44 CPS against parents like

0:26:46 Megan and many other

0:26:48 parents to be able to give children.

0:26:51 the same sex couples,

0:26:52 the same rights to have children.

0:26:54 Well,

0:26:54 they don't have the same rights to

0:26:55 have children because they

0:26:56 cannot have children.

0:26:58 So therefore they need to

0:26:59 get children from somewhere.

0:27:00 And listen, I have friends that have,

0:27:02 you know, that are gay,

0:27:02 that have adopted children.

0:27:04 They're very lovely parents.

0:27:06 They're great parents.

0:27:07 They're basically two dads

0:27:08 with two daughters.

0:27:09 They do not raise the daughters to be men.

0:27:11 Matter of fact, they're very,

0:27:13 they raised them to be very

0:27:14 feminine and they treat

0:27:15 them like little princesses.

0:27:16 Okay.

0:27:17 So there are situations where

0:27:19 You know,

0:27:19 adoptions to to gay people are good,

0:27:23 you know, so, you know,

0:27:25 I'm not trying to intervene on them.

0:27:28 And all of my gay friends

0:27:29 and many of them say, you know,

0:27:30 straight people made gay people.

0:27:32 So it actually starts with

0:27:34 the straight people.

0:27:37 Our next story is breaking news.

0:27:39 The guilty verdicts in the

0:27:40 oath keeper seditious.

0:27:42 I spelled it wrong.

0:27:43 That should be a D instead

0:27:45 of a C. Seditious.

0:27:47 Oh, I just messed it up.

0:27:48 Whatever.

0:27:49 Conspiracy trial.

0:27:50 And I'm going to play a little bit of it.

0:27:52 And he'd do great.

0:28:09 Digital investigative

0:28:10 reporter Jordan Fisher has

0:28:11 been following this trial every day.

0:28:12 He joins us now live from the D.C.

0:28:14 courthouse.

0:28:15 Jordan,

0:28:15 we know Rhodes and Kelly Maggs were

0:28:17 found guilty of that most

0:28:18 significant charge,

0:28:19 which is sedition conspiracy.

0:28:21 We've talked about this

0:28:22 quite a bit with you,

0:28:23 but the co-defendants who

0:28:24 were acquitted are not walking away free.

0:28:29 That's right, Leslie.

0:28:30 All five defendants in this

0:28:31 case were convicted of

0:28:32 obstruction of an official proceeding,

0:28:34 which is in and of itself a

0:28:35 very serious felony.

0:28:37 Now,

0:28:37 the difference between that and

0:28:38 seditious conspiracy is

0:28:40 that that latter charge,

0:28:41 the one Rhodes and Megs were convicted of,

0:28:43 requires you to forcefully

0:28:45 conspire to oppose a law of

0:28:48 the United States.

0:28:48 And in this case,

0:28:49 that's the laws governing

0:28:50 the transfer of presidential power.

0:28:53 However,

0:28:53 even though they were not

0:28:54 convicted of seditious conspiracy,

0:28:55 all five defendants, the other three,

0:28:57 are facing the same base offense level.

0:29:00 Okay, so we have Kelly Meggs,

0:29:01 Stuart Rhodes, Jessica Watkins,

0:29:04 Kenneth Harrelson, and Thomas Caldwell.

0:29:07 I have a video on Stuart Rhodes' family.

0:29:13 And it's from the BBC.

0:29:15 They prepared it awfully

0:29:16 fast or maybe it was already out there.

0:29:17 I'm not sure.

0:29:19 But, you know,

0:29:21 explaining his instability

0:29:25 and what and how they had

0:29:26 to get out of the house

0:29:28 because of his abuse.

0:29:30 They they literally snuck

0:29:32 out of the house to get

0:29:33 away from this guy.

0:29:35 I'm going to call it a crisis actor, Penny,

0:29:38 possibly.

0:29:39 We just need to look out for

0:29:39 crisis actors whenever

0:29:41 they've got things ready to roll.

0:29:44 No, this is, in my estimation,

0:29:47 this BBC thing is absolutely legit.

0:29:51 But, you know,

0:29:52 you'll just have to take a look at it.

0:29:55 It's possible that they had

0:29:56 this recorded a while

0:29:57 because this guy's been in

0:29:58 custody for a while, but I just found it.

0:30:01 And it just aired.

0:30:03 So, you know,

0:30:04 it looks like it took a time

0:30:06 to put this together,

0:30:07 but the family was

0:30:09 literally in fear for their

0:30:11 lives from Stuart Rhodes.

0:30:12 They could all be facing

0:30:13 potentially very significant sentences.

0:30:20 I mean,

0:30:20 my thing is like I have never heard

0:30:22 of anybody as long as I've

0:30:25 been alive getting

0:30:26 convicted of seditious

0:30:27 conspiracy like ever.

0:30:29 And I said trail instead of trial.

0:30:31 I was typing really fast.

0:30:33 That's the reason they're

0:30:34 trying to they're trying to

0:30:36 pass all these case laws so

0:30:38 that they can then what

0:30:39 people don't realize is

0:30:40 they did this in World War Two.

0:30:42 They pass case law to make

0:30:44 laws normal and to try to

0:30:47 get you used to hearing things,

0:30:49 doing things, seeing things,

0:30:51 and then also for other

0:30:52 people to then become

0:30:53 scared of then going

0:30:56 against anything that's out there.

0:30:59 So, you know, that's what they want to do.

0:31:04 The biggest hurdle in this

0:31:05 case for those federal prosecutors,

0:31:07 this appeared to be an

0:31:08 uphill battle for them when

0:31:09 you're talking about seditious conspiracy,

0:31:11 such a charge.

0:31:14 The number one thing we

0:31:15 heard the defense attorneys

0:31:16 hammer on over and over

0:31:17 again is that there was no explicit plan.

0:31:19 There was no written plan to

0:31:21 enter the Capitol.

0:31:22 There was no plan in any of

0:31:24 the text messages or that

0:31:25 any of the witnesses

0:31:26 testified to to forcibly

0:31:29 try to stop Joe Biden from

0:31:31 becoming the president of

0:31:32 the United States.

0:31:33 And so the way that the DOJ

0:31:34 had to make its case here

0:31:35 was by showing all of the

0:31:37 words and all of the calls

0:31:39 to action that Stuart Rhodes had made

0:31:44 ephemeral peripheral

0:31:45 planning that he had been

0:31:46 involved in with regarding the QRF.

0:31:48 That's the quick reaction

0:31:49 force you've heard so much

0:31:50 about with these weapons

0:31:51 that were staged outside of D.C.

0:31:53 and the call to action that

0:31:55 he sent on January six,

0:31:56 calling the rioters patriots,

0:31:58 saying the patriots were

0:31:59 taking things into their own hands.

0:32:01 And that might be why

0:32:02 ultimately these other

0:32:03 three defendants weren't convicted,

0:32:04 because the jury felt that

0:32:05 the DOJ just hadn't shown

0:32:07 enough evidence of what was

0:32:08 in their heads that day.

0:32:10 They showed it for two, apparently.

0:32:12 The jury deliberated for three days.

0:32:14 You were there as the jury

0:32:15 read this verdict.

0:32:17 Jordan, what was your impression?

0:32:21 Yeah, my takeaway,

0:32:22 and I think all of our takeaway,

0:32:23 was that the jury felt that

0:32:25 after teen weeks that they

0:32:26 had done their civic duty,

0:32:28 that they had done what was

0:32:29 required of them.

0:32:30 And, you know, it was time to go home.

0:32:32 They declined to talk to us.

0:32:33 They declined to talk to the

0:32:34 defense attorneys who

0:32:36 obviously were very

0:32:37 interested in talking to them,

0:32:38 not the least of which

0:32:39 because the next group goes

0:32:40 on trial next week.

0:32:42 But I think they were ready

0:32:43 to resume their lives.

0:32:45 Yeah,

0:32:46 you talked about those upcoming cases.

0:32:47 What will this mean for those?

0:32:49 There's a lot of upcoming cases, too.

0:32:51 Are they setting a precedent?

0:32:55 judge beginning with much of

0:32:56 the same evidence and many

0:32:57 of the same charges.

0:32:59 Next month, which is just a few days away,

0:33:01 of course, a group of Proud Boys,

0:33:03 including the former

0:33:04 national chairman Enrique Terrio,

0:33:06 will be getting their own

0:33:07 seditious conspiracy trial.

0:33:08 That'll be different

0:33:09 evidence and different allegations.

0:33:10 But again,

0:33:11 the government is going to have

0:33:12 to prove one more time that

0:33:14 they forcibly conspired to

0:33:16 oppose the transfer of

0:33:18 presidential power.

0:33:19 So all over again, lengthy trial,

0:33:21 lengthy evidence.

0:33:22 What are your thoughts on this, ladies?

0:33:25 I think, Penny,

0:33:26 that they absolutely are

0:33:27 trying to set precedence with this.

0:33:29 They're trying to keep

0:33:30 people from permanently

0:33:32 being able to express their

0:33:35 grievances with the government.

0:33:37 This is an absolute

0:33:38 violation of constitutional rights.

0:33:41 Many of the Proud Boys and

0:33:43 the Oath Keepers,

0:33:45 some of them have actually

0:33:46 been infiltrated by the FBI

0:33:49 that they know that they have.

0:33:50 They've reported it

0:33:51 themselves that they have

0:33:53 been infiltrated.

0:33:55 that they have supported

0:33:58 communities when law

0:33:59 enforcement has not been there,

0:34:01 when law enforcement has been,

0:34:03 police have been defunded.

0:34:05 They have personally gone on

0:34:07 the streets to make sure

0:34:08 that old people are not hit

0:34:10 upside the head,

0:34:11 that people are protected.

0:34:14 They have gone to the

0:34:16 hospital room of the guy,

0:34:18 Christopher Monzon,

0:34:20 that was attacked here.

0:34:21 They have stood outside of

0:34:22 his hospital room door to

0:34:24 make sure that nobody tried to kill him.

0:34:28 So there's many ways and

0:34:29 many things that these guys

0:34:30 do that are really good.

0:34:32 And I stand beside them where…

0:34:35 in terms of I'm not a member of them,

0:34:38 but I stand beside them

0:34:40 because they are human

0:34:41 beings and most of them are

0:34:42 former soldiers and they

0:34:44 have constitutional rights

0:34:45 that are not being protected.

0:34:49 Pamela?

0:34:50 I totally agree.

0:34:53 January six is something

0:34:55 that has been made out to

0:34:57 be something that it's not, okay?

0:35:01 And…

0:35:03 There were many church

0:35:04 groups at the Capitol on January six.

0:35:07 So, you know, many church groups.

0:35:10 Mom, what did people report to you?

0:35:13 I've got listen,

0:35:14 I've got video after video.

0:35:16 And, you know, those of us who were there.

0:35:20 Sadly,

0:35:21 hesitate to say that we were there

0:35:23 because of what happened.

0:35:25 So I was getting text as we

0:35:27 were walking down

0:35:28 Constitution Avenue about

0:35:30 what is going on.

0:35:31 You guys are, you know, this is not right.

0:35:34 You guys are making us embarrassed.

0:35:36 And I'm like, what are you talking about?

0:35:39 And so because of what was

0:35:42 put out on the mainstream media,

0:35:44 that they want you to

0:35:45 believe what happened.

0:35:48 And, you know,

0:35:49 a lot of people have questioned

0:35:50 Did Trump bring us all up

0:35:52 there to set us up?

0:35:54 You know, there was a lot of,

0:35:56 there was a lot of Patriots there.

0:35:58 And I'm telling you, it is not what it was,

0:36:01 what it was shown to be.

0:36:02 Well, don't you have videos of,

0:36:04 of some of the Capitol

0:36:06 police officers out back of

0:36:08 the Capitol laughing?

0:36:10 No, I didn't have a video.

0:36:12 And I'll tell you why I

0:36:13 didn't have a video of that

0:36:14 because our video,

0:36:15 because our phones were shut down.

0:36:18 Okay.

0:36:19 Now.

0:36:19 Wow.

0:36:21 Oh, yeah.

0:36:21 Oh, yes.

0:36:22 Because when we were walking

0:36:24 down Constitution Avenue,

0:36:25 now I had cell phone coverage.

0:36:27 But when we got up to the Capitol,

0:36:30 which I'd walk by at six

0:36:31 thirty in the morning on

0:36:33 the morning of January six,

0:36:35 because I rode up with a

0:36:36 group from Naples, Florida,

0:36:38 a great group of people.

0:36:42 I walked right by the Capitol,

0:36:43 made a beautiful picture of it,

0:36:44 posted on my Facebook.

0:36:46 I mean, it was a beautiful picture of it.

0:36:48 Now I look back on it and think, you know,

0:36:50 maybe not so beautiful,

0:36:52 but when I came back down,

0:36:54 when we walked back down

0:36:56 Constitution Avenue and we heard…

0:36:59 like halfway down there of

0:37:01 what had happened at the

0:37:02 Capitol because most of us

0:37:04 were coming from the

0:37:05 eclipse and it takes a

0:37:06 while to get back to the Capitol.

0:37:08 So when I get back to the

0:37:09 Capitol and I look at the

0:37:14 barricade that I'd walked

0:37:15 by at six thirty in the morning,

0:37:16 I'm like something, it was down.

0:37:19 on the sidewalk and god just

0:37:21 told me don't cross over

0:37:23 that barrier wow not a good

0:37:25 idea not a good idea

0:37:27 because we were hearing um

0:37:29 things go off you know

0:37:31 around us like that i don't

0:37:33 know what it was but anyway

0:37:35 um we were just hanging out

0:37:38 there around like out from

0:37:40 the capitol building

0:37:41 And not knowing what was

0:37:42 happening on the inside,

0:37:44 although it's really funny

0:37:46 that people were texting me

0:37:47 from Georgia and Alabama

0:37:50 and Florida saying,

0:37:51 what's going on up there?

0:37:53 As if we would know, right?

0:37:55 Because our phones were shut down, okay?

0:37:59 So I see this gal that I

0:38:01 just wanted to take a video of.

0:38:03 I wasn't even trying to go

0:38:05 live because we had been

0:38:07 standing at the eclipse since,

0:38:08 like I said,

0:38:09 I walked by the Capitol at

0:38:11 six thirty in the morning.

0:38:12 Now we left the eclipse

0:38:15 after Trump finished his speech around,

0:38:18 what time was it?

0:38:19 It was an hour after he was

0:38:21 supposed to be there.

0:38:22 So there we were standing up in the cold,

0:38:25 And I was talking to a guy

0:38:28 that had driven from Chicago.

0:38:29 It cost him a thousand

0:38:30 dollars to come there.

0:38:31 He was from Germany.

0:38:33 I've got a video of it.

0:38:35 And I think Christie put it

0:38:37 on Patriot's perspective as we did,

0:38:40 because we were all shell

0:38:41 shocked after we figured

0:38:43 out what was happening,

0:38:44 but this was after the fact.

0:38:46 So I'm standing at the Capitol

0:38:49 kind of seeing the activity

0:38:50 that was going on around,

0:38:52 knowing that I wasn't going into that,

0:38:55 you know, didn't know if any of our group,

0:38:57 because there was probably,

0:38:59 I was probably with about

0:39:00 two hundred people.

0:39:01 Now, I know that I know where

0:39:05 I found out later on where

0:39:07 some of them had gone and

0:39:09 some of them were, you know,

0:39:10 some of them were,

0:39:11 but that's for them to handle.

0:39:13 You know what I mean?

0:39:14 But all I was trying to do

0:39:16 was just kind of be an observer.

0:39:19 And I was trying to take a

0:39:20 picture of this gal who was, um,

0:39:23 She was a little Asian gal,

0:39:25 and she had all of her

0:39:27 camera equipment like in a suitcase,

0:39:30 like an old-fashioned kind of suitcase.

0:39:32 But it must have been very

0:39:33 sturdy because she was standing on it,

0:39:35 and she had her camera set

0:39:37 up in front of her.

0:39:38 And so she had the Capitol

0:39:39 was in the back.

0:39:40 And so evidently,

0:39:41 she was able to report what

0:39:44 she was seeing,

0:39:44 but I don't think she was

0:39:45 on cell phone or data or

0:39:48 anything like that.

0:39:49 I'm not sure how she was.

0:39:50 But I thought it was…

0:39:53 kind of interesting that she was, you know,

0:39:55 she was like a one woman show.

0:39:56 She'd set up her own camera.

0:39:58 So I tried to take a video

0:39:59 of her and I can't.

0:40:00 Okay.

0:40:01 With my own, I wasn't trying to go live.

0:40:03 Like I said,

0:40:04 I wasn't even trying to be

0:40:05 online or anything like that.

0:40:07 And so I find out that my

0:40:09 video camera will not work.

0:40:11 And I thought, well, that's strange.

0:40:13 And so then Chris,

0:40:15 the gal that I was kind of

0:40:17 hanging with that day that

0:40:19 I didn't really know, except for,

0:40:20 you know, from being on our trip.

0:40:23 We decided that we needed to

0:40:25 head back to Union Station

0:40:27 while we still had cell phone battery,

0:40:29 because keep in mind,

0:40:30 we had been standing at the

0:40:32 eclipse for hours in the cold.

0:40:35 So then we head back to

0:40:38 Union Station while we had

0:40:39 some kind of GPS and kind

0:40:41 of figuring that we would

0:40:42 follow our own natural

0:40:45 instincts of how we'd come that morning.

0:40:48 And so we see this group of police.

0:40:52 We hear sirens going as

0:40:54 we're headed back to Union Station.

0:40:57 And, you know,

0:40:57 it was like this big chaotic thing.

0:41:00 And you could almost tell

0:41:02 looking back on it that it

0:41:03 was planned because the

0:41:05 Capitol Police that we saw

0:41:08 on a side street as we were

0:41:09 going back to Union Station,

0:41:11 they were getting out of

0:41:12 their car and they were all laughing.

0:41:14 OK, and what they said to each other was,

0:41:18 well,

0:41:18 I don't guess we'll have to wear a

0:41:20 mask for this one, will we?

0:41:22 That was their comments.

0:41:23 And they were all laughing.

0:41:24 Wow.

0:41:25 As they were getting out of

0:41:27 their capital police cars

0:41:30 and going into the capital.

0:41:32 OK,

0:41:32 so they evidently had been called back

0:41:34 because, as you know,

0:41:37 supposedly the police,

0:41:41 National Guard had been offered for this,

0:41:44 right?

0:41:44 Because they knew there was

0:41:45 going to be a lot of people there.

0:41:46 Well, as I understand it,

0:41:48 now this is as I understand it,

0:41:51 Nancy Pelosi turned it down

0:41:53 and she had the authority

0:41:55 because she's the queen of the Capitol,

0:41:57 I guess, you know, and

0:41:59 So so long story short is we

0:42:02 kind of left with a really

0:42:04 odd feeling as we were

0:42:06 going back to Union Station.

0:42:07 And we're still putting this

0:42:09 together because keep in mind,

0:42:11 all these J-Six people are

0:42:12 in the middle of this.

0:42:14 OK,

0:42:15 even though I was kind of on the

0:42:16 outskirts in the middle,

0:42:17 but I was still there.

0:42:19 OK.

0:42:21 So that's, you know,

0:42:23 and I look back on it and, you know,

0:42:25 look at people like Brandon Stratka,

0:42:28 who were not even in the Capitol.

0:42:30 I mean, I highly respect Brandon Stratka.

0:42:34 We went to see him, what,

0:42:35 October of twenty twenty

0:42:37 before the election happened.

0:42:39 He did a debate here with

0:42:41 some other left versus right,

0:42:43 gay and transgender debate

0:42:45 where they were basically

0:42:46 gay and transgender on both sides.

0:42:48 And basically, yeah, I like him, too.

0:42:51 Yeah.

0:42:51 In short, they were doing this.

0:42:53 Their debate was really about, you know,

0:42:56 when we're going back to gay marriage,

0:42:57 you know,

0:42:58 they want the they they both

0:43:00 want the same rights.

0:43:01 But these left versus people

0:43:03 basically want to be able

0:43:04 to show up to work as a

0:43:05 different person every day

0:43:07 and have their employer

0:43:09 identify them as whatever

0:43:10 they're feeling like that day,

0:43:11 whether it be a cat meandering.

0:43:14 Or, you know,

0:43:15 a girl or a guy and they

0:43:17 expect their employer to

0:43:18 adapt to their needs.

0:43:20 And so, I mean, that was actually a really,

0:43:23 believe it or not,

0:43:23 a really big part of the deal and,

0:43:26 you know, murder.

0:43:28 Um, they, the, the,

0:43:30 the gay straight people on the right,

0:43:31 they don't believe in abortion either.

0:43:33 You know,

0:43:34 these people and the majority of

0:43:35 the ones on the right, um, you know,

0:43:38 I will point blank ask

0:43:40 almost every gay and straight person.

0:43:41 I mean, every gay person that I know,

0:43:43 they've mostly been abused in some way,

0:43:46 shape or form.

0:43:46 Okay.

0:43:48 So, and you know,

0:43:49 I'm not saying that every

0:43:50 single one of you, I listen,

0:43:52 I know I have a lot of gay

0:43:53 friends out there.

0:43:53 I'm not saying that you've been abused.

0:43:55 Okay.

0:43:56 Not.

0:43:56 been abused.

0:43:57 I mean,

0:43:57 I'm not saying that every gay

0:43:59 friend that I have has been abused,

0:44:01 but the ones that I have

0:44:02 asked that I felt

0:44:03 comfortable enough to ask,

0:44:06 a lot of them have been

0:44:06 abused and they actually

0:44:08 blame being gay on a straight person.

0:44:13 So that's really what we're dealing with.

0:44:16 We're dealing with some very

0:44:17 evil people who have really

0:44:20 hurt society in a lot of

0:44:22 different ways sadly i mean

0:44:25 the thing about the j-six

0:44:27 prisoners it's it's

0:44:28 egregious what's what's

0:44:30 happening indeed and i i

0:44:31 know that our our guest uh

0:44:33 for tomorrow and for friday

0:44:35 can tell you how they were

0:44:38 treated and what happened

0:44:40 to him um because he he was

0:44:42 actually in in the capital

0:44:45 He was, but Brandon never was.

0:44:48 Brandon never was,

0:44:50 but he still had to wear an

0:44:52 ankle monitor for six months.

0:44:53 Oh, good God.

0:44:55 So your rights are trampled on?

0:44:57 That's crazy.

0:44:58 Yeah.

0:44:59 Yeah.

0:45:00 There was a woman that she

0:45:02 got some some news play

0:45:03 from a friend of mine.

0:45:05 She's in Alaska.

0:45:06 And she and her husband, the FBI,

0:45:09 the same day that they

0:45:10 breached Giuliano's door,

0:45:12 they breached her same time, too.

0:45:14 They came like at six in the

0:45:15 morning and then they came

0:45:16 back twice and they

0:45:18 trampled her door down, arrested her,

0:45:20 cuffed her.

0:45:21 Took her copy of the Constitution,

0:45:23 which that's weird, right?

0:45:24 She had a pocket Constitution.

0:45:26 And asked her where Nancy

0:45:28 Pelosi's laptop was.

0:45:30 And she's like,

0:45:30 I don't know what you're talking about.

0:45:33 She finally got them to show

0:45:35 her a picture of the suspect, which…

0:45:38 She didn't look, I mean,

0:45:39 she looked like her, but you know,

0:45:41 we have ID,

0:45:42 we have digital ID that would

0:45:44 have identified that that was not her.

0:45:46 So what their purpose was in

0:45:48 disrupting her business and

0:45:50 detaining her in handcuffs

0:45:52 and her husband for hours and then,

0:45:54 and breaking her door down

0:45:56 in her business because she

0:45:57 ran a bread and breakfast.

0:46:01 I don't know, you know,

0:46:04 She's a lovely lady.

0:46:06 So she did.

0:46:07 She wasn't even there at the Capitol.

0:46:10 She was at the January six event,

0:46:12 but she was nowhere near the Capitol.

0:46:14 Yeah.

0:46:15 That's where they don't care.

0:46:16 They don't.

0:46:17 I mean,

0:46:17 they're really trying to cause

0:46:20 tyranny with a lot of people.

0:46:23 It's my understanding, mom,

0:46:24 that the person that's the

0:46:25 pastor that's in the prison here in Miami,

0:46:28 Dade, was he at the Capitol?

0:46:32 I don't know.

0:46:34 I don't know about that.

0:46:35 I'm not sure about that.

0:46:38 The reason he is or was in

0:46:41 the federal prison here is

0:46:43 because he was promoting

0:46:49 chlorine dioxide.

0:46:51 Which is,

0:46:51 which has been used for health

0:46:53 reasons for many, many people until,

0:46:56 and it was okay until Trump

0:46:57 came up and then they said

0:47:00 that he was telling everybody to drink,

0:47:02 um, to drink pool water.

0:47:03 Well, now I had a, I had a,

0:47:05 I had a doctor that I won't

0:47:08 say described it to me

0:47:09 because it's the same thing.

0:47:12 I think, um,

0:47:14 Oh, I know the guy that does new Templars.

0:47:18 He's he is promoting the

0:47:20 same product that I took

0:47:23 that my doctor said it's

0:47:24 going to taste like pool water.

0:47:25 Well, it does taste like pool water.

0:47:27 And I've had a pool and I

0:47:29 put the chemicals.

0:47:31 So it, you know,

0:47:33 to some people and we'll

0:47:34 we'll be discussing some of

0:47:36 this other stuff a little

0:47:37 bit later when we when we

0:47:38 start discussing our health.

0:47:41 That is totally natural.

0:47:43 But I mean, you know,

0:47:44 people just blow it all out of water.

0:47:46 But from what I understand,

0:47:48 I don't know about this.

0:47:50 I don't know about the

0:47:51 pastor and his family,

0:47:52 but evidently he was

0:47:53 promoting this chlorine

0:47:55 dioxide to everybody

0:47:56 because and they use it in the military.

0:47:59 Yeah.

0:47:59 In the military.

0:48:01 And I'll tell you,

0:48:01 I lived overseas all my growing up years.

0:48:05 And I moved to Africa when I was seven.

0:48:08 So what do you think?

0:48:09 You're not going to drink

0:48:10 the water that comes out of

0:48:11 the tap in Africa because

0:48:12 there's stuff in it.

0:48:13 It's basically what they

0:48:15 give you in the Dominican

0:48:16 Republic or any third world country.

0:48:17 Yeah.

0:48:19 Yeah.

0:48:21 Yeah.

0:48:21 Not only that,

0:48:22 we had to put tablets in our

0:48:24 water that we got out of certain places.

0:48:26 I mean, you know, for drinking water,

0:48:28 we had different things.

0:48:29 When we lived in Turkey,

0:48:31 we had a filter and the

0:48:32 filter would be cleaned out.

0:48:34 You know, like it was a,

0:48:35 it was a heavy filter and, um,

0:48:38 So the filter would be

0:48:39 cleaned out and it'd be

0:48:40 this green gooey stuff, you know,

0:48:43 that comes out of the, I don't know,

0:48:45 that comes through.

0:48:46 And that's what our drinking water was.

0:48:47 But I know drinking water is, I mean,

0:48:51 I listened to Dr. Artis and he says,

0:48:54 watch the water.

0:48:55 Definitely.

0:48:56 So how else, you know,

0:48:58 think about this and this

0:48:59 is in our health too.

0:49:00 It goes back to your health.

0:49:03 How easy would it be to get

0:49:05 poison to everybody,

0:49:07 especially in the United States,

0:49:09 who are used to turning on

0:49:11 a tap and getting

0:49:14 Right.

0:49:14 That's what the New York

0:49:16 governor was saying.

0:49:16 Drink your tap water.

0:49:19 No, don't ever drink your tap water ever.

0:49:21 Right.

0:49:22 Right.

0:49:22 And some people say don't

0:49:23 even cook with it.

0:49:24 I mean, you know, they put fluoride in it.

0:49:27 And in my, you know, Dennis, to this day,

0:49:31 will defend the whole fluoride thing.

0:49:33 But they've been just like

0:49:35 our medical system.

0:49:37 You know, I'm just going to say this.

0:49:39 This is and these are facts in Miami Day,

0:49:41 December twenty second,

0:49:43 two thousand twenty one.

0:49:45 So almost a year ago,

0:49:48 I was here by myself.

0:49:51 My mom was on her way back from Georgia.

0:49:53 Yep.

0:49:54 Wade was on his way back from Scotland,

0:49:56 Glasgow, Scotland.

0:49:57 They both got here.

0:49:59 They were fine.

0:50:00 I was starting to feel a little bit sick,

0:50:02 like just not feeling so, so well,

0:50:04 just started to know.

0:50:06 Like something was just off,

0:50:08 but I pushed through that day.

0:50:10 The very next day they got back,

0:50:13 I was pretty much sick.

0:50:15 They immediately started to get sick,

0:50:18 as did the majority of

0:50:20 people in our building to

0:50:22 our security people have

0:50:25 said almost everyone here

0:50:27 that lives in this building

0:50:28 had gotten sick.

0:50:29 Well,

0:50:30 the majority of our people that work

0:50:31 here are from Haiti,

0:50:33 so they do not drink the water.

0:50:36 That's interesting.

0:50:39 Yes.

0:50:39 And they were able to come to work.

0:50:41 They have not gotten sick.

0:50:44 So go figure.

0:50:47 Not blaming anything on the

0:50:48 Miami water or anything, you know.

0:50:52 Right.

0:50:52 Well, and the thing about it is this.

0:50:54 They're taking up your guns.

0:50:56 They distribute your water there.

0:50:58 They have blue lights,

0:50:59 these blue lights going on everywhere.

0:51:02 Right.

0:51:03 And the mayor is trying to

0:51:06 privatize bridges.

0:51:08 The city mayor is trying to

0:51:11 get all of your money on

0:51:12 Bitcoin and take away the

0:51:13 very breath that you breathe,

0:51:16 aka carbon dioxide that you release.

0:51:18 How are you supposed to

0:51:19 breathe if you can't

0:51:20 release carbon dioxide?

0:51:21 You're going to become the problem.

0:51:23 Wait a minute.

0:51:23 Wasn't he giving out Bitcoin

0:51:25 to people who took the jab as well?

0:51:27 Yes.

0:51:29 Yes, he was.

0:51:29 Yes,

0:51:29 and an extra ten dollars at McDonald's.

0:51:32 Yes.

0:51:33 Oh, yeah.

0:51:34 Well,

0:51:35 that's a whole nother story that

0:51:37 we'll talk about.

0:51:39 Okay.

0:51:40 So I'm going to play a little bit and, um,

0:51:42 you know, we,

0:51:43 we can go into your health thing.

0:51:45 Um, right after this,

0:51:46 I'm going to play just a little bit of,

0:51:48 uh, this.

0:51:50 Okay.

0:51:50 So I don't know when this came out,

0:51:52 Christy.

0:51:53 I can't, I can't say I just watched it, uh,

0:51:56 last night, but this is actually, um,

0:52:00 the son of what's his name?

0:52:05 Stuart Rhodes.

0:52:06 Okay.

0:52:07 And, and, and the wife of Stuart Rhodes.

0:52:10 So not saying that, you know,

0:52:14 that I'm not defending the

0:52:17 Oath Keepers and I'm not,

0:52:18 I'm not disengaging from them.

0:52:21 I'm just going to play you

0:52:22 what this narrative is.

0:52:24 Okay.

0:52:25 And then you stop me at any time,

0:52:27 both of you.

0:52:27 Okay.

0:52:28 Okay.

0:52:32 January six, we watched that,

0:52:34 I knew he'd be there.

0:52:37 I wasn't sure how much of a

0:52:38 role he would play in it.

0:52:42 I saw some footage of what's

0:52:44 now known as the stack.

0:52:48 I knew immediately before I

0:52:50 zoomed in that that was

0:52:51 Stuart and that was Oath Keepers.

0:52:52 Oath Keepers founder Stuart

0:52:54 Rhodes will stand trial

0:52:55 alongside four other

0:52:57 members of his militia group.

0:52:58 They're the first January

0:53:00 six rioters to face rare,

0:53:02 seditious conspiracy charges.

0:53:04 My name is Tasha Adams,

0:53:06 formerly Tasha Rhodes.

0:53:08 I am the estranged wife of

0:53:11 Elmer Stuart Rhodes,

0:53:12 the leader of Oath Keepers.

0:53:25 And it was just so intolerable.

0:53:27 It was just a dark and

0:53:29 depressing existence.

0:53:34 I feel every bit as

0:53:37 completely ridiculous

0:53:38 wearing this right now as I ever did.

0:53:42 Getting out was one of the hardest things.

0:53:48 And really, up until we got out,

0:53:51 we did not know if we were

0:53:52 all going to get out alive.

0:53:58 I was the last of all the

0:54:00 children to see Stuart for what he was.

0:54:04 I was the last child to

0:54:08 maintain any kind of loyalty.

0:54:10 One of my earliest memories

0:54:13 was I startled Stuart while

0:54:15 I was waking him up and he

0:54:17 snapped upright and drew a

0:54:19 folding knife on me when I was,

0:54:21 I think around four years old.

0:54:24 I grew up absolutely

0:54:25 believing in Stuart's vision.

0:54:32 seeking to institute a new world order.

0:54:36 And Stuart's actions to

0:54:40 selflessly save the country

0:54:41 and stand up for America

0:54:43 and the Constitution made

0:54:44 him a direct target of these people.

0:54:51 So this is a flip side.

0:54:55 Was his only hobby,

0:54:57 his main purpose in life,

0:54:59 and consumed our lives entirely.

0:55:03 We ended up living off of

0:55:06 these survival storage items.

0:55:09 The family lived off of

0:55:12 exclusively oatmeal and

0:55:13 apple chips for months at a

0:55:15 time because that was the

0:55:17 largest amount of bulk stuff that we had.

0:55:20 It's really hard to articulate the despair,

0:55:28 what it feels like to feel helpless.

0:55:32 I am coming to terms with

0:55:35 the full reality that I did

0:55:37 not have a father growing up in practice.

0:55:40 I had one parent and a dangerous obstacle.

0:55:47 Stuart was a disabled veteran.

0:55:49 He had broken his back in the military.

0:55:51 He was talking about

0:55:51 starting an organization

0:55:53 for military veterans, police,

0:55:56 people who had sworn the oath.

0:55:59 in a manic mode.

0:56:00 And he would do that sometimes.

0:56:01 He would sleep for days and

0:56:03 then he would just get

0:56:05 crazy about something and type for days.

0:56:07 A reasonable person would probably say,

0:56:08 well,

0:56:08 I'm going to take my baby and go sit

0:56:10 in the living room somewhere.

0:56:11 But he would get upset if I

0:56:12 tried to do that.

0:56:13 I would have to stay in the room with him.

0:56:15 So I'm trying to get this

0:56:16 poor baby to sleep with

0:56:17 this blasting music.

0:56:18 And he kept saying,

0:56:19 wait till you see what I wrote.

0:56:21 That was the night he typed

0:56:23 up the ten orders we will not obey.

0:56:29 Okay, so let me read these.

0:56:31 Let me go back and read these.

0:56:34 And this is not to discredit

0:56:36 the Oath Keepers.

0:56:38 I just want you to see the

0:56:39 story of this woman and her son,

0:56:42 which it seems to me like

0:56:44 extreme domestic abuse.

0:56:45 But again, I'm not inside the family.

0:56:48 I can't say if this is a

0:56:48 contrived story or not.

0:56:50 And Penny, it could be.

0:56:51 OK,

0:56:52 so let me just say how they work with

0:56:54 these things on propaganda,

0:56:55 because as you're even the BBC.

0:56:58 Yeah, it's the BBC.

0:56:59 They've already got this.

0:57:00 They released this sixteen hours ago.

0:57:02 OK,

0:57:03 explain to to everyone how they release

0:57:06 propaganda.

0:57:07 So we are not citing, as Penny said,

0:57:09 or going with our Oath Keepers.

0:57:12 I don't know these people.

0:57:13 I don't know them,

0:57:14 but I'm just telling the

0:57:15 public what we all have to look out for.

0:57:18 in terms of, is this propaganda?

0:57:21 Exactly.

0:57:22 Are these crisis actors or not?

0:57:24 And I have already pulled up

0:57:26 another article that I want

0:57:28 to share with the public after this,

0:57:29 because it's about an

0:57:31 informant that was this

0:57:32 number two that had already

0:57:34 reported them to the FBI.

0:57:35 So we always find that all

0:57:37 these people who are always

0:57:38 super dramatic have already

0:57:40 been reported to the FBI

0:57:42 months in advance.

0:57:43 So what did the FBI do?

0:57:45 Okay.

0:57:46 Are you saying that that the

0:57:49 the mother and the son were

0:57:51 reported to the FBI?

0:57:53 I'm going to read the article afterwards.

0:57:55 I want people to keep an

0:57:56 open mind because this is

0:57:57 an education today.

0:57:59 It is out in propaganda.

0:58:01 OK, this is a true propaganda.

0:58:04 How we all need to keep a

0:58:06 lookout for propaganda.

0:58:07 Number one,

0:58:08 the first thing that set me off

0:58:09 and maybe calling this propaganda, OK,

0:58:13 possibly being propaganda.

0:58:14 is the amount of time and

0:58:16 how quick these films are

0:58:18 released in relationship to

0:58:21 this guy being prosecuted.

0:58:24 It is the BBC,

0:58:25 which is a propagandist organization.

0:58:28 It is a spy organization, by the way.

0:58:31 Owned by the Queen.

0:58:32 Yeah.

0:58:33 Basically,

0:58:34 it's part of the Queen Regiment.

0:58:36 They're going to produce any

0:58:37 news that they need the

0:58:39 British government to get out.

0:58:41 I mean,

0:58:41 it is a British government

0:58:43 propaganda machine.

0:58:44 The British government also

0:58:45 owns part of our news sources,

0:58:47 CNN and other things.

0:58:49 There's literally five

0:58:50 families that own all of the news.

0:58:52 OK, that's correct.

0:58:53 And I'm seeing these things.

0:58:54 It's to me,

0:58:56 I think it's pretty easy to

0:58:57 spot because all I did is I

0:59:00 went and I searched for the

0:59:03 article and I basically put

0:59:05 in the guy's name and I put

0:59:06 FBI and sure enough,

0:59:07 the FBI was already aware of this guy.

0:59:09 Okay.

0:59:10 So what they do a lot of

0:59:11 times is they bring those

0:59:12 people in and they utilize them.

0:59:15 Like, so in other words,

0:59:15 maybe he was already an extremist.

0:59:17 Why didn't we go ahead and

0:59:19 like stop him before he did

0:59:20 this whole Capitol thing?

0:59:21 Right?

0:59:22 No, no.

0:59:23 Sometimes they equip them

0:59:24 with the tools to help them.

0:59:25 So every single one of these organizations,

0:59:29 they end up,

0:59:30 the FBI has already known

0:59:32 about them months in advance.

0:59:34 And I'm going to prove that after you.

0:59:36 Yes.

0:59:37 Okay.

0:59:37 So I'm going to replay some

0:59:38 of the propositions of the Oath Keepers.

0:59:42 One,

0:59:44 we will not obey orders to disarm the

0:59:46 American people.

0:59:49 Two,

0:59:50 we will not obey orders to conduct

0:59:51 warrantless searches of the

0:59:53 American people.

0:59:54 This was in two thousand nine.

0:59:56 Three,

0:59:56 we will not obey orders to detain

0:59:58 American citizens as

0:59:59 unlawful enemy combatants.

1:00:01 OK,

1:00:02 so let me say what they're also trying

1:00:03 to do here in the in the

1:00:05 minds when it comes to propaganda.

1:00:07 So if they are saying this

1:00:09 guy's prosecuted, he wrote these things.

1:00:12 I think as Americans,

1:00:13 we can probably all agree

1:00:15 that we would not do that

1:00:16 because it's unconstitutional.

1:00:18 That's correct.

1:00:19 And they're good propositions, too.

1:00:22 If you were going to join them,

1:00:23 join something like that,

1:00:24 you would look at those propositions.

1:00:26 And as a normal human being, you would say,

1:00:28 hey, those seem just right.

1:00:30 But now you're not going to

1:00:32 simply because this guy's

1:00:34 already been prosecuted.

1:00:35 Okay.

1:00:36 And they're saying that he's bad.

1:00:39 And basically they're like,

1:00:40 because he made this up,

1:00:42 he's basically reciting

1:00:43 part of the constitution.

1:00:45 Yes.

1:00:46 Okay.

1:00:46 Keep going, Penny.

1:00:47 Sorry.

1:00:47 That's all right.

1:00:49 This is what we're here for.

1:00:50 We're here to look at the

1:00:51 news and examine it,

1:00:54 examine what might be a hit piece,

1:00:56 what might be propagandist, find out,

1:00:59 you know,

1:00:59 the judgments that are going on

1:01:00 in our courts of law,

1:01:02 the news that is mockingbird media.

1:01:06 And this is how how you

1:01:08 actually need to look at the news.

1:01:09 You can't just look at it and say, yeah,

1:01:11 this is right.

1:01:11 This is wrong.

1:01:13 So I'm just presenting.

1:01:14 This is something that I found.

1:01:16 I don't know the validity of

1:01:17 it one way or the other.

1:01:20 So I encourage everyone,

1:01:21 please research and use your discernment.

1:01:23 Stuart Rhodes is the founder

1:01:23 of the Oath Keepers.

1:01:24 Do you guys have the current

1:01:24 firepower to stand up

1:01:25 against the federal government?

1:01:35 OK, so he's here.

1:01:36 He's on hardball with Chris Matthews.

1:01:38 So he wrote that proposition

1:01:40 in two thousand and nine.

1:01:41 He wrote it in two thousand nine.

1:01:43 OK, so he wrote it.

1:01:45 He's obviously known.

1:01:47 He's obviously and look,

1:01:48 he's they've got on the

1:01:50 screen the Patriot movement.

1:01:52 OK, and they've got Patriot in quotes.

1:01:54 OK, and Las Vegas is the background.

1:01:57 Vegas is the background.

1:01:58 Here we go.

1:01:59 And look,

1:01:59 what is behind Las Vegas has the

1:02:01 background, the gold flag.

1:02:04 building.

1:02:05 Right.

1:02:06 I think, what is that?

1:02:08 What is that, Penny?

1:02:09 Do we know who's building that?

1:02:10 I can't tell.

1:02:13 Do you know who's it is?

1:02:14 Yes.

1:02:15 Who's is it?

1:02:16 Keep going.

1:02:16 It's the same building that

1:02:17 the shooting was in.

1:02:18 We can't even make this stuff up, guys.

1:02:22 We can't even make it up.

1:02:24 I'm sorry, what did you say?

1:02:26 Same building that the shooting was in.

1:02:28 Oy vey.

1:02:29 Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm going to look.

1:02:31 I'm just going to reconfirm

1:02:33 because this is how this is.

1:02:35 Honestly, all this is connected.

1:02:38 Yes, it is.

1:02:39 We're talking about shooting power.

1:02:42 I mean, you cannot even make this up.

1:02:42 Yeah.

1:02:45 I mean,

1:02:45 this is where when there is a story,

1:02:49 what I'm even finding, you know,

1:02:52 from one person to another,

1:02:54 everything is linked together.

1:02:56 Yes, everything is linked together.

1:02:59 I used to think that there

1:03:00 were six degrees of separation.

1:03:01 Now I think there's zero.

1:03:02 There's zero, Penny,

1:03:03 because the building that

1:03:05 is directly behind Stewart

1:03:06 Roads in this hardball episode,

1:03:10 and what day did it air?

1:03:11 I think this was two thousand nine,

1:03:12 but I'm not sure.

1:03:13 In two thousand nine

1:03:14 contains Mandalay Bay Hotel,

1:03:17 which is where the Las

1:03:18 Vegas shooting was.

1:03:19 And he is in front of the Las Vegas sign.

1:03:22 By the way, I'm just wondering.

1:03:24 I mean,

1:03:24 I'm just saying you're actually

1:03:26 supposed to actually have a

1:03:28 for this particular episode.

1:03:30 If they utilize the Las Vegas sign,

1:03:32 do you know that they

1:03:33 actually have to have a

1:03:35 permit to video there?

1:03:38 okay so i'm just this is

1:03:39 maybe a backdrop that he's

1:03:40 using because penny it

1:03:42 doesn't matter you have to

1:03:45 have a permit to utilize

1:03:47 that sign in your

1:03:49 advertisements for online

1:03:53 okay everybody this is real

1:03:57 look up las vegas signed um permits

1:04:02 to shoot.

1:04:03 This is a commercial use.

1:04:06 They don't have commercial use.

1:04:08 Okay.

1:04:09 I'm going back to another

1:04:11 shooting that happened in

1:04:12 two thousand and nine to

1:04:14 MSNBC two thousand nine.

1:04:17 Yep.

1:04:17 That's it.

1:04:20 He's an FBI.

1:04:21 I am going to call this out

1:04:22 as absolute propaganda.

1:04:24 This guy is an FBI informant

1:04:26 to try to make people look bad.

1:04:28 He is he is a crisis actor for the FBI.

1:04:32 now getting uh twenty years

1:04:34 of hard time yeah but but

1:04:36 the thing is he won't get

1:04:37 twenty years apart or maybe

1:04:38 he will okay maybe he is a

1:04:40 patsy and he didn't even

1:04:42 realize it you know right a

1:04:44 lot of these people are

1:04:45 patsies they don't even

1:04:46 realize they're patsies

1:04:47 like mom said did trump use

1:04:49 people for patsies and you

1:04:50 know for january six who knows

1:04:53 penny what was what was the

1:04:56 date of this airing because

1:04:57 i'm looking right here it

1:04:58 says n msnbc so we don't

1:05:02 know the exact date okay so

1:05:04 what happened on november

1:05:06 fifth two thousand and nine

1:05:07 does anybody remember that

1:05:09 no remember the fort hood shooting yes

1:05:17 Near Killeen, Texas, Nadal Hassan, a U.S.

1:05:20 Army major and psychiatrist,

1:05:22 fatally shot thirteen

1:05:24 people and injured more

1:05:25 than thirty others.

1:05:26 It was the deadliest mass

1:05:28 shooting on an American military base.

1:05:31 Dang.

1:05:33 I don't have an exact date.

1:05:35 It just says MSNBC in two thousand nine.

1:05:38 Well,

1:05:38 it's really interesting because what

1:05:40 happened to this guy?

1:05:41 It was it was swept under the rug.

1:05:43 I remember I remember who

1:05:44 was president at that time.

1:05:47 You know,

1:05:47 and I was thinking that we had a

1:05:48 right and a left side of

1:05:50 our government back then,

1:05:52 but we don't because we know that the,

1:05:56 we know who put him in power,

1:05:58 who empowered him to be in

1:06:00 power so that people could

1:06:02 go in and shoot up thirty

1:06:04 people on a military base.

1:06:06 I mean, come on, you know, November fifth,

1:06:10 two thousand and nine.

1:06:12 Yes.

1:06:13 Keep in mind.

1:06:15 Excellent.

1:06:16 Excellent, ladies.

1:06:17 That's why I love you.

1:06:19 Here we go.

1:06:20 A little bit further.

1:06:21 Do you guys have the current

1:06:22 firepower to stand up

1:06:24 against the federal

1:06:25 government if you people

1:06:27 are ordered to do those things?

1:06:28 It's the obligation all of

1:06:30 us have who have sworn oath

1:06:31 to support and defend the Constitution.

1:06:33 And so what we're calling on

1:06:34 active duty military and

1:06:35 police to do is to simply

1:06:37 stand down and to refuse to

1:06:39 comply with unlawful orders.

1:06:41 Oath keepers catapulted.

1:06:43 from a draft blog post from

1:06:47 a guy who's on the verge of

1:06:49 being evicted for

1:06:50 non-payment of rent and

1:06:51 whose children don't have

1:06:52 any food to being a national news figure.

1:06:59 So he's in with Fox Infowars.

1:07:13 from a private army.

1:07:18 We stress that our people are military,

1:07:19 current serving,

1:07:19 and law enforcement for a reason.

1:07:25 We stress that our people are military,

1:07:26 current serving, and law enforcement

1:07:43 Part of me was like,

1:07:44 maybe this is a thing that

1:07:45 will fix him because they

1:07:47 kept saying the reason why

1:07:48 he loses his temper,

1:07:49 the reason why he's violent,

1:07:50 the reason why he acts like this.

1:07:53 is because he hadn't found

1:07:54 his path in life.

1:07:55 And I needed to help him

1:07:56 find his path and heal him,

1:07:59 and then he would stop acting like this.

1:08:01 And so part of me thought, well,

1:08:03 maybe this will help fix

1:08:04 whatever it is that's wrong with him.

1:08:06 Horrified as I was by the

1:08:08 coming apocalypse,

1:08:09 the potential of Oath

1:08:10 Keepers to mitigate or prevent this

1:08:15 was a spot of hope for me.

1:08:17 I had a childhood set of body armor.

1:08:21 We sporadically attended

1:08:24 tactical training while

1:08:25 Stuart mocked me from the

1:08:26 sidelines with his copy for

1:08:28 not being a well-drilled minute man.

1:08:39 I feel every bit as

1:08:42 completely ridiculous

1:08:43 wearing this right now as I ever did.

1:08:48 I feel a lot of conflict over these guns.

1:08:51 I have absolutely no idea

1:08:53 whether I like shooting.

1:08:56 or like being a gun nerd

1:08:59 because every experience

1:09:00 that I've had with shooting

1:09:03 or fires-related activity

1:09:04 has been some kind of

1:09:06 steward or oath-keeper

1:09:07 activity and has been

1:09:08 thoroughly unpleasant.

1:09:11 There'd been a gradually

1:09:13 growing awareness that my

1:09:15 home life was not okay,

1:09:18 in particular with Stuart

1:09:22 getting increasingly

1:09:23 unstable when he was at home.

1:09:26 And seeming to regard me as

1:09:28 I got older as a rival male.

1:09:32 I remember this is also scripted.

1:09:36 Like a rival male authority

1:09:39 in the household that had

1:09:40 to constantly be kept in check.

1:09:42 And I also saw how…

1:09:47 especially if the apocalypse

1:09:48 was not actually happening,

1:09:50 then all of this was pointless.

1:09:51 The way we lived was pointless.

1:09:53 Kenny, can you pause for just a second?

1:09:55 Make sure that everybody

1:09:56 realizes here that he keeps

1:10:00 mentioning apocalypse, rival male.

1:10:03 So in other words,

1:10:04 he's trying to really

1:10:07 question people's male hoods in terms.

1:10:11 And he's also trying to make

1:10:13 you think like the

1:10:14 apocalypse is never coming.

1:10:16 You know, like in other words,

1:10:17 his dad's been preparing for it forever.

1:10:19 It's never come.

1:10:20 They've had to eat all this bad food.

1:10:22 And what are what's happening now?

1:10:24 Shores store shelves, excuse me,

1:10:27 are being emptied.

1:10:29 And he's basically making it, you know,

1:10:31 like it's making people

1:10:33 think that if your family

1:10:34 or you have a family member

1:10:35 that's storing up all this food,

1:10:38 then they're crazy.

1:10:40 right i would i would say to

1:10:43 be diligent about this to

1:10:45 not uh flip far to the left

1:10:48 or far to the right find

1:10:50 yourself in the center um

1:10:53 because that's the what

1:10:54 that's what the narrative

1:10:56 wants you to do the

1:10:57 narrative wants you to flip

1:10:59 to one way or the other no

1:11:00 you don't believe it or you

1:11:02 know go uh excuse the

1:11:04 phrase but balls out and

1:11:07 and believe that it that you know we're

1:11:10 in the situation right now.

1:11:11 I personally believe that

1:11:11 we're in revelations

1:11:14 because of the fact that

1:11:16 things are being revealed to us.

1:11:18 Revelations may be not what we think,

1:11:21 but I believe that the veil

1:11:23 of many of the people is

1:11:26 coming down and we're

1:11:28 seeing the evil that's

1:11:30 being perpetrated globally upon everyone.

1:11:33 So this is something that

1:11:35 cannot be denied.

1:11:36 Go ahead and read that.

1:11:37 Oh, yes.

1:11:38 So this is a New York Times

1:11:39 article on Stewart from Yale,

1:11:43 from Yale Law to Oath Keepers.

1:11:45 Stewart Rhodes' unlikely journey.

1:11:47 Jurors are expected to begin

1:11:49 deliberating on Tuesday in

1:11:50 the January six seditious

1:11:52 conspiracy trial of Mr. Rhodes,

1:11:54 who went from an outsider

1:11:56 at Yale Law to founder of militia group.

1:12:01 So this is the New York Times article.

1:12:04 Everybody can go on and read it.

1:12:05 Can you read a little bit of that?

1:12:07 Did he attend Yale Law School?

1:12:10 Yeah, he attended Yale Law.

1:12:12 Yeah.

1:12:13 Looks like he graduated.

1:12:15 He graduated from Yale Law, Penny.

1:12:18 Interesting.

1:12:19 I mean, we're not making this stuff up.

1:12:21 You know what I'm saying?

1:12:22 Yes.

1:12:23 I don't know anything about

1:12:25 the people that are in the Oath Keepers.

1:12:27 Never followed them.

1:12:29 Don't know anything about this individual.

1:12:31 Do you know anything about

1:12:33 Rhodes Scholars?

1:12:34 Yes.

1:12:38 Okay.

1:12:38 That's his last name is Rhodes.

1:12:40 No.

1:12:42 Yeah.

1:12:42 I would like to see his birth certificate.

1:12:44 Okay.

1:12:45 And I would like to see his

1:12:46 children's birth certificates.

1:12:47 Let's see if that's indeed his name.

1:12:49 Let's see if that's indeed his name.

1:12:51 As a married father with young children,

1:12:53 gun enthusiast and former

1:12:54 army paratrooper on a

1:12:56 campus dominated by liberals,

1:12:58 Stuart Rhodes stood out

1:12:59 among the two hundred

1:13:00 students who enrolled at

1:13:01 Yale Law School in two thousand one.

1:13:05 Keep in mind,

1:13:05 he quickly elevated himself

1:13:07 from two thousand one.

1:13:09 He was in Yale Law School.

1:13:10 And then by two thousand nine,

1:13:12 he was on mainstream media.

1:13:14 Still, that's me saying that.

1:13:18 That's me reminding the article.

1:13:20 The New York Times says

1:13:21 still few of his former

1:13:23 classmates should have

1:13:24 anticipated how they're

1:13:25 sharply their past would diverge.

1:13:27 Jurors are expected to begin

1:13:29 deliberating on Tuesday as

1:13:30 whether he committed the

1:13:31 seditious conspiracy in

1:13:33 connection with January six

1:13:34 assault on the Capitol.

1:13:36 We used to joke about it.

1:13:37 Who's going to be president?

1:13:38 Who's going to be on Supreme Court?

1:13:41 Clerk said Gabriel Ramirez.

1:13:43 a lawyer in California and

1:13:45 member of the road of Mr. Rhodes class.

1:13:47 We never asked who was going

1:13:48 to be seditious,

1:13:49 who is going to be the seditionist.

1:13:52 Five years after their law

1:13:54 school graduation, Mr. Rhodes,

1:13:56 whose full name is Elmer Stewart Rhodes,

1:14:00 the third.

1:14:00 So let's go look that up.

1:14:02 Everybody founder of the Oath Keepers,

1:14:04 a far right militia whose

1:14:06 members believe that the

1:14:07 federal government is

1:14:09 poised to strip citizens of their rights.

1:14:13 who vow to disobey of what

1:14:15 they consider unconstitutional orders.

1:14:17 And I actually I actually

1:14:20 concur with that.

1:14:21 But my point being is they

1:14:23 now so they're utilizing this.

1:14:25 So Americans that read this

1:14:27 will now be like, oh,

1:14:29 the Constitution's bad

1:14:30 because this guy wanted to

1:14:33 equip Americans where

1:14:34 they're not utilizing

1:14:36 unconstitutional orders.

1:14:38 Now,

1:14:38 that is not saying let me just say this.

1:14:40 That is not saying that this

1:14:41 guy was not really this way.

1:14:44 OK,

1:14:45 was not really a loose nut wing at home.

1:14:48 Right.

1:14:48 He could have absolutely

1:14:50 been a loose nut wing,

1:14:51 but obviously his

1:14:52 classmates didn't think he

1:14:54 was a seditionist at the time.

1:14:56 OK, so let's call it as it is.

1:14:59 They didn't say really

1:15:01 anything bad about it that

1:15:02 we've read yet.

1:15:03 And I'm sure that if they did,

1:15:04 the New York Times would

1:15:05 have been sure to publish it.

1:15:07 So I'll scan this article, Penny,

1:15:09 as you continue to go through.

1:15:11 But the prosecutors say that Mr. Rhodes,

1:15:13 this is going back to the

1:15:14 New York Times article.

1:15:16 Prosecutors say that Mr.

1:15:17 Rhodes and other members of

1:15:18 the group plotted to storm the U.S.

1:15:20 Capitol on January six,

1:15:21 two thousand twenty one and

1:15:23 prevent the transfer of

1:15:24 power to Donald J. Trump to

1:15:26 Joseph R. Biden.

1:15:28 Mr. Rhodes and ten other

1:15:29 keepers and affiliates are

1:15:31 accused of fraud.

1:15:32 recruiting participants,

1:15:33 organizing training, paramilitary combat,

1:15:38 coordinating travel and logistics,

1:15:40 and bringing weapons to Washington, D.C.

1:15:42 area.

1:15:43 In the days leading up to January six,

1:15:45 five of his associates are on trial now.

1:15:47 There will be trial for many others.

1:15:49 Okay,

1:15:50 so I'm going to tell you what some of

1:15:52 the Proud Boys have told me privately.

1:15:54 Okay.

1:15:55 say any of their names.

1:15:56 They said that people like this guy there,

1:15:59 this is not relating it to him,

1:16:01 but in the proud boys,

1:16:02 the FBI sent people in to

1:16:05 kind of run the show.

1:16:08 Okay.

1:16:08 They thought they were good guys.

1:16:10 They thought they were good people,

1:16:11 but they were the ones

1:16:12 telling them kind of what to do.

1:16:14 Okay.

1:16:15 Because what they've done is

1:16:17 they have taken a guy like Mr. Rhodes and

1:16:21 put him in and said, you know what,

1:16:22 you go in and be in charge,

1:16:25 and he is an actual agent, okay?

1:16:29 And he's supposed to come

1:16:29 back and report to them

1:16:32 what happens and who does what.

1:16:34 So that's infiltration.

1:16:36 Because they have given them

1:16:38 ideas that they did not

1:16:39 have on their own.

1:16:40 So the FBI gave them ideas.

1:16:43 And the next thing you know.

1:16:44 The corrupt FBI.

1:16:46 Yeah,

1:16:46 they've been able to take the entire

1:16:48 group down.

1:16:49 Okay.

1:16:50 Entire group of citizens armed,

1:16:54 ready to defend our citizens locally.

1:16:58 Okay.

1:16:59 All at the same time,

1:17:00 they are defunding the police.

1:17:03 All at the same time,

1:17:05 Miami-Dade has no sheriff,

1:17:07 and our commissioner and

1:17:09 our city or county mayor do

1:17:15 not want to fund a sheriff.

1:17:17 Go figure.

1:17:19 Go figure.

1:17:23 Okay, so we go back to the article.

1:17:24 Mr. Rhodes' trajectory from

1:17:27 a libertarian student to a

1:17:28 Yale defendant facing a

1:17:29 charge that carries a

1:17:30 maximum sentence of twenty

1:17:31 years in prison, plus other charges,

1:17:33 has riveted and unnerved

1:17:36 many of his former peers.

1:17:37 Despite its liberal reputation,

1:17:40 Yale Law School has

1:17:41 produced a number of

1:17:42 notable conservatives, including J.D.

1:17:45 Vance,

1:17:45 the Republican senator from Ohio who

1:17:47 graduated in two thousand thirteen.

1:17:50 Senator Josh Howley,

1:17:52 a Republican from Missouri

1:17:54 who has two years behind Mr. Rhodes.

1:17:57 Also, even in the early years,

1:17:58 Mr. Rhodes was distinctive

1:18:00 presence on campus whose

1:18:01 experience reflected from a

1:18:03 gulf social status and

1:18:04 ideology separating him

1:18:06 from many of his classmates.

1:18:08 Many find ways to

1:18:09 distinguish themselves

1:18:11 either by fitting in or standing out,

1:18:12 said John Michaels,

1:18:13 a professor at the UCLA

1:18:16 School of Law and former classmate.

1:18:18 And my sense of Mr. Rhodes

1:18:20 is he was standing out.

1:18:24 Though one of his lawyers, Mr. Rhodes,

1:18:26 declined an interview to request.

1:18:29 Wait, through one of his lawyers.

1:18:31 He declined to be interviewed.

1:18:33 At Yale,

1:18:34 Mr. Rhodes did not even have his

1:18:36 characteristic goatee eye patch.

1:18:39 He was clean shaven with a prosthetic eye,

1:18:43 the result of a

1:18:43 self-inflicted gun accident.

1:18:45 So they're trying to make it

1:18:46 out like he has a gun

1:18:47 accident and he shot his eye out.

1:18:50 He had an unconventional

1:18:51 opinions and and could seem

1:18:54 unusually focused on gun rights.

1:18:56 Former classmates said still

1:18:58 some remembered him as a

1:18:59 well-maintained peer who

1:19:01 worked to find common ground,

1:19:02 despite of being in the

1:19:04 political minority.

1:19:06 Terrorist attack on September eleventh,

1:19:08 two thousand one during his

1:19:11 second week of law school

1:19:12 had a profound impact on him.

1:19:16 On the witness stand,

1:19:17 Mr. Rhodes recalled being

1:19:18 in tort lecture when news

1:19:21 of the attack spread.

1:19:23 OK,

1:19:23 so evidently he took the stand and is

1:19:26 on trial.

1:19:26 OK, that's unusual, by the way.

1:19:29 Normally you would not do that.

1:19:30 A lot of my fellow students

1:19:31 collapsed and they were

1:19:33 just in heart rendering grief, he said,

1:19:35 adding.

1:19:36 And of course,

1:19:37 after the grief came the anger.

1:19:39 OK,

1:19:39 so I'm going to call a little bit of

1:19:41 propaganda here that the

1:19:43 guy actually took the stand

1:19:46 in his own defense.

1:19:47 OK,

1:19:47 because that does not normally happen

1:19:49 in a court of law.

1:19:50 Most attorneys would say, no, no, no, no.

1:19:53 let like, let's, you don't,

1:19:55 you don't go up for this.

1:19:56 Okay.

1:19:57 You let, let's just,

1:19:58 because they're always

1:19:59 afraid because you open up

1:20:00 a can of worms.

1:20:01 It opens you up to cross

1:20:03 examination to questions

1:20:04 that it opens a door.

1:20:06 It opens a door that most

1:20:07 defense attorneys do not

1:20:09 want opened at all under

1:20:11 any circumstances.

1:20:12 So that alone tells me

1:20:13 they're trying to push a

1:20:14 narrative of nine eleven.

1:20:15 So here we go.

1:20:16 And classmates memories and

1:20:18 Mr. Rhodes own telling the

1:20:21 attacks were galvanizing moment that.

1:20:24 sharpened his political

1:20:25 ideology he grew up

1:20:26 increasingly alarmed by the

1:20:28 expanded uses of

1:20:29 surveillance and detention

1:20:31 by the administration of

1:20:32 george w bush which he saw

1:20:35 as unconstitutional

1:20:36 overreaches because they

1:20:37 were um i'm saying they were for sure

1:20:42 You have the sense that he

1:20:44 was sort of keeping his

1:20:46 power dry for the most part,

1:20:47 said Stephen Vladeck,

1:20:49 a professor of the

1:20:50 University of Texas Law School.

1:20:52 The times he would speak up,

1:20:53 it was often about fears

1:20:55 that the government was

1:20:56 actually going too far and

1:20:58 infringing the rights of Americans.

1:21:00 His professors at Yale

1:21:01 declined to be interviewed,

1:21:03 citing student privacy concerns.

1:21:06 Mr. Rhodes, fifty-seven,

1:21:07 was born in Fresno, California.

1:21:09 His mother was a farm worker

1:21:11 and his father a Marine.

1:21:13 He grew up poor, moved frequently,

1:21:15 and graduated from high

1:21:16 school in Las Vegas.

1:21:18 He served in the Army in the

1:21:19 mid-nineteen eighties,

1:21:20 receiving an honorable

1:21:21 discharge following an

1:21:22 injury in a parachuting accident.

1:21:26 Tasha Adams met Mr. Rhodes

1:21:28 in Las Vegas in the early

1:21:29 nineteen nineties, said he was well read,

1:21:33 fascinated by history and

1:21:34 politics and seemed to

1:21:35 promise a life of adventure.

1:21:37 She quoted Ms.

1:21:40 Adams said they they married

1:21:42 in nineteen ninety four and

1:21:43 in two thousand eighteen.

1:21:45 Mr. Ms.

1:21:45 Adams,

1:21:46 who was involved in the Oath Keepers

1:21:48 initially,

1:21:48 but later decided to distance

1:21:50 herself from the organization,

1:21:51 filed for divorce,

1:21:52 accusing Mr. Rhodes of

1:21:53 physical and emotional abuse.

1:21:55 They remain separated and

1:21:56 the application is pending.

1:21:58 Mr. Rhodes attended the

1:21:59 University of Nevada of Las

1:22:01 Vegas where he studied.

1:22:03 Mr. Rhodes, excuse me,

1:22:04 Mr. Rhodes attended University of Nevada,

1:22:08 UNLV,

1:22:09 where he studied political science

1:22:11 and graduated summa cum

1:22:13 laude in nineteen ninety eight.

1:22:15 After college,

1:22:16 he worked in Washington

1:22:17 office of Representative Ron Paul,

1:22:19 a libertarian minded Republican.

1:22:21 From Texas,

1:22:23 Mr. Rhodes briefly considered

1:22:25 becoming a history teacher,

1:22:26 but grew interested in law

1:22:29 and was accepted at Yale.

1:22:31 On the witness stand,

1:22:32 Mr. Rhodes told the jury

1:22:34 that an admissions officer

1:22:36 at the law school had told

1:22:37 him that she cared about the, quote,

1:22:41 party model.

1:22:43 on a party model, I guess.

1:22:46 If you're going to have an

1:22:46 interesting party and have

1:22:48 an interesting guest,

1:22:50 who would you invite, he said.

1:22:53 So she wanted people like

1:22:54 military veterans, folks from out West,

1:22:57 people with different backgrounds.

1:22:59 Jean Webb,

1:23:00 the director of admissions at

1:23:01 Yale Law School from the

1:23:05 cycle in which Mr. Rhodes was admitted,

1:23:08 said that she did not

1:23:09 remember Mr. Rhodes and

1:23:10 that the party metaphor was

1:23:13 Not the one that she would have used.

1:23:15 So in other words,

1:23:16 she's calling him a liar.

1:23:17 She's saying that that's not

1:23:20 a metaphor she would have used,

1:23:21 even though that's what he

1:23:22 said on the stand.

1:23:23 OK,

1:23:24 so there's another little discrepancy

1:23:26 that, you know, is kind of passed over.

1:23:30 There are no specific

1:23:31 thresholds for acceptance

1:23:33 or standards or diversity, Ms.

1:23:35 Webb said.

1:23:36 Through overtime,

1:23:37 the school developed an

1:23:38 interest in admitting more

1:23:40 first-generation students and veterans.

1:23:43 Above all, she said,

1:23:44 faculty members were looking for, quote,

1:23:48 good thinkers.

1:23:50 She added that the school is

1:23:52 also seeking people who

1:23:54 wanted to be of service to

1:23:55 their community,

1:23:56 to their country and be in

1:23:58 leadership positions.

1:24:00 That's her quote.

1:24:03 So this is what Yale was

1:24:04 looking for at the time for

1:24:06 the admissions officer.

1:24:08 In class, Mr. Rhodes seemed engaged,

1:24:11 but not unusually so,

1:24:14 former classmates said.

1:24:16 Malcolm Seymour, a New York litigator,

1:24:19 a member of Mr. Rhodes' class,

1:24:21 called him as a polite,

1:24:22 intelligent classmate who

1:24:25 often agreed with

1:24:26 left-leaning peers on the

1:24:28 Bush-era civil liberties issues.

1:24:32 He taught self-defense

1:24:33 classes for female students

1:24:35 and was a part of the group

1:24:36 called Yale Law Gunners.

1:24:39 A play on a term denoting students who,

1:24:44 quote, gun for the highest achievements.

1:24:47 He took peers shooting at a local range.

1:24:50 Mr. Rhodes seemed to take

1:24:52 pleasure in teaching

1:24:53 classmates how to shoot a gun.

1:24:55 Ms.

1:24:55 Adams and a former student said.

1:24:59 So Tasha Adams is the estranged wife here.

1:25:05 She's the one in the documentary, correct?

1:25:07 That's correct.

1:25:08 Okay.

1:25:08 So Tasha Adams is the one in

1:25:10 the documentary who

1:25:11 evidently lives in Las Vegas.

1:25:13 And underneath her photo,

1:25:14 it says this is Tasha Adams,

1:25:17 Mr. Rhodes' estranged wife,

1:25:19 was initially involved in

1:25:20 the Oath Keepers,

1:25:21 but later distanced herself

1:25:22 from the organization.

1:25:23 Okay.

1:25:24 Elizabeth Lee Beck,

1:25:26 a Miami litigator and

1:25:28 member of Mr. Rhodes' class,

1:25:30 said that Mr. Rhodes struck

1:25:33 her as tolerant and

1:25:35 open-minded with an

1:25:36 institution that could seem

1:25:38 to her oppressively liberal.

1:25:40 Oh, wow.

1:25:44 I know some people who view

1:25:46 him as a scary Nazi, she said.

1:25:51 I don't share that view.

1:25:53 He's just Ernest Elmer.

1:25:57 At home,

1:25:58 Mr. Rhodes' time in law school was

1:26:01 fraught, Mrs. Adams said.

1:26:03 They arrived in New Haven

1:26:05 with two children and

1:26:06 eventually welcomed a third.

1:26:09 It was a stressful and isolating period,

1:26:11 she said.

1:26:13 He didn't know what to call

1:26:14 his tribe when he was at Yale, she said,

1:26:18 adding that the demands of

1:26:20 the family and school were intense.

1:26:22 She said a lot of times he

1:26:24 would just toss books and say…

1:26:28 quote, I don't have time to read this.

1:26:30 Give this and give me the note.

1:26:32 Read this and give me the notes.

1:26:34 In early two thousands,

1:26:36 Yale Law School could feel

1:26:39 like a protected bubble

1:26:40 where students were, quote,

1:26:42 floating in the world of ideas, unquote,

1:26:46 said Professor Michaels from UCLA.

1:26:50 But for Mr. Rhodes,

1:26:51 there were few abstract issues.

1:26:54 The topics

1:26:56 The topics he became

1:26:58 obsessed with often emerged

1:27:00 out of deep self-interest, Ms.

1:27:03 Adams said.

1:27:04 In his final year,

1:27:05 Mr. Rhodes won a school

1:27:07 prize for paper arguing

1:27:09 that the Bush

1:27:10 administration's designation

1:27:12 of enemy combatants was, quote,

1:27:14 dangerous to our freedoms and way of life,

1:27:18 end quote.

1:27:19 Nearly two decades later,

1:27:21 he told the jury that at

1:27:23 his trial at a big…

1:27:27 that a quote, big impetus, end quote,

1:27:31 for his creation of the Oak

1:27:33 Keepers was quote,

1:27:34 what I had learned during

1:27:36 the Bush years of enemy combatant status,

1:27:40 end quote.

1:27:41 Mr. Rhodes' extremist views

1:27:42 had already begun

1:27:44 in bullets by the time he

1:27:45 had arrived on campus, Ms.

1:27:47 Adams said, but he was always hiding it.

1:27:49 There were times, though,

1:27:51 that they broke jarringly

1:27:53 through the surface.

1:27:55 During one session for a

1:27:57 class on the Bill of Rights,

1:27:58 Mr. Rhodes unexpectedly

1:28:00 began addressing the class

1:28:01 about gun rights and

1:28:02 passing out cartoon

1:28:03 pamphlets from a fringe

1:28:05 organization called Jews

1:28:06 for the Preservation of

1:28:08 Firearms Ownership,

1:28:09 said Scott Hershowitz,

1:28:14 now professor at Michigan Law School,

1:28:16 who was in that class.

1:28:19 Mr. Rhodes told the

1:28:20 classmates he was not a

1:28:21 member of the National Rifle Association.

1:28:24 It was not aggressive enough

1:28:25 in its defense of gun rights and was,

1:28:28 quote, proud to share, end quote,

1:28:30 how much more seriously the

1:28:32 Jewish group took the gun rights,

1:28:34 Professor Hershowitz said.

1:28:37 Oh, wow.

1:28:38 So he's bringing in now we've got,

1:28:39 you know,

1:28:40 Jewish gun rights in question here.

1:28:42 Yes.

1:28:42 You think he he was actually

1:28:44 matriculated and guided to

1:28:47 this position by the

1:28:49 infiltration of the FBI?

1:28:51 Yes, I do.

1:28:52 That's exactly what I was thinking.

1:28:54 Yeah.

1:28:55 I mean, you've just got to read it.

1:28:56 I mean,

1:28:57 they're basically saying in one

1:28:58 sentence that he's against Bush.

1:29:00 So why would he be so pro Trump?

1:29:02 OK, yeah.

1:29:04 They've been trying for years, Chrissy.

1:29:05 They've been trying to get it.

1:29:07 Think about this.

1:29:08 Remember what I just said

1:29:09 about the left and the right?

1:29:11 Because, OK,

1:29:12 so the presidential the

1:29:13 president goes from

1:29:15 Democrat to Republican,

1:29:17 Republican back to Democrat,

1:29:19 from Democrat back to Republican.

1:29:21 You know, think about it,

1:29:23 because they're all on the same side.

1:29:25 Yes, they all have the same mission.

1:29:31 So the back agenda, again, is, of course,

1:29:35 making sure that you

1:29:37 castrate those individuals

1:29:41 who are standing up for our civil rights.

1:29:44 Right.

1:29:44 Yes, that's correct.

1:29:46 That's the back agenda.

1:29:47 Now,

1:29:48 regardless of whether or not his

1:29:51 former wife was subjected to abuse or not,

1:29:57 that would actually,

1:29:58 if you took a person who in

1:30:00 public seems to be very

1:30:02 stable but in private is

1:30:04 not stable and they know

1:30:06 that he has these instabilities, then,

1:30:09 of course,

1:30:09 when it gets taken into the

1:30:11 media and he turns into a patsy,

1:30:14 then it's going to

1:30:15 destabilize that particular

1:30:18 platform and then all who engaged in it.

1:30:22 Yes.

1:30:23 And they set them up.

1:30:24 I mean, whether, you know,

1:30:25 he could have easily been a patsy.

1:30:27 He could have known what he's doing.

1:30:29 I personally think he was

1:30:30 probably a patsy.

1:30:31 They probably took him.

1:30:32 They probably elevated him.

1:30:34 which is really easy.

1:30:35 Because he had a good acumen.

1:30:37 How would he actually be

1:30:38 promoted to join Yale,

1:30:40 which is an Illuminati school,

1:30:42 by the way?

1:30:42 Well, Penny, they do that to any mind.

1:30:46 They said that they were

1:30:47 looking for great minds, basically.

1:30:49 That's correct.

1:30:50 They were looking for great

1:30:50 minds to manipulate.

1:30:51 Yeah, look where his alma mater was.

1:30:53 Where?

1:30:56 UNLV, Las Vegas.

1:30:58 Absolutely.

1:30:59 And the only information I

1:31:01 could find on him when

1:31:02 trying to look him up about

1:31:04 being related to Cecil Rhodes,

1:31:06 which I'm sure they don't

1:31:07 want those names connected.

1:31:09 Is he?

1:31:10 Well, I couldn't find it.

1:31:11 He must be through the name.

1:31:14 Well, possibly very possible.

1:31:16 I mean, I'm not saying blood related.

1:31:18 I'm saying that I studied

1:31:20 the genesis of names.

1:31:21 I'm saying through a clan name,

1:31:23 that is the Rhodes name.

1:31:26 Yes.

1:31:27 And that's why they picked him.

1:31:29 Right.

1:31:29 The only information I could

1:31:31 find is that he was disbarred, disbarred,

1:31:34 disbarred, disbarred.

1:31:36 Yeah.

1:31:36 And you're saying that he

1:31:39 actually did become a lawyer.

1:31:43 Yes.

1:31:43 Yeah.

1:31:43 And then he got disbarred,

1:31:45 but we don't know why.

1:31:47 We'll have to look it up.

1:31:50 But you know what?

1:31:50 Here's an,

1:31:51 here's another thing that you

1:31:52 guys may not know.

1:31:54 And, oh, you might, or you might not know,

1:31:56 but growing up military.

1:31:58 Now I didn't experience this,

1:32:00 but I know people who did.

1:32:02 And it, it concerns the alcoholism,

1:32:06 the domestic abuse.

1:32:08 Yes.

1:32:09 And they could, if they,

1:32:10 if they bring it forward,

1:32:13 It goes against their military service.

1:32:16 So in other words,

1:32:18 these problems are always hidden.

1:32:19 So maybe the boy did

1:32:22 experience these things in youth.

1:32:25 I can say that it was not my experience.

1:32:27 My dad was in for twenty five years.

1:32:31 It's not a normal military experience.

1:32:33 Listen, I know almost every military,

1:32:36 every veteran suffers from PTSD.

1:32:39 So I do believe that they, you know, Penny,

1:32:42 there's so many times that

1:32:44 they've been brainwashed,

1:32:45 they've been siloed.

1:32:47 And, you know, I mean,

1:32:49 one of the one of the

1:32:49 propositions of the Navy is

1:32:51 to out drink your fellow compadres.

1:32:53 Yes.

1:32:54 And they want them to do these things.

1:32:57 Okay.

1:32:58 So I think this article,

1:32:59 I really want to wrap it up

1:33:00 with this because, you know,

1:33:02 we're supposed to be talking about.

1:33:03 Yes.

1:33:04 We got half an hour to talk about health.

1:33:06 Yeah.

1:33:07 Yeah.

1:33:08 And health.

1:33:08 Half an hour to come down

1:33:09 from all this stuff.

1:33:11 Right.

1:33:11 And, you know, and we'll,

1:33:12 we'll be pursuing this because again,

1:33:14 I presented this with actually no effort,

1:33:18 uh,

1:33:19 for knowledge of this

1:33:20 individual i just happened

1:33:22 to stumble upon this thing

1:33:23 it looks like the domestic

1:33:25 uh violence was you know

1:33:27 real but you know what was

1:33:29 the purpose of putting this

1:33:31 person forward as the face

1:33:33 because it's it looks like

1:33:35 they strategized it and

1:33:36 then also at some point

1:33:38 we'll get into alex jones as well

1:33:40 Right.

1:33:40 So this is what I want people to realize.

1:33:42 OK, so this is, you know, you know,

1:33:45 these are these are cues

1:33:46 that we all have to look at.

1:33:48 If you if you look up,

1:33:49 you'll see what I'm talking

1:33:50 about with the Las Vegas

1:33:51 sign that you're actually

1:33:52 supposed to in order to

1:33:53 film in front of the Las

1:33:54 Vegas sign or utilize the Las Vegas sign.

1:33:57 That sign is monumental.

1:33:59 You're supposed to have to

1:34:00 pay the city of Las Vegas rights.

1:34:03 So either somebody paid Las

1:34:04 Vegas for the rights for

1:34:05 them to shoot in front of

1:34:06 that sign or he got by with

1:34:10 it in some way.

1:34:10 So all you have to do is

1:34:11 search for a Las Vegas shooting hotel.

1:34:13 You'll see that it's

1:34:14 Mandalay Bay that's come up.

1:34:17 And the sign is is more

1:34:20 recognized than that sign.

1:34:22 Right.

1:34:22 You know,

1:34:24 if he was there and he lived there.

1:34:25 But I'm just going to say I

1:34:26 never got to go film.

1:34:28 I lived in Las Vegas for six years.

1:34:30 I never got to go film any

1:34:32 of my episodes in front of the sign.

1:34:34 And I actually asked to,

1:34:35 in order to get movies or

1:34:37 anything else filmed in

1:34:38 front of that sign,

1:34:39 unless you were just a

1:34:40 person and things were

1:34:41 being used for what's called personal use,

1:34:43 then you could utilize your

1:34:45 personal use photos.

1:34:47 But the minute you wanted to

1:34:48 use the Las Vegas sign for commercial use,

1:34:51 you actually had to get a special permit.

1:34:54 Right.

1:34:54 So that's all I'm saying.

1:34:56 So there there we go on the shooting.

1:34:58 So that was one of the first

1:34:59 things that I started to notice.

1:35:00 Right.

1:35:01 So that that shooting was in

1:35:03 two thousand seventeen.

1:35:04 So in two thousand nine, they preface it.

1:35:06 Yeah.

1:35:07 So I do.

1:35:08 Well,

1:35:08 that's we have to realize how early

1:35:10 on they start to do things.

1:35:12 So that's.

1:35:14 Here's what I believe they

1:35:15 were really doing.

1:35:16 And this is what people need

1:35:17 to realize is look at this down here.

1:35:20 An image of Mr. Rhodes was

1:35:21 shown on screen during a

1:35:24 house select committee

1:35:25 investigation hearing on

1:35:27 the January six attacks in July.

1:35:30 Okay.

1:35:31 So this is what they were

1:35:33 after because they can

1:35:34 utilize him because he was

1:35:37 most likely part of them.

1:35:40 And listen, we will, some of this,

1:35:42 we will never be able to prove.

1:35:44 No, and never.

1:35:45 And I mean, here, here's the point of,

1:35:48 of what we try to do.

1:35:49 The point is to get you the, the,

1:35:52 the person on the ground to

1:35:55 start researching these

1:35:56 things and then come to

1:35:58 your conclusions through your research.

1:36:00 And don't, you know,

1:36:01 don't jump to defend or

1:36:03 deny on one end or the

1:36:04 other until you've

1:36:06 researched both sides of it.

1:36:08 And then you've come to a

1:36:09 conclusion after that research.

1:36:11 Penny,

1:36:12 I want to show people the way to

1:36:13 research too,

1:36:14 because I feel like we're

1:36:15 always saying this,

1:36:16 but a lot of times we don't

1:36:17 really share how we even research.

1:36:20 And I don't mind sharing

1:36:21 with people how I research

1:36:23 because I want you to

1:36:23 understand how to do it.

1:36:25 So I'll just put in like the name,

1:36:27 Stuart Rhodes Oathkeeper Daughter.

1:36:29 So I was looking to see if, you know,

1:36:31 could I find her daughter really quickly?

1:36:33 But in order to find out his

1:36:34 connections with the FBI,

1:36:36 I just put in Stuart Rhodes, FBI agent.

1:36:40 Okay.

1:36:40 So I imagine we're probably

1:36:42 going to find out that he is an FBI agent,

1:36:46 you know?

1:36:46 So, I mean,

1:36:46 he was definitely connected to

1:36:48 the FBI within two seconds.

1:36:49 I was able to find out.

1:36:51 In order to say that you

1:36:52 need to say an agent of the FBI,

1:36:54 but not paid by the FBI.

1:36:56 Okay.

1:36:57 Exactly.

1:36:58 So, you know, I imagine that if I mean,

1:37:02 this is the first article I came on.

1:37:04 OK, so I mean, yes,

1:37:06 that was the first article.

1:37:07 So it's not really hard to

1:37:09 find these things.

1:37:10 And I want people to

1:37:11 understand how to find it

1:37:13 and don't just believe what

1:37:14 they're saying.

1:37:15 on the news.

1:37:16 Okay.

1:37:17 That's the goal.

1:37:18 You know, don't believe what we're saying.

1:37:19 Don't believe what the news is saying.

1:37:21 Like look for yourself and

1:37:22 not try to show.

1:37:24 And Penny, you do a great job too,

1:37:25 of trying to show people of

1:37:27 what you're talking about.

1:37:28 And I think we're going to

1:37:29 have to hold off on our

1:37:30 Balenciaga because that's, that's a

1:37:32 Oh, yeah,

1:37:32 that's we got plenty of that for

1:37:35 our guest who's coming on

1:37:37 Thursday and Friday.

1:37:38 You know,

1:37:39 he's very prolific documentarism.

1:37:41 And he told me that he's

1:37:43 research on this as well.

1:37:43 he's been doing some

1:37:44 I apologize to everybody.

1:37:46 I know it's the Balenciaga in our city.

1:37:48 We will be, that's our topic for the week.

1:37:50 So we really thought we

1:37:51 would get to it though.

1:37:52 I really did think we would

1:37:53 get to it today because

1:37:55 I've got all the research

1:37:56 on the business of Balenciaga,

1:37:59 the business.

1:38:00 So I'm going to have to

1:38:00 change the title and

1:38:01 description and possibly

1:38:02 the thumbnail of this video.

1:38:04 So I apologize if you're

1:38:04 watching this live.

1:38:07 So, but you know, it was not intentional.

1:38:09 And so now on a happier note

1:38:11 and a healthier note,

1:38:13 what do you have for us?

1:38:17 Well,

1:38:19 So I was asked to share some health tips,

1:38:23 right?

1:38:24 And what do we think of when

1:38:26 we think of health?

1:38:26 Well, the last two years,

1:38:28 we thought about things

1:38:32 that would prevent us from getting sick,

1:38:34 right?

1:38:35 But before this,

1:38:37 I've always kind of been a

1:38:38 little bit of a health nut.

1:38:40 I used to be an aerobics

1:38:41 instructor back in the day.

1:38:44 And the funny part about

1:38:45 being an aerobics

1:38:46 instructor back in the early nineties was

1:38:49 Um, what I would go and after class,

1:38:52 I would go like down to the

1:38:53 mall and eat a Cinnabon.

1:38:54 Of course you did.

1:38:58 So I was, you know,

1:39:00 I was not in the mindset.

1:39:01 I was thinking like other

1:39:03 people think that if you

1:39:05 want to lose weight,

1:39:06 you want to lose weight.

1:39:09 And this seems to be the

1:39:10 most popular thing about

1:39:11 when people think health,

1:39:13 they think weight or they

1:39:14 actually they think I want to lose weight,

1:39:17 but they don't connect it

1:39:18 with the whole health thing.

1:39:20 Right.

1:39:21 And so so yesterday when I

1:39:23 was thinking about this, I'm like,

1:39:25 people don't want to hear

1:39:26 about losing weight.

1:39:27 It's the you know, I mean,

1:39:28 a week ago we were like

1:39:29 making turkey and dressing

1:39:31 and sweet potato souffle and everything.

1:39:33 you know,

1:39:34 pigging out on Thanksgiving and then,

1:39:37 you know, just it's the holiday season,

1:39:40 right?

1:39:40 So here comes the sweets,

1:39:42 here comes the candy, the cookies that,

1:39:45 you know, you name it.

1:39:46 And so I thought, well,

1:39:49 you know it's it's not a

1:39:50 subject that's well

1:39:52 rehearsed but the thing

1:39:53 about it is health is an

1:39:54 ongoing um subject and so

1:39:58 as so yesterday afternoon i

1:40:01 was just i was i told

1:40:02 christy she knows that i

1:40:04 like going down to the pool

1:40:05 and reading like a real

1:40:07 book a paper book i don't

1:40:08 read off of an ipad because

1:40:11 you know we spend so much time

1:40:14 um, you know, on, on, um,

1:40:16 on computers and things like that.

1:40:18 So I read off of the paper book.

1:40:21 And so I was reading a book

1:40:23 called Christmas by our

1:40:24 friend Sheila Holm.

1:40:26 And, and so thinking about, you know,

1:40:28 everybody thinking about

1:40:29 this whole Thanksgiving thing and how the,

1:40:32 how the food might not be so healthy,

1:40:34 or it might be, I don't know, you know,

1:40:36 some people do, but, um,

1:40:39 thinking that people are like, oh my God,

1:40:41 I'm so stressed.

1:40:43 You know, here's Thanksgiving and I've got,

1:40:46 I don't have my Christmas

1:40:47 decorations up yet.

1:40:48 You know, stress, stress, stress, stress,

1:40:50 stress.

1:40:52 So I was going down to the

1:40:53 pool yesterday afternoon

1:40:55 and I started listening to this podcast.

1:40:58 Well, actually it was on Rumble.

1:41:00 This gal I'd never even

1:41:01 listened to before.

1:41:02 And it was about a flight

1:41:04 that she'd taken on American Airlines.

1:41:07 and how she was squished

1:41:09 between two overweight

1:41:11 people and i thought how is

1:41:13 our weight and our health

1:41:15 affecting other people yes

1:41:17 christy's always telling me

1:41:19 she goes you better stay

1:41:20 healthy because i don't

1:41:21 want to have to take care

1:41:22 of you and i'm like look i

1:41:23 might have to take care of you you know

1:41:27 So here's some things that I

1:41:29 thought of as I was watching her.

1:41:32 So this girl, her name is Sydney Watson,

1:41:36 and she's on Rumble.

1:41:39 And here was,

1:41:40 I'm not real technological

1:41:42 like you guys are,

1:41:43 but here's what went viral on Rumble.

1:41:48 post American Airlines

1:41:51 passenger American Airlines

1:41:54 basically had an issue I

1:41:58 listened to that yesterday

1:41:59 she's absolutely hysterical

1:42:01 it was hysterical but it

1:42:03 would not have been funny

1:42:04 if you had been on the

1:42:05 flight now I haven't I used

1:42:06 to fly you know I said I

1:42:08 would go to work for the

1:42:09 airline this has been two

1:42:10 years ago before the whole

1:42:12 you know the coronavirus thing came about

1:42:18 And they started requiring masks.

1:42:20 And then the tyrants were on

1:42:22 the- I'm not talking about the incident.

1:42:24 I'm talking about the individual.

1:42:26 She has an awesome sense of humor.

1:42:28 Yeah,

1:42:28 she does have awesome sense of humor.

1:42:30 But if you would have been

1:42:32 in this situation,

1:42:34 and you think about it-

1:42:34 I've been in this situation.

1:42:35 Let me explain to you.

1:42:36 I've actually been in this situation.

1:42:39 Eighteen hour flight up in

1:42:40 the air on the way to Guangzhou.

1:42:43 where a lady she was so big

1:42:45 and i'm sorry guys listen i

1:42:47 have a lot of family

1:42:48 members that are severely

1:42:50 overweight they're over

1:42:51 three hundred pounds so i'm

1:42:52 not making fun of anybody

1:42:54 i'm not but i have a thing

1:42:55 where i absolutely refuse

1:42:57 to gain more than a certain

1:42:59 amount of weight because

1:43:00 remember what i'm very

1:43:01 fortunate my body can feel

1:43:03 it i start to feel like

1:43:04 really bloated mom can even

1:43:05 tell you i'm like no no i'm

1:43:06 not even like i will i will

1:43:08 do apple cider vinegar i will do anything

1:43:11 before I will gain so much

1:43:13 weight that I cannot fit into my clothes.

1:43:15 And I know a lot of people

1:43:16 struggle with weight.

1:43:19 On the way to China, I got in a seat.

1:43:23 I was in a middle seat,

1:43:25 which I normally don't have,

1:43:26 but I was actually flying

1:43:27 standby because I had a

1:43:29 last minute trip there with

1:43:30 one of my clients.

1:43:32 So, and she's a former flight attendant.

1:43:35 So sometimes you don't get

1:43:36 to choose the seats, okay?

1:43:37 So the lady was actually

1:43:39 supposed to be sitting on

1:43:40 the window seat.

1:43:42 She could not fit at the window seat.

1:43:44 I mean,

1:43:45 this is not a matter of seatbelt

1:43:46 extensions.

1:43:47 I want everybody to understand.

1:43:48 This is not a matter of being this way.

1:43:50 She was so big,

1:43:52 she could not fit between

1:43:54 the armrest and the thing.

1:43:56 So they move her to the aisle, okay?

1:44:00 They move her to the aisle.

1:44:01 I'm still in the middle.

1:44:02 The other girls, you know,

1:44:04 at the window seat,

1:44:05 the one who was supposed to

1:44:06 be on the aisle is actually

1:44:07 at the window seat.

1:44:08 I wake up as we're

1:44:10 approaching the Northern

1:44:12 Lights and I am like,

1:44:13 this lady has sweat all

1:44:16 over me to the point where

1:44:17 I woke up soaking wet.

1:44:20 Wow.

1:44:20 I go back to the flight

1:44:22 attendant and I was like, listen,

1:44:23 I am not a rude person.

1:44:26 I know I'm, you know,

1:44:27 on American Airlines.

1:44:28 I'm on a ticket with my

1:44:30 friend who's a flight attendant.

1:44:32 We're working on her

1:44:33 collection in Guangzhou.

1:44:37 And I know you guys didn't

1:44:38 even have to let me on the flight.

1:44:39 Thank you very much.

1:44:42 But I like, I don't even know what to do.

1:44:44 And that lady looked,

1:44:45 the flight attendant looked

1:44:46 at me and she goes,

1:44:47 she sweat all over you like that.

1:44:49 And I said, yes,

1:44:50 to the point where I would

1:44:51 have probably slept all the way there.

1:44:53 Okay.

1:44:53 I would have probably slept

1:44:55 all the way there,

1:44:55 but she had made me so hot

1:44:57 and so sweaty and so gross that,

1:45:00 that I had to get up and I was,

1:45:02 I was actually just, I was irritated.

1:45:04 I was mad.

1:45:06 And I go back and I'm like,

1:45:07 I don't even know what to

1:45:08 do because I mean, like, you know,

1:45:10 what's the lady going to do?

1:45:11 Saw off part of her fat.

1:45:13 I mean, no, I mean, there's nothing.

1:45:14 What are we going to do here?

1:45:16 So they actually moved me and they,

1:45:19 they told her that the

1:45:21 flight attendant came and

1:45:22 told me that they had

1:45:23 marked her that she will

1:45:24 have to purchase two seats

1:45:26 moving forward.

1:45:29 Well,

1:45:31 Sydney's experience was that she

1:45:35 ended up being part of the Daily Mail,

1:45:37 which is, we know,

1:45:40 some of the people that are

1:45:42 in with the Daily Mail,

1:45:44 if you just go and research that.

1:45:46 And it said,

1:45:47 so they were blaming her for

1:45:50 fat shaming people.

1:45:51 And they said,

1:45:52 American Airlines passenger

1:45:54 claims after being sandwiched,

1:45:57 and they got sandwiched

1:45:58 between two obese people,

1:46:00 and that was in quotes,

1:46:02 for three hours and says,

1:46:04 people who need seatbelt extenders are,

1:46:06 quote, too fat to fly.

1:46:08 But airline says,

1:46:10 our passengers come in all

1:46:11 shapes and sizes.

1:46:13 Well, here's the thing.

1:46:14 Here's the thing.

1:46:15 They do.

1:46:16 Everybody comes in all

1:46:17 weights and sizes and

1:46:18 everybody has a choice.

1:46:20 Listen.

1:46:21 There are ways, and Mom,

1:46:23 hopefully you're going to

1:46:24 go over some of the ways that you have,

1:46:27 but there are ways that we

1:46:28 can all maintain ourselves

1:46:31 and stay healthy,

1:46:31 because especially now during COVID,

1:46:35 it's not good to be unhealthy.

1:46:39 But in terms of the airlines,

1:46:42 I'm going to say that the airlines,

1:46:45 if they do need seat extenders,

1:46:46 guess what?

1:46:47 They also need to buy another seat.

1:46:49 because we don't want to be

1:46:50 sweat off because this lady

1:46:52 had been moved to the aisle.

1:46:53 She couldn't contain her herself,

1:46:56 even with the aisle.

1:46:57 The flight attendants were

1:46:58 not able to pass by.

1:46:59 It is actually dangerous.

1:47:01 I mean, this was actually super dangerous.

1:47:03 Not only was it gross,

1:47:04 but it was dangerous

1:47:06 because come to find out on my flight,

1:47:08 the flight attendants.

1:47:09 Sorry.

1:47:11 So on Sydney's flight,

1:47:13 it turns out that that was

1:47:15 brother and sister.

1:47:16 that one of them was sitting

1:47:18 by the window and one of

1:47:19 them sitting on the aisle

1:47:20 because they knew that they were bigger.

1:47:23 And so

1:47:24 You know,

1:47:24 just pity the poor person that

1:47:26 gets sandwiched in between.

1:47:27 So she asked one of them if

1:47:29 they would change seats.

1:47:31 And the brother says, no,

1:47:33 because I get to sit by my

1:47:35 sister all the time.

1:47:36 That was the response.

1:47:38 So here's what happens.

1:47:41 And here's what happens with

1:47:43 weight gain and all the

1:47:45 things that we're going

1:47:46 through on the news these days.

1:47:48 I mean, good grief.

1:47:50 You know,

1:47:50 we're hit by all kinds of news

1:47:52 and it builds up cortisol.

1:47:53 Now, what is cortisol?

1:47:55 Cortisol is a hormone and

1:47:56 it's a necessary hormone.

1:47:58 And you might recognize it

1:48:00 as more a fight or flight syndrome.

1:48:02 Okay.

1:48:04 And which works in, in emergencies.

1:48:07 Okay.

1:48:08 Or, you know,

1:48:09 like back in the caveman day

1:48:11 where they had to go hunt their food,

1:48:12 you know, they were like running, running,

1:48:14 running, running,

1:48:15 running for a certain period of time.

1:48:18 And then they stop and they

1:48:20 get their prey.

1:48:21 They take it home, they cook it, you know,

1:48:23 whatever else they, however they ate it.

1:48:25 But anyway, they don't stay in that mode,

1:48:28 but we're staying in that mode.

1:48:30 A lot of times we're staying

1:48:31 in that mode and it builds

1:48:32 up unhealthy fat in your body.

1:48:35 And so, twelve years ago,

1:48:38 Well, ten years ago,

1:48:40 I was I was searching for a

1:48:42 healthy lifestyle.

1:48:44 And what I didn't know was

1:48:46 that the what we're missing

1:48:48 a key ingredient,

1:48:49 because a lot of times I'll

1:48:50 talk to people about their

1:48:52 health and their weight and they're like,

1:48:54 oh, you know, I eat really good.

1:48:55 I eat fruits and vegetables

1:48:57 and I eat this and I eat that.

1:48:58 And I said, but do you realize that?

1:49:00 that what we're missing from

1:49:02 our food these days are minerals.

1:49:05 So we're missing minerals.

1:49:06 And so what are minerals

1:49:08 minerals are things like, um, uh,

1:49:11 magnesium, which is a huge thing.

1:49:15 So, and even zinc.

1:49:17 Okay.

1:49:18 So, um,

1:49:20 So we're missing minerals in

1:49:22 our food because what the

1:49:24 food has been adulterated.

1:49:25 Now you've probably heard

1:49:29 things come up lately about food being,

1:49:32 you know,

1:49:32 you're gonna be eat bugs and like it,

1:49:35 or you're gonna,

1:49:35 and I don't mean to agree

1:49:38 with some of these fanatical tyrants,

1:49:41 but some of the bugs might

1:49:42 be more nutritious than

1:49:45 what we're eating.

1:49:47 if you're eating fast food,

1:49:48 if you depend on fast food.

1:49:49 And Penny had mentioned that

1:49:55 like McDonald's, right?

1:49:57 Yes.

1:49:58 And I call it mystery meat.

1:50:00 It is.

1:50:00 You never know what's mixed

1:50:03 in that ground beef.

1:50:04 And honestly,

1:50:05 I was just listening to Dr.

1:50:07 David Martin the other day

1:50:09 about how our food's been adulterated.

1:50:12 And I listened to Dr. Artis

1:50:15 on Dark Outpost,

1:50:16 and he talks about it as well.

1:50:19 So what we're missing in our

1:50:21 foods is minerals.

1:50:22 And it takes, you know, people say, well,

1:50:25 I eat a lot of spinach.

1:50:27 Well, the spinach these days,

1:50:29 it takes like fifteen bowls

1:50:31 of spinach salad to equal

1:50:33 the spinach salad that your

1:50:35 grandmother would have

1:50:35 eaten to get the nutrients out of it.

1:50:38 and people are just you know

1:50:40 you can't eat spinach salad

1:50:41 you can't eat fifteen

1:50:42 spinach salads a day so

1:50:44 what do you do you

1:50:45 supplement okay so so some

1:50:47 of the supplements um that

1:50:49 i found that um that really

1:50:52 uh that we're really

1:50:53 deficient in one of the

1:50:56 main one is magnesium and

1:50:57 that's a huge one so um

1:51:00 here's some of the signs

1:51:02 that you might be magnesium deficient

1:51:05 Do you have muscle tremors and cramps?

1:51:09 Um,

1:51:11 depression, anxiety, bone fractures,

1:51:14 digestion problems, chronic fatigue.

1:51:16 And I'm getting, I'm getting the,

1:51:17 I'm getting the timer down here.

1:51:19 Okay.

1:51:19 So I'm going to go over this

1:51:20 really quickly.

1:51:22 Hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia,

1:51:25 a difficulty breathing has,

1:51:27 has anybody heard about them?

1:51:29 You know, obsessions,

1:51:31 aggressive behavior and

1:51:33 embarrassing thoughts.

1:51:35 So

1:51:38 With magnesium deficiency,

1:51:41 there comes a whole

1:51:42 plethora of health problems

1:51:45 like minor memory loss,

1:51:47 gastrointestinal problems,

1:51:49 increased anxiety, decreased immunity,

1:51:52 headaches, eye twitching, reduced energy.

1:51:55 I mean, I can't even say,

1:51:56 and most people only take

1:51:57 magnesium if they're constipated, okay?

1:52:02 So let's just say that I'm

1:52:03 gonna give you some solutions

1:52:06 for getting more magnesium in your body.

1:52:08 You can,

1:52:09 you can do a magnesium tea at night.

1:52:12 I do it through capsules

1:52:14 because my company provides capsules,

1:52:17 but they provide it as a part of a,

1:52:19 as part of a weight loss.

1:52:20 And people think, well, I don't have,

1:52:22 you know,

1:52:24 constipation problems,

1:52:26 so I'm not going to take magnesium.

1:52:27 Well,

1:52:27 that's not the only time you need to

1:52:29 take it.

1:52:29 So I'm going to just give

1:52:31 you a few solutions here as

1:52:32 we're winding down on time.

1:52:34 I say that we're winding down on time.

1:52:37 There's a way that you can,

1:52:39 if you're experiencing some

1:52:40 of these things, other than, you know,

1:52:44 just things that you can do

1:52:45 without any cost,

1:52:46 I'm going to just show you

1:52:47 a quick breathing technique.

1:53:01 Just breathe deeply.

1:53:02 Close one nostril.

1:53:04 Use your thumb and your

1:53:05 forefinger and just do that.

1:53:07 Do that for a couple of

1:53:08 minutes and you're going to

1:53:09 find yourself calming down.

1:53:11 OK, another thing is Epsom salt baths.

1:53:16 And that's that's helping you.

1:53:20 Yes.

1:53:21 Oh, yes.

1:53:21 Yeah.

1:53:22 You're increasing oxygen.

1:53:23 You're increasing your lung capacity.

1:53:25 So, you know, think about this.

1:53:28 Think about doing like Epsom salt baths.

1:53:31 You can even go to like Home

1:53:33 Depot or Costco.

1:53:35 I bought big bags of baking soda.

1:53:38 You can do put like two cups

1:53:40 of baking soda and

1:53:45 Did you take me out?

1:53:46 Dr. Randy Shannon says,

1:53:48 soak in that bathtub till

1:53:49 you look like a raisin.

1:53:50 Okay.

1:53:51 So you're soaking in

1:53:52 magnesium with Epsom salts

1:53:55 and the baking soda is

1:53:58 really good for detoxing.

1:53:59 So reflexology and therapeutic massage.

1:54:03 I totally believe in that for your health.

1:54:05 So any questions?

1:54:08 No, that was marvelous.

1:54:10 And those are things I suggest, too,

1:54:11 for people that are MKUltra.

1:54:14 And also,

1:54:15 I suggest that you take a bath

1:54:17 with epsom salts and a

1:54:19 little bit of coconut oil.

1:54:21 It also gets out nanites,

1:54:22 believe it or not.

1:54:23 Yes, it does.

1:54:24 And then also something about the water,

1:54:26 salt water that enables from myself.

1:54:30 It's just when I'm praying,

1:54:32 it's like more of a conduit.

1:54:34 And I noticed that when I

1:54:35 was a child being in the

1:54:37 salt water in the ocean.

1:54:39 It's right.

1:54:40 And that's what she says.

1:54:42 And because there's ions

1:54:44 that come off of the water

1:54:46 as it rolls into the shore.

1:54:48 Now, when I lived in Scotland,

1:54:50 a lot of people,

1:54:50 our gym was kind of like

1:54:52 you could see the sea.

1:54:54 You know, you could see the sea.

1:54:55 And a lot of people don't

1:54:56 swim in Scotland.

1:54:57 Very few people do.

1:54:59 You know, they sail, do a lot of sailing.

1:55:01 You know, there's a lot of water.

1:55:03 But I would walk to the gym.

1:55:05 But there were other people

1:55:06 that would drive to the gym

1:55:08 and get on the treadmill

1:55:12 and walk and just look at the ocean,

1:55:13 but they didn't get the

1:55:14 benefits of the ions from the ocean.

1:55:20 Absolutely.

1:55:20 So where can people find you?

1:55:23 MiamiFreedomFood.com.

1:55:26 is a good place to look.

1:55:28 I'm happy to help you out

1:55:29 with any supplements.

1:55:32 for over ten years now and

1:55:34 I'm very happy with my results.

1:55:36 And I think you're always on Facebook too,

1:55:38 right?

1:55:53 to continue.

1:55:53 You don't actually need to

1:55:54 take what's behind the

1:55:55 Balenciaga saga down,

1:55:57 but I want to let people

1:55:58 know we will be continuing

1:56:00 with our research.

1:56:01 We'll be bringing in

1:56:09 sixty documentaries on the deep state CIA,

1:56:14 various factions of conspiracy,

1:56:18 if you will, conspiracy fact.

1:56:19 He leads you to, again,

1:56:21 to research for your own conclusions.

1:56:25 My final closing thoughts

1:56:26 are believe no one and

1:56:28 research everything.

1:56:30 Exactly.

1:56:47 the hallmark thing that

1:56:48 they've been telling you it is.

1:56:50 No, it's not.

1:56:52 It's actually satanic,

1:56:53 but we're not going to go into that.

1:56:55 No, it is.

1:56:56 You're right.

1:56:57 We're not going to go into that today.

1:56:59 I mean, you know,

1:57:00 we're going to hear all about that.

1:57:01 Another day.

1:57:03 Otherwise, we won't win your Christmas.

1:57:05 We're not here to win your Christmas.

1:57:06 We're going to lose followers.

1:57:08 Yeah, I know, right?
