The US Senate just advanced Trump judicial nominee Matthew R. Burn as the US District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. Ohio.

Okay. Yeah. So, anyway, Simon was there. Um, but Simon is now deceased, you know. Um, like when you search Simon Las Vegas, all you see is Simon Property Group. U, but he was the restaurant tour. Um, hold on. Let me actually because you have to uh Michael Simon.

And so Simons was the place where you could go and you basically got this big bowl of cotton candy. It was like bigger than your head, you know? So it's like fun. You know, you got to know the like the the photos in the art with like the bubble like in front of somebody's face and cotton candy head. Yeah. That's where that's where it came from was because he was actually making these huge bowls of cotton candy that you could just hold up like in front of you

Anyway, long story short, this is where everything happened in Las Vegas. A lot of, you know, a lot of celebrities still live there. You're seeing like Raiders, players, um, you know, people coming and going. It's always extremely interesting in Palm Place. So, um, a friend of mine and I,

Um, I won't give any specifics, but going from one one we were actually going from one floor to the lobby and we get in the elevator and the elevator. Have any of you ever ever ridden Tower of Terror? Oh, yeah. I won't do it. I almost died on a roller coaster. So, those are Yeah. Yeah. I'm done with Yeah. "[laughter] That's that's a whole another thing. My kids on freef fall is a whole another story at Six Flags. I would never take my kids to um a theme park"

They love it. You know that my daughter's already planning this in February and I'm already like really do we have to let them on the rides? Anyway, so my my friend and I, we get in the elevator and you know, you hit the lobby. Elevator goes bam. [gasps] Oh no. I mean, literally goes drops from one floor all the way to the 11th floor. Oh yeah. Oh no.

Okay, so imagine you're in this elevator. The And I'm laughing about it, but like this is really not funny at all. Like when this is happening, but the only way that I know to get through like a situation is like, you know, laughing, smiling, trying to make jokes, trying to ditto because otherwise you'd be screaming in your head. Oh, no, no, no, no. Otherwise, you're like in full-blown panic attack because it's like your mechanis my mechanism to like not

11:50 go into like a full-blown panic attack because I mean it was like completely completely scary to the point where like I don't really want to get into an elevator now. [laughter] I mean I really don't like so so let me just tell you. So we so we stay in the elevator and we're trying to talk to the lady that um you know we we they they pretty much come right away. So, we're thinking they're calling like emergency services. Like, we're thinking like I'm thinking, well, the firemen, you know, even Miami firemen, like they would have already been there 30 minutes later to like get you out. And I know Las Vegas

12:24 is like much more prompt than that, you know. So, I'm like I'm asking the lady like when is like when are the like what's the are the firemen on the way or you know, and she's like, "Oh, no. We haven't called them. We called the elevator company." Otis. Oh, no. Okay. And I'm like, uh, and I'm like looking at my friend who I'm like, I don't know. I'm not really into like wait, you know, being so nice that I'm going to wait and trust Otis elevator company who's in charge of this elevator to begin with,

12:54 you know, who should have like made it so that the elevator is not doing whatever it's doing. So, I call 911 and sure enough, they had not called from emergency services. Okay. Not at all. So they immediately get somebody, you know, over. They're want to know like the elevator number. There's no elevator numbers etched on the inside of the elevator, so they don't even know which one it was. Uh, so the firemen come, we're literally stuck between 10 and 11. Um, so like the elevator is like more than halfway down. So like even when they open the doors, it's like this big like area where you're like, "Okay, still how do we get

13:36 out?" You know? So fortunately, you know, listen, Las Vegas has the best looking firemen at that. Okay. I know. Yeah. Yeah, they do. They have the best looking firemen. Stripper firemen to the LV FBD. "[laughter]" Like, listen, listen. Come and rescue me any day. [laughter] Stripper. Yeah, exactly. So, anyway, um he jumps in the elevator and we basically have to use his leg as a step. That was so hard, huh? [laughter] We both traumatizing. Listen, we both have on dresses. It was kind of traumatizing, Penny. I mean, like I But come on, fireman leg. Come on.

14:17 So then then they and then the other two firemen are like literally pulling us up. So let's just say I've got like what my my whole right like I've got a pitch nerve evidently somewhere up in here that's like causing a little issue, [laughter] but who cares, you know? I'm just kidding. So anyway, [laughter] this always happens to me you guys. So if you don't already know, like you know, I've already like when I was on the way to meet with General Flynn in 2023, my cars literally like violently rams from the rear end. Um, was it the PD?

14:52 Uhhuh. That was Broward Sheriff that off off duty. Okay. Can't even make this stuff up. Okay. Oh my gosh. So fortunately I have life is just as strange as mine. Chrissy my life got nothing on yours. Yeah. Fortunately I have friends inside the Las Vegas Police Department. So I'm like guys okay just so you know this has happened. They're like okay tasker like what do you need? [laughter] They listen they they know they know because listen like they dealt with so much like of of of people like trying to say that I was doing things that I

Like they've been at my house and everything and they're like yeah we're not even like you call about me something wrong with me in Las Vegas you're probably not even going to get a call to my door. [laughter] That's how bad like to the point where I'm not joking. They've actually like arrested people for like making false claims. I mean, which so so I love the LVPD and the the LVFD [laughter] like like without without the police chief who was there during Mandalay Bay. Yeah. Without I was gonna say yes. There's always good and bad, right?

16:14 Like there's always good and bad in every department. Same for Miami. There's good and bad in Miami. And trust me, they're the good ones are blowing the whistles on the bad ones. They want them gone. They want you to help um you know, remove them because, you know, they've all tried and they can't. So, okay, let's get back. So, we're we're you know, we get finally get out of the elevator. They're wanting us to sign a waiver right away of like what happened. And I'm like, no, dude. Like number one, I can like my arm at this point's like barely like moving to the point where my hand is literally like

16:47 you can see it's like still shaking because I've got a pinched nerve or something going on with it. Anyway, the the long of the short is we go we my room is on the 11th floor fortunately. So, and my friend needed to go to the bathroom like the whole time. So, she's like, "Oh, I'll just go in the lobby, you know, like D." [snorts] So, they're literally coming knocking on my door to the point where I tell them like you're going to have to leave or I'm going to call the police on you for like

17:16 harassment because like we're not signing anything. We're trying to go to the bathroom. [laughter] Like, we've been stuck in the elevator. She already needed to go to the bathroom. Like, we're going to the bathroom, you know? Like, get get out of here. So, anyway, they finally leave. So, we've decided, okay, we're only on the 11th floor, so we're just going to walk down the stairs because we're not [laughter] at this point, we want to get out of the building. Okay. So, we go to get go to walk down the stairs and there's no door handles to get out.

17:44 Oh, no. And the 11th floor was the only one, Penny, that had the door handle to get out. So, we had to go all the way back up. Oh, no. You could not get out of the elevator. you were trapped out of out of out of the stairwell even out of the stairwell like no it's actually really kind of dangerous if you think about what is into the stairwell I don't know but it's the 11th floor I was like oh Penny's going to love this one [laughter] wow but anyway yeah so um you know I go ahead and go to you know at this point like I'm realizing like okay you know

Like, I should, you know, oh, that's the reason they wanted us to like immediately sign a waiver because like, you don't really even know what's going on. You've just been hoisted out of the elevator. Hey, will you please sign this for us before you start before you go in, right? So they don't sue us and make us culpable for all of your pain and suffering.

I just told you who it was. Anyway, so so anyway, he's running to be Nevada's next senator uh for a pretty like famous district um that he actually lives in and and um you know he's he's had tons of businesses where he his whole thing is right now they're the lady's trying to demean him saying like oh he had to lay people off. Well, you know, when you got a business, sometimes that happens. But he's like, his his

19:39 comeback to her was, I've signed the fronts of the paychecks for everybody instead of the backs. [laughter] Like, in other words, where she's taken money, you know, like where she said checks. He's like, I'm the signer of the checks, meaning I'm giving money away, you know, [laughter] I'm paying people, whereas you're the endorser of the checks, which I thought was hilarious. I'm like, that's the funniest. Like, he's got the best comeback. So anyway, if you guys want to follow him, it's George Harris for Nevada Senate. And he was in the elevator with you? Anybody that was on the stage, I assure you President Trump has that information because those people are the ones who have come forward a long time ago um with information as well. He defeated Ralph Hall who had served as the district's representative for nearly 30 years in a runoff election. Ratcliffe was elected without opposition in 2014.

His performance in challenging legal opponents of President Donald Trump, including the special counsel, Robert Mueller, led to Trump nominating Ratcliffe as his director of national intelligence in July of 2019. He withdrew his nomination the next month, believing his confirmation to be in question. In February of 2020, Trump nominated Rackcliffe for a second time as the director for national intelligence. Ratcliffe was confirmed by the Senate in May. In November 2024, Trump named Ra Rackcliffe as his nominee for director of the CIA. And so if we're not active locally, it doesn't matter what happens at the federal level because I'm I'm in a fallen state already. I live in California and that state has already been taken
