Thank you so much for coming on and discussing with me about election integrity and a precinct strategy um and where we're going with um Republican versus Democrat versus now American party or are we going there at all? Um

Well, I'm glad to be here and the good news is uh I moved to Miami when I was 12 years old from Brooklyn. I'm 84 today. So, we're going to talk about a story in Miami because we don't have too many podcasters in Miami, as you know, or stations that put us on because there are a lot of Democratic stations bought by Soros in Miami. So, we're going to fight the fight. So, the good news is

2:12 I'm the vice chair of Broward County Republican Party. And as I was actually out for lunch today, somebody came up where wearing my thing and said, "You must be a Republican." And I gave him one of my cards and we got a new person coming in. We also, you know, the July parade and we signed up about 20 Republicans. So, the good news is that Republicans are taking over the country by getting a lot of Democrats to switch over. Just to give you an example, in Queens alone, 6,000 Democrats turned to Republican, 6,000 turn to independent.

And one of the things we were talking about uh was the third party that um our friend wants to start which is absolutely ridiculous and it's a waste of time and it's going to be a help and I'll tell you why. We discussed that with somebody this morning they asked me what I thought about it and yesterday when I came on a radio show I don't normally do radio shows but it's a funny thing. I was in doing a show in Michigan and after the show was over um I texted him and he and I said well how many people

3:16 are watching? He said 280,000 are listening to it. So I said, "Well, maybe I should do radio because um you know a lot of still listen to radio and that's something you learn every day." So back in the background you see our pictures of President Trump, myself and a lot of this started with this whole event that took place and how I got involved, etc., etc. So I've been with the Republican party here. I moved to Broward County about 35 years ago from Miami. I went to Miami High and University of Miami. So, I'm a real Miamiian. Uh, and back then, you know, and when I first started

3:53 business when I was 12 years old, my dad, I would come from junior high school down uh by bus after school. And what happened there, all the uh Cubans came from Cuba and got out of there before all this nonsense started. And they opened up stores in downtown Miami. Well, of course, I didn't speak Spanish. They didn't speak English. show. We kind of taught each other the thing and they said, "Well, this 12 year old kid is coming in to learn the business." So, I I stood there and watched what they were doing. I went back to my dad's place and I learned the business. And uh when I was 18 years old, I was in Dallas,

4:28 Texas, and I was at a show and right there I was looking at this um booth, you know, and what happens if you ever been to a men's show and they have a lot of in Miami, which I attended in Vegas. So, I happened to be in Dallas for something and um I was looking at this booth and the guy comes up to me and says, "Son, what are you looking at?" I said, "Well, I'm looking at those shirts." He said, "Well, you're a smart guy." I said, 'Wh He said, "Well, I own half a Lagouna Beach and I sold pennies

Uh, but when we started here in Dallas, what happened was these guys that that came out, he said, I was selling JC Penney these shirts. He said, and I don't want to be in it anymore because I'm 80. I want to go live my life in Laguna Beach and enjoy the beach

He says, "You take these shirts, go to J C Penney, buy them, take the labels out, put your labels in, I'm sure you're going to do a good job." So, I was in Miami at a Miami show. And two guys from Pompo, uh, Florida came down and said, "Hey, we're from J. Penney. That's just what we're looking for." And they introduced me to the Miami Buying Office, of which eventually I sold 14 million a year for 44 years. I designed

My son never lets me show the banded bottom because that's kind of a mature line, but we're the number one banded bottom house in the world, not only in United States because most people have gone out of it and everybody like Penny's um we did this for 44 years and they came to me one day and said, "Hey, we want to go younger." I said, "Hey, you're not going to do it." Um because you can't change what you've been doing and young people are not going to go to J. C. penny as you know because they can't turn fast enough. So

So, what happened was I was watching Steve Bannon about five years ago when Dan Schultz got on. Dan Schultz does precinct strategy. People have gone to sleep. And right after the election, you know, we don't see the amount of people coming out, the enthusiasm. If you watch the last um uh rally that Trump had in in De Moines, Iowa, uh one of our good friends from U Naples was there, he spent three days there. He said that particular um rally had the problem of no enthusiasm. And you could see that when Trump was talking, you know, he usually gets off

9:00 on the uh on the on the people in the audience. And he told me that normally there's a line around the block. It was not even a line. People were not enthusiastic for whatever reason. And Trump got all these wins. So let's go back to the precinct strategy and how all this happened. So I saw Dan on um Steve Bannon's show and I called him up and I said, "I'm I'm with the Brow Republican Executive Committee. I'm the membership director at that time and we're having all these great things happening and he said well look let me

9:32 speak to uh Steve's producer um Dan worked with Steve Banner for 14 years on precinct strategy. So they called me about two weeks later and said hey we'd like to have you on the program. So funny story I'd never been on a program never spoke uh other than things that I did for my fraternity. So I'm not really wasn't really a politician. So they said, "You're going to be on at 10:15 and you got to get Skype." Of course, Skype has disappeared, but at that time, who knew what Skype was? I didn't. So I got a subscription to Skype. And they called me about 10:14 and said, "You'll be on soon." And a funny thing happened.

10:08 I woke up at 3:00 in the morning, and I'm um you know, I was thinking, you know, how you want to think in your sleep about what you're going to say? Because I had never been on TV and they said, "Hey, there could be a million or two million people watching. He has a big audience. Oh, so I better know what I'm doing. So anyway, I get up at three and I'm writing notes and I figured I'd go back to sleep in a half an hour. Well, I never fell back asleep. So 10:15 they call me and I'm waiting and I hear, you know, there's a commercial on and I

10:37 could hear Steve in the background talking to his next guest. And uh Cameron texts me and says, "Hey, we're a little delayed. You'll get on about 10:45." Well, to make a long story short, um 11 comes on. I'm still not on. I'm sweating. I forgot everything I was going to say because, you know, you hating behind the scenes and you figured, well, maybe they're never going to put me on. But anyway, I finally get on 11:46 and I give my speech and I forgot everything I was going to say. So, I kind of like made up different stuff and the next day they sent me a clip of it.

11:07 So, I listened to it and it was pretty good. And they sent me a text saying, "Hey, you did a great job." We got a lot of people uh texted us and and and put on our website, "Hey, you did a great job." So, they had me on numerous times. I've been on there probably a hundred times. And our job was to get people involved. Now, here's the bad problem. Um, when I started, there was 200,000 slots. I'm sorry, 400,000 slots. And let me explain to everybody what the slots mean. In every precinct strategy slots, right? Okay.

11:40 Yeah. We're going to tell you how the precinct strategy ran into the election integrity. That's going to be a whole story, so you'll understand that. So anyway, um what happened was um you know with 400,000 slots and 200,000 people involved 5 years ago, today there's 400,000 slots and 200,000 people involved. So it's gone kind of nowhere because people are kind of lazy. So, we got on many programs and then we got President Trump to endorse precinct strategy by Liz Harrington. Uh myself, um Bannon and Dan Schultz got on a conversation with Liz and she went and got President Trump um involved and

12:23 that's how all this started. So, we're going to go back to the pictures and back of me and talk about that and how all this happened. So, uh, when he endorsed precinct strategy, I called the secretaries and I said, "Hey, I'd like to have a meeting to see if President Trump would talk about this at his um, and they made an appointment two weeks prior to the when I saw him." So, the two weeks prior they can because you had to go to New York and this was two weeks before the election in 2022. So the picture you see behind me right

13:00 there um that is up in his office and I want to tell people a lot of people don't know how where his office was but if you go into Mara Lagoon if you've been there and you go in the ballroom if you make a left turn as you enter the ballroom there's a staircase you go up the staircase and that's where we visit him my wife my grandson and myself and Liz Harrington flew in and we had uh about six of his secretaries there so Um, when I got there, I got there at 4:00 and and a funny thing also happened

13:31 because they canled and it was two weeks later. We were having an event when I say we Jexit and United West was having an event for him for everything he did in Israel the same time at six o'clock and we were presenting him with an award for everything he did for Israel. We had a a we've been working on that for about um five weeks and it all came for to fruition where we had the smaller room in Mara Lago with about 250 people. So I'm there for two reasons and that was a good thing. So as we're in there and I'm talking about uh asking him to uh if he would talk about this at his rallies.

14:09 Well, he didn't say anything at the beginning and I was up there for about 45 minutes. He didn't answer, but this was two days before the election and he actually was on the phone with his pollster back and forth about different people running for the offices. And then he said to me, and before that I had asked him about two candidates that I had and I asked him if he would endorse him as kind of a just a matter of conversation and he said, "Well, maybe." And he actually did. He endorsed both of the candidates. One was from Vermont, one's from New Hampshire. Both were running for Congress. And he was nice enough to do that. So, I thought, hey,

14:42 I'm just an average guy. I'm glad that he did it. But then he said the thing that changed kind of my life and he said, "Steve, what do you think about the 2024 election?" I said, "Well, Mr. President," I called Mr. President because I didn't really know what to say when I said Mr. Trump or So, I called him Mr. President. He wasn't the president at that time. So, he asked me what I thought about 2024 election. I said, "Well, when if you're asking about election integrity, nothing has really changed." He said, "Well, you're right."

15:08 Um, I said, ' And I don't know if it will change before the 2024 election. He said, 'Well, look, I know you do a precinct strategy Zoom meeting because Liz Harrington told me, he said, why don't you move your election integrity information into the precinct strategy. Well, I said to him, look, I really don't know enough about election integrity because I'm not an expert. So, about five weeks later, after calling a hundred of the experts in election integrity, we started our election integrity precinct strategy. We were getting about 200 on the precinct strategy, but it was very difficult to

15:40 get an audience on the precinct strategy as much as the integrity. So, we moved it up between five and 700 people and we were getting terrific people on and you know, as we learned more and more about who the people were, we were getting them more. And then about nine or 10 months ago, I was on Steve Bannon show in the morning of our election integrity call because he pretty much puts me on most of the time or he tells everybody about it. He's very enthusiastic about it because he understands the precinct strategy, election integrity, how important it is. So on that day, I did

16:11 something a little different. Normally I put this up because I'm old school. I'm known for signs, you know, everybody said that's great. Nobody else really does it. So I put it up and I bring it down. So people didn't get a chance to see it as much. A couple of people had called me and so I put it on the bottom of the screen like we have it on the bottom of the screen this this time. So it says sern102gmail.com. And a strange thing happened. I usually get about 20 30 people signed up. A thousand people signed up. Now I said to myself, "Wow, I've got to send them all a link." And that took me four hours.

16:44 My show at that time started three. And so from 10 to 2, I never even ate lunch. I kept sending everybody the link. But then before he got off, he usually gives me five, six minutes because he's got a lot of people on. He gave me about 12 minutes that time. So you had to think of things. And then as we were talking, he said, "Steve, I'm going to do something for you that you're going to be very proud of." He says, "I'm going to put this on Getter and I'm going to put this on the war room live." And I said to myself, "Holy cow, why didn't I think of that?" You know, as an 83 year

And that really changed our our election security thing because the next day Marine Bannon called me and said, "Steve, we had 66,000 people on this election security thing." So we started getting podcasters and we started getting um different um TV channels and then we started our Stern American Rumble and our Stern American uh Twitter feed. It's all it's it all started about Florida and then we expanded all over the country and last week we had 8 million people on it. Now a lot of people say Steve how did you get 8 million people? Now, one of the guys who asked about that was Steve Gruber on Real America Voice. I get on there one time and said, "Well, we had 8 million people on." And he said, "Well, show

18:24 me." So, I opened up my Stern American and it was 77,000 on that. The War Room had 120,000 and we showed them all the different people that had it. Now, the good news is we have it on many places that we have no idea how many people have on because they don't have Rumble. So, we have it on your newsws.com. I'm not sure if you know my friend uh Sam Anthony. He's out of Florida here. He used to be in Palm Beach. So, yournews.com. I'm an investor in there and I really believe in that because the newspapers are going down the tubes and most of the newspapers where you and I

So we have people like that on all the time. And then he asked me, "Where else do you have it on?" Well, 150 to 200 podcasters because not everybody puts it on all the time. We have CloudHub. They get 50 to

We have OBBM network um and many many other places that do this for us and we're expanding all the time. So we keep it we think we have 8 million could be 10 million. We don't really know. Uh but we you know we we just take on what somebody tells us and could show us. Well let's talk about let's talk about some election integrity. That's going to talk about so you can see how the precinct strategy and election integrity. Now why is that connected? Very simple. precinct

20:07 strategies. All the Republican party in all your precincts, election integrity, that's where it got screwed up. When President Trump won the election, they came to us because we did something that nobody else pretty much did. We went and got on 143 podcasters and asked people to go to Protect the Vote and sign up for the um uh to be a poll watch and poll worker. And that moved the poll watchers and pole workers from 100,000 to 200,000. And that's one of the reasons why they won the election. I can't say it's the only. But when President Trump won because of our election integrity Zoom meetings, Susie

20:48 Wilds texted me and said, "Thank you for all you're doing." Joe Cop, um, Lindell Bannon, everybody texted, emailed, and realized that by us bringing everybody together and listening to all the election integrity people, what's happening? Now, you may ask me, hey, has anything been done? Here's the problem. Mike Lindell went up to see President Trump last Thursday uh right before they signed the bill which was great because he was in a really good mood. Uh Mike said and I spoke to him about an hour before he went up to see the president and we talked about what he was going to say and ask well here's the problem.

So when he went up and talked about that along with Tina Peters trying to get her out of jail, um, President Trump said, "Well, we're going to give this over to Susie Wilds and my secretary." Well, that's what where it goes every time. Susie Wilds and the secretary and a couple other people goes nowhere. And that's one of the big problems we have. So you ask what happened? Well, the reason Trump won and the down ballots didn't win was simple. Let's take Orange County, California, where, you know, we lost three uh uh conservative

22:00 candidates. And how did we lose it? Very simple. When the election was over on election day, we were up, let's say, 20, 30,000 votes in Orange County. Next week, they brought in ballots and we were up 10,000 ballots. Next week, they brought in more ballots and we were tied. Next week, they brought in more ballots and we lost all three seats. So there's an investigation now with the illegal aliens that were on the voter rolls that they should never have been counted. Well, you know how many illegal aliens there are in California when Well, and also in Miami Dade County where we got them all over. We know that.

But but we but Steve, right now we have an election integrity issue here in Miami Dade County. um that where we actually had commissioners that are trying to stop uh like basically give themselves extra terms in office and prevent the voters from actually voting for who they want in office next all while they're violating their term limits, their own term limits. They're violating violating everything to the point where Dantis is probably about to have to throw politicians out of office um in order to for us to actually get our voting our our right to vote. I mean it and it sounds astronomical. It sounds like, you know, something that did

23:15 happen in 2020 um and 2024 where we had illegals voting. We have people that are claiming to live one place while they live another. Um and all of this is illegal. It's voter fraud. Um whether it's election fraud, who knows? But it's definitely voter fraud because, you know, that's something we definitely have to realize. And this is ongoing. This is a new matter. um instead of going back, we are actively in the middle of this. So, I I want to encourage us all to support um Ronda Santz removing these people from office because it is not right. What they are

23:53 doing is absolutely wrong. It's not even per their own city charter. Um they're violating the city charter. They're violating Miami date county home rule charter and they're violating the constitution of the Florida Constitution. So that means Governor DeSantz has the right to remove them, but he needs the presidential support because this is happening at a local level. And we know that in local elections is how the these people have also gained power like you were saying earlier that we've gained power um with even our own media here because of the division of Spanish versus English. Um so can you talk a little bit about that? Like how what is your take on that?

24:31 Well, we have three counties here. We got the Miami, we got the Broward, and we got the Palm Beach. Those three counties are pro, you know, they're more Democrat. Now, I know that Miami has turned Republican, but it really hasn't. See, that's a little bit of a myth. The the chart is actually very equal with nonpartisan voters, Democrat and Republicans. It may be we may be up like a little bit today, but it's not enough to like make people get comfortable. So, I'll tell you what the problem is. We have the same thing in Broward. We got the same thing in Palm Beach. those three counties are election fraud. Now, the problem with Miami is I'm going to

25:06 tell you very simply in all over Florida, we have um each executive committee is by precincts. In Miami, it's by districts. So, you have less people in the Miami Republican Party as far as the hierarchy than anywhere in Florida. That's one. Two, they've had terrible people running the Miami Republican party. They've had in some cases a couple of years ago when we talked to people, they didn't even have meetings for almost meetings. We still don't. We barely have meetings. And when when there is a meeting called, there's no information exchange. There's no that's supported. I'm a committee woman.

And meanwhile, the the other elected committee woman does nothing but try to battle me to the point where like, you know, and and it's maybe to protect their own interest. Who knows? I mean, so what their interests are. I mean, all I can tell you is her husband works for a company that is that is on the Chinese stock exchange. I mean, that's reality. That's what we're facing here. Um, meanwhile, Governor DeSantis says the Chinese Communist Party cannot buy any more land. So um and we have known politicians who have said oh yeah we know that the ch that

We know that they are a foreign entity and we knew that going into the relationship with them and we just need to get along with the communists. That's their take on it. I mean ladies and gentlemen, I've had politicians tell me this. I have it on I have it on film. I have it on tape. They knew that they were being recorded and they still said it. They think it's okay to collude with the Communist Party and Communist Party companies. So that that is the reality of what we are dealing with here in Miami Dade County is those very politicians that are trying to give themselves more time in office are also

These are companies that are not on our stock exchange. They're on the Chinese stock exchange. So this very scary times, let's just say it's even more scary that they own property next to air force bases around the country. And that's how stupid we are. But President Trump is going to work on that because um first he had to get a trade deal so that the people who you know are buying overseas wouldn't be out of business because when he put the tariffs 150% on everybody there was chaos going

You know it's great to buy American but when you take a look at the amount of stuff that we buy including our medicines and everything like that so we have to be very careful. Now, I live next door to a chi the third largest uh owner of a company in China and I called the FBI and everything else to investigate him because I figured it was a spy house and he never comes. His wife had come once in a while. They have a caretaker now. But um they own they had a company in Miami, a um he's the third or second largest company in China. They own mo

28:14 mopeds and motorbikes and everything and um motorcycles and they they do have an office in Miami. So, I know what you're talking about. Now, here's the problem. There's so many problems that are going on and you asked about how we're going to solve this. Well, um one of our girls, Liz, um Linda Sinowitz, who's going to be on fight voterfraud.org, she's in the Justice Department now. She has people who voted twice in many areas of the country. Now, people ask me, well, how do you vote twice? Very simple. Let's say you own a home in New York and you own in New Hampshire. How

28:48 are they going to find out that you voted in New York and you voted in New Hampshire? So, that's one of the reasons. Two, in California, people get 10 ballots, 15 ballots. It don't matter. Nobody can check because there's no control over it because they're so far to the left. New York is the same thing. People get six ballots, eight ballots. They complain. You know, Republicans sometimes get three or four ballots and I said, "How do I get three or four ballots?" You know what I mean? They at least are honest and return the ballots where the

Uh, you know, she got unjustly thing. We've had two or election security calls where we had Tina that came on and talked from jail and we had a lot of people working to help her to get out of jail. Um, President Trump can't pardon her because she's on a state charge. Uh, luckily they're they're going to they're going to hear from the attorneys this week to get her out on bail because she's on she's a 70 yearear-old um mother who's a gold star mom. And you know, we're we're all

29:55 behind her. We've had many people call governor. So, let's get back to Miami. The biggest problem with Miami is Well, I mean, I want you to I want I want you to tell finish telling about Tina Peters because I'm a huge advocate to try to get her out of because I I think people don't realize what we're up against because I want to ask anybody who's listening to call the governor, Governor Jared. Something wouldn't happen, but at this point, it hasn't happened. The Justice Department is in there investigating, but you know how long that takes. So, just have to fight the fight. Now, coming up on Monday, uh the 14th, we're going to have our election security
