2:02:39 kind of three cases because we actually sued the federal court for for stopping they actually blocked me from even filing a case so we took them we took the federal court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals to the state court but that's a whole other story so this uh this case is charging the defendants with violating their oath of office for national security breach because here are a hundred credible Witnesses members of Congress uh headed by Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley and the others showing evidence and testifying that there are crimes that have been committed that need to be investigated and the others just kind of shrugged

2:03:50 and they didn't so they are now defendants in a case that made it to the Supreme Court and believe me the U.S attorneys tried to dismiss it the the courts actually tried to stop it and their last ditch effort was the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals it looks like they just thought they could sit on it and not make a decision because I think they knew that as soon as they make a decision we go to the Supreme Court with it and uh they they didn't make a decision and then we found uh rule 11 which allows you to bypass the 10th Circuit

2:04:20 Court of Appeals and go straight to the Supreme Court if you can convince the court that it's it's a national emergency and so under rule 11 the National Emergency claim we sent off our petition to the Supreme Court five days later received a phone call from the clerk's office saying that they were accepting our petition as a National Emergency allowing us to bypass the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals so we're there there's more to the story there I don't know how much you want me to get into it but that's basically you know it where we have a case now in front of them that it was almost

2:07:19 you know this course through 11. so we started off uh we sent it off within about five days later we got a phone call from the court the clerk's office now the clerk of the court is not a it's not a Judicial clerk now this this the clerk of the court is an attorney and for 11 years he represented the United States Supreme Court as their Council okay so so we get a call from his office a case Analyst telling us that they had received the rule 11 petition and that they had decided to accept it without worrying
