My name is Christi Tasker and yes, I am your host of Patriots Perspective and all of you know that I'm always on a mission to

1:31 find somebody that can help us do the most basic things of life. Today, I have found a skin expert. And I'm not talking about a Dr. Fraudi who pretends to be an expert. I'm talking about somebody that has been a skin expert for more than 30 years. And if you know that the skin is your largest organ of your entire body, then you know that how important your skin is because we all know that everything is going to come out of our skin. Even if we put food in our mouth that's gross, it's all going to come out our skin. So

2:07 today I have with me an amazing woman. Her name is Dr. Blascal and she is a skin expert and an award-winning entrepreneur, founder of BHR skin care and unlike Dr. Fraudi, she brings more than 30 years of real life experience um to us today. So thank you very much Dr. Blascal for coming. >> Thank you so much for having me. It's it's an honor meeting you and being on your show. Thank you so much. appreciate. >> Well, I look forward to learning all about because, you know, I I basically got into thinking with this interview

2:41 that the biggest myth that I believe happens in our lifetime or that happened in my lifetime was being a teenager and having all those zits on your face and they're coming out and I remember my mom taking me to the dermatologist and the dermatologist saying, "Everything you put on your skin must be oil free, oil free, oil free." And my skin I felt like was always like hindsight's always 2020 because now all I put on my skin is oil and and and I'm like I don't have those same situations and I see like other young teenagers and stuff and I'm like

3:19 listen just try you know little coconut oil here let me I have a recipe that I use and it's very very inexpensive because I feel like a lot of the products that are out there Dr. Blascal just don't do what they say that they're going to do. So, can you tell us about let's just start with the teenager life because I mean I feel like you know that's that's where it typically starts with our skin care where we learn a skincare routine. >> Yes. Um well, I love teenagers um skin because it's so nice and and fresh and

3:55 they have the right amount of uh hydration in their skin and but even at at a young age, you have to be careful what you put on your skin because I've seen uh teenagers, including mine back in the day when she was a teenager, they would go to each other's house and they would put stuff on their faces and they would share makeup and things like that and their pores would get clogged and some people will come up, you know, some of them would have acne and um too much oil production and so on and so forth.

4:26 But I think that um if you have a nice regimen uh from a very young age and you carry it through the your adult life, it would maintain your skin and maintain your um hydration and moisturizer moisturizer through the through your life so that you won't have that much um skin problem. But um just to give you a little um information about my skin care line, I have all uh natural botanical herbal uh skin care product. There's no GMO, there's no harsh chemicals, there's no synthetic fragrance in my products and there's no animal testing and I have

5:08 very clean products. I have products for any age and and any type of skin. So um bhrkkinare.com is my website and uh if you go through the website I have different pages for different things. You can go um look at the the skin product. I have body products and I also have a hair growth system that is one of my new products that I came up with. >> Yes. And [clears throat] so, but everything is based on very natural ingredients, peptides, ceramides, vitamins, minerals, and hyaluronic acid, and things that your skin actually needs. >> Yes. And and let's go through like some

5:53 of the things that are in the more typical drugs and why they don't work and and what, you know, what parents and even teenagers need to know um with their skin. That's often a myth. So, she's already said one thing that I hope that you're listening to, teens, is you cannot be sharing makeup. That is a really big no no. And and growing up, I remember all wearing makeup. And um I was, you know, when I was younger, I was a model, so you're always like in somebody's chair. You have to make sure that your brushes are clean. Um and

6:26 that's even even the case as an adult that sometimes I feel like we forget to clean our makeup brushes. We don't them enough. Especially if you have an eye infection or anything like that, you want to get rid of your makeup. Is that correct? Is that >> Yes. You pass it on. It's like you don't want to use somebody else's toothbrush, do you? So, no. It's kind of like the same thing. So, try to keep your pro your um um you know um items that you use for your makeup nice and clean. clean them regularly and uh keep it um

6:58 just for yourself and don't share and you then you don't pass on god forbid if you have if somebody has any kind of skin issue you don't want to pass it on to somebody else but if you go through my website which is on right now skin care I've got cleansers I have eye cream masks moisturizers um I have uh serums really good serums that have uh really good um ingredients nice clean ingredients that um I highly recommend using. I have hyaluronic acid. So that optimizing HA serum is all pure hyaluronic acid uh including vitamins

7:37 and minerals. My vitamin C is three times the super gold peptide vitamin C three times more effective than some of the vitamin C's you see on the market and I highly recommend that along with um um high power serum that is another serum that I have it it is packed with everything and I that that is one of my favorites high power serum and I also have anti-aging firming serum which is a very popular item in my line. I have a lot of people that use that and they love it and it has a very high amount of

8:18 peptides, ceramides, vitamins, minerals, um hyaluronic acid and um it is so good for your for your skin. And it also has shown us that um by using it for about three or four weeks uh some people said that it it's about 40% less uh fine lines in their face. So it it's very effective. If you use it along with the um anti-aging firming serum, which is a moisturizer, uh together you give it a double whammy right there. So, yes, there are a lot of good products and like I said, there's no harsh chemicals, no toxic chemicals in there. Um, it's

9:00 it's all natural, you know, peptides, ceramides, and um even anti-inflammatory that's natural we put in there for like an eye cream. You want to get the puffiness around the eye, you want to work on the dark circles, I have um my eye cream that I have in my line. I highly recommend that. I love it. It's probably two. I probably love two um eye creams that I've ever used in my life and mine is one of them. So, um that is also a very popular item in my line. >> Okay. >> Wonderful. Okay. So, but let's tell

9:34 everybody how like we you've got these products. So, how do they know which ones to buy first? Um what is what is the process for BHR skincare? How do they know what to buy um for their particular skin type? because obviously um you know their everybody's skin is slightly different or their food habits and and things are different. Um what what should they do um in terms of the ed education or >> Yes. Um well I do have an education uh page there but um if you go through every product there's a description of the product there's ingredients of the

10:12 products in there and it tells you exactly how to use it and what it what it's good for. Now let's say I if somebody has rosacea, redness, irritation on their skin, I have a calming serum which is perfect for them. Like if somebody does um micro needling or laser process procedures, anything like that and they their skin is very raw, uh the the calming serum is perfect for that. also have aloe mask that is a fabulous product for people with rosacea and redness and irritation as well as soothing cleanser for cleaning the the face which is very mild and gentle and

10:55 it it takes care of the redness and irritation as well. Now um if you just want a regular you know cleanser for normal to every single products actually good for a lot of for a variety of skin. Um but Remo cleanser is a very pro very popular product that I have in my line. It's kind of a green color. And um all I do is I take a damp cotton ball, wet it, and get the water out. And I put a few drops of uh the cleanser on. And I wipe my entire face and neck. And you just

11:32 make sure that you always use it upwards and clean it and then rinse it off. Pat dry. And once the pores are open, get the dirt out. You want to go back in and put the hydration back into the skin. So, I highly recommend to use hydrating toner or wrenchen toner, which is also a spray toner you can put on or just use a hydrating toner. Same way that you put on the cotton ball, you wipe your face, entire face and neck with the hydrating toner as well. And so, it puts the moisture back into your pores and seals

12:09 it. Then you're ready for serums. So, that comes next. So, you clean with a cleanser, you use a toner, then you move on to serum based on what you're looking for. Anybody over the age of 40, I highly recommend anti-aging because we have to be careful to, you know, we have to make sure that we put in um the um ingredients that we need for our skin. And so, you put that on, you put a few pumps in your finger, and you wipe it all around the face, the neck, your forehead, your decllete area. let it dry

12:45 and then after it's dry then you put your moisturizer on. So anti-aging firming uh cream would be perfect on top of the anti-aging firming um serum and you put it the same way the the neck the forehead the decllete area. >> So you're talking about you you pull Can you show what the decllete area is? This >> it's right here. >> Okay. Right in >> it's your deck. Everybody remember it's your deck [laughter] >> where everything >> and just apply it upwards in your neck and face and forehead and um the eye cream. Don't forget your eye cream

13:21 because that is very important for crows feet around the eyes and also the dark circles and the puffiness. It helps for you know with all of that. I also have body products. My original uh body product was the um healing remedy. It's the the the main uh cream that I have in my website. I formulated that almost 40 years ago and I have been using it ever since. I use it every time I shower. I put it on my arms and legs. It's wonderful for women that um thinking about having families, having a baby. It's great to help you prevent uh

14:02 getting stretch marks and scars and things like that. It really helps wonderfully. Yeah, that body cream right there. >> Yes, that was my original formula that I made um many many years ago and I'm still using it to this day and I have so many people that give me positive response about using this cream and uh they they just love it. So, I highly recommend that to use after you shower, arms and legs, your back, your chest area, and if you're a mother, if you're pregnant, I would cover my entire body because I want to make sure that you uh

14:39 maintain your skin so that you can prevent um it helps preventing getting, you know, stretch marks. And I also have body butter. Body butter and um exhilarating body butter and exhilarating body um shower gel. Those two products I highly recommend. The shower gel does not have soap in it, but it does have a cleanser that keeps your body nice and hydrated. And then the body butter uh you can put a few uh pump in your hands, rub it together, and then put it all over you. and it literally makes your skin feel like butter. So

15:18 that's why I call it body butter. >> Okay. >> And so those are wonderful for the body. And then we move on to the hair. Um I do have hair growth system. If you go back up to the main menu under hair >> and you bring it up, there are three products, shampoo, conditioner, and uh uh serum. And those are antigen neutropeptide um products. They are natural products, natural peptides that actually stimulates your follicle, hair follicles. You know, after COVID, a lot of people lost a lot of hair, including myself. So, I had bald spots in my head

15:59 that I said, I got to do something and bring my hair back. So, I started using uh the products. And if you go uh into the pictures, I have pictures of before and after. Uh if you go scroll down, you can even see my picture right there. >> Um it shows >> Yes, that's me. >> Okay. >> And then Yes. And then the other uh folks are the people that actually use the products. After about 90 days to 180 days, the hair cycle grows and it shows a significant difference between um before and after. Let's let's slow down

16:38 and talk a little bit about like let's let's slow down and talk a little bit about this because this was such a big deal during COVID. So many men deal with like balding and everything. So let's talk a little bit about um what caused this to begin with like what caused the you know because now that we're learning so much about I've I've done the investigation on Dr. fraud and brought that forward. But can you talk a little bit about what you believe might have caused um the like the the hair growth, you know, because I dealt with it as well. I

17:11 mean, I had my hair was coming out in clumps. I did not take the shot. Um I was obviously around a lot of people who most likely did. Um I I was never diagnosed with COVID. I did get sick. Um but I was never diagnosed with COVID as we well know. Some people were testing positive, some people were not. You know, it was kind of chaotic times for a lot of people. Um, so what caused our hair to come out? And >> you know, I think that I I didn't get the vaccine and I did get

17:45 >> CO. >> So, um, and once, um, I, you know, was able to get through it, my hair started re I mean, they they were just, it was shedding really bad. And I think the virus itself um had a big role of you know causing that to happen. >> And so a lot of people had the experience of losing hair and then the hair that they got back was a different texture. >> Yes. >> So you know all of that I think is related to the to the virus. But um I wanted to have something that did not

18:21 have anything harsh, you know, toxic in it >> because a lot of the hair products over the counter, you you got to take drugs. You have to take it internally or if you put it on your um head, it it does have a lot of ingredients that I don't I didn't want to put it on my uh scalp. So um mine is a natural peptide that I use in the formula along with some other things to uh nurture the hair follicles to stimulated to help the regrowth and um it you know and it works great. You

18:54 just have to give it time. I recommend using it at least twice a week. And some people use it more. That's perfect. That's great. If you use it less it's going to take you a little longer. But if you continue to lo to use it regularly, you will see some uh changes in your hair um as time goes by. So I highly recommend that. And if you buy the three products together, you will get a bundle price which is a lot less as individual. And I noticed that one of the things that I think don't really notice like

19:29 that during CO that you know we don't really notice when you're I mean you might slightly but when you're losing hair you may not realize like what's missing like around your face line. Yeah. >> Um you know such as like this girl here. And I started noticing a bunch of younger kids even, you know, teenagers >> and young adults that were really missing it around their their facial line and even myself. And then this was a big one, you know, on the hairline. So when people >> I think a lot of times people don't realize, you know, when they actually

20:05 are missing hair unless it like is coming out in major clumps. um which I you know that's I actually started to notice mine coming out much sooner >> um you know in in the um shower you know my shower drain would be much fuller with hair you know it's kind of scary because you look at the drain and it's covered and you you know like you know like how long >> my husband used to tell whenever I took a shower um my husband used to come and tell me hey your wig is in the shower

20:37 and I'm like my wig [laughter] because it's like a big chunk of hair that I had lost. So, uh yeah, so it's all natural and I highly recommend that. And um >> uh just get, you know, like I said, you have to stay with it and keep trying. And my products, by the way, it's not just for women. >> It's also for men. I have men using the products, including married men. They they love the cleanser. They use it, some use it for shaving and um they use uh the the body cream um when their their skin is very chapped,

21:13 especially if you live in the northeast area in the winter. >> Um we have a home in New Jersey and every time I go over there, my skin just gets so dry. So the thing that I use for up north, I use the body cream. I use concentrated rescue cream which is a moisturizer in my line that is perfect for cold climates and people that have extremely dry skin. It works beautifully. So I always take that with me. I take my hydrating toner with me and I also use antioxidant oil cleanser which leaves the skin so nice and

21:51 hydrated and moist and put the hydrating toner on top of it. It's perfect. So that takes me that gets me through the winter months, >> you know. Um, but you know, the Hydro Restore moisturizer is very hydrating. A lot of people use that. They love it. It's not heavy. None of my products are heavy, greasy. They just get absorbed really fast in your skin. And so you don't have that, you know, oh, I look so shiny and it it doesn't do that at all. it really gets absorbed in your skin and starts working um under your external

22:24 layer of your >> and so I saw that you can um that let's talk a little bit about how you knew to even develop these products because your background is as a pharmacist is that right >> I have a doctor of pharmacy degree yes >> okay >> and having that as a background I knew how to formulate products >> yes I was gonna say a lot of people don't realize what that means so I would like to talk a little bit about that because We have so many people out there unfortunately calling themselves a doctor that you know maybe they've been

22:55 giving a doctorate these days. I mean which I know people like you do not appreciate because you you have such an expertise. Um so talk a little bit about that formulation process like what gave you the um the knowledge to you know as a pharmacist number one pharmacist actually do because people just think they drive through and pick up their their prescriptions from a pharmacy but I don't really think they know really what pharmacists do. >> Yeah. Well, part of our curriculum is to learn uh the chemical uh structure of every um every, you know, product and

23:33 ingredients. The uh what works, what doesn't, how to mix things. You make a lot of ointments and creams and lotions uh for people. We made capsules back in the day. Now, nowadays, the kids graduate and a lot of things are already pre-made. But back when I was working, you know, we did a lot of hand making stuff. So, um that's why I wanted to put uh really natural organic um items in into my products so that I can use it on my skin because during pregnancy, you know, you have to be careful what you put on yourself. Um things get absorbed

24:13 through your your pores and you want to make sure that you're not putting anything that's toxic. um on your skin. Speaking of toxic, one of the things that I wanted to have in my line, which I do, is the SPF. I have a mineral tinted SPF, which um it gives you SPF 30, but it's a mineral SPF. It doesn't have the carcinogens that products over the counter carry. Um some really have toxic um you know, ingredients in it. Mine is a natural mineral tinted and the and we the tint that it h it's like a sheer tint that

24:55 you put on. It kind of gives you a nice glow. If you don't want to wear makeup or if you want to wear your foundation over it, that's fine, too. But it is uh hydrating because I did put hyaluronic acid in it. Um but it also uh gives you the uh zinc uh which is a main um mineral ingredient that I use in there. So, it's there's nothing toxic in there and it works beautifully on the skin. So, I highly recommend using that. So, any anything that you buy over the counter, read the label, see what's in

25:29 it. Um, we've got a lot of products out there that have chemical toxic products in it. And so, just be careful and and if you don't understand what an item is, Google it, look it up, you know, before you put it on yourself. So >> yeah. And what this says it has B64 in it. Can you talk a little bit about what is B64 and um how do you know you know a good protection from a bad and is it true that when UV protections have expired? Have they really expired? Um you know what can you talk a little bit

26:07 about that for us? when when when the FDA um when you come up with a product that the the FDA wants you to give it an expiration date, right? And typically they have like a window for, you know, different products, different window of expiration. Um some medication that we take, if it's expired and you take it, they actually turn into a toxic product. So, you don't want to do that. Um but um as far as like your creams and ointments and things like that, they usually give it a the expiration date is on the label. Um if if it's a FDA type, you

26:46 know, if they have drugs in them, you have to have that on there. Uh but typically you like, you know, things like my products, I don't have anything toxic in it, so they last a while. So they last a good length of time and most of my products have all kinds of vitamins in it. So different vitamins for different things. uh they most of them have the you know your vitamin C your vitamin B's you have I have vitamin K I have um uh ginsing in some I have uh hyaluronic acid uh minerals things that your your skin and

27:29 your your body needs. So, um, but yes, you have to be careful when you read the products, especially when the the products that have a lot of alcohol in them, that dries out your skin. Soap, regular soap has a lot of alcohol in it, too, and that dries out your skin. And that's why the shower gel that I was telling you about, it leaves your skin nice and soft. There is no soap in it to dry it out. So, it keeps the moisture in and it leaves a nice soft texture on your skin after shower. So, um that's

28:02 why I call it the um exhilarating shower gel. >> Awesome. What about exfoliation? Because I know, you know, I deal a lot with exfoliation um on my own skin where it kind of doesn't want to shed on its own where I have to like help it off like with a little facial loofah. >> Yes. >> And matter of fact, I didn't even know, you know, about these lofah, you know, until I actually went to Italy and realized, oh, there's no washcloths in Italy. They use lofah mostly only which is great and so then I realized oh my

28:35 gosh that's exactly what I need like on my skin like on a daily basis. So do you have what do you recommend for exfoliation and how and what about the application of the product itself? Do you recommend just your hand? Can you talk a little bit about >> I use um cotton balls. I damp them, make them wet, and get the water out. And then I put my cleanser on it. Wipe, rinse, pat dry. And then I put toner, wipe the toner all over and leave the toner on and let it let it get absorbed.

29:05 And then I put the serum and the same thing on my finger and I put it on. However, I do have those little sponges. They're round and um they they're for facial. Like if you go get a facial somewhere, >> they use these round little, you know, sponges. Those are wonderful for wiping the skin and getting the dirt and oil out of the the um uh the pores on your skin. And loa the very soft loafa. >> Yes. >> You know, that's not too harsh. I recommend using that on your skin. Actually, I'm also working on this um

29:41 exfoliant product that is a natural exfoliant product that I'm trying to bring out along with a couple of other items that I'm working on. Hopefully by the end of um September, I should be able to bring it out to the market. >> Yeah, I think that's a good thing. I mean, a a really good thing. And you know, I would say I don't I don't know if it's possible, but for you to make sure that you have a loofah or something on that people when people, you know, so that they're getting their whole kit together.

30:09 >> Um that would that that's something because I I never realized like what >> those actually do in terms of helping shed the skin because, you know, I realized a lot of my a lot of my adult acne was actually coming from my skin not wanting to shed alone. And then the other thing, let's talk a little bit about this too because um we have a lot of parents that are dealing with eczema for their children. So um you know eczema is a terrible my granddaughter has eczema and it's absolutely terrible. Um she's you know she tries to scratch

30:45 herself if any little thing you know she eats that she's allergic to it can make it flare up um even worse. Um, but is there anything that you have in the collection u right now in your line that's would be good for that? >> Absolutely. Now, she's How old is she? >> She's two. >> Oh, too young. >> She's young. >> But, um, when I mentioned that if you have a skin issue with rosacea, irritation, eczema, eczema is part of it. So, um the calming serum, the aloe mask, and um the uh soothing cleanser. Those three products I highly recommend

31:24 for people with um skin irritation, rosacea, and eczema to use that because that you can also use it after a procedure that I just mentioned. you know, if you have any kind of like a laser procedure or anything like that um and your skin is raw, you put that on and it calms it down. >> Do you recommend the micro needling and ro and the the I mean like what what is your take on it? Um based on >> I've never had I've never had micro needling done. Um I'm not a big fan of you know some of the things that are out

32:00 there like Botox and things. I don't use any of that, but um you know, some people swear by it. Some people think that it's it's wonderful. Um they get, you know, they pay a lot of money, they get these things done. So, I have not had an experience doing it to see what it does, >> but only what I see and what I read about it. Um there's so many different procedures now on the market that, you know, they use your own blood and plasma. they they take this out and then they put it back in. So, you know, I

32:35 don't know if it works for somebody then more power to you. >> But I have >> But you haven't personally Yeah, I was going to say like I I don't see a lot of results, you know, aside from that's the reason I was asking. Um, and then with the the childhood issues, you know, that that we're seeing, hopefully, you know, President Trump and Robert Kennedy have reduced the vaccine schedules quite a bit for children. So, I'm hoping that's going to help because, you know, there was I don't I don't know if you're aware, but the vaccine schedule had

33:09 basically gone up to it was well over 50 shots >> for the same thing that they've reduced down to 11, I believe it is now. Um, so that that's I think that's going to help drastically, you know, in terms of what we're putting in our body. So, let's talk a little bit about what we're putting in and how I mean, it's my belief that what you put in your body is going to try to come out through your skin. I mean, what is your >> you sweat it out. So, you know, I always recommend drink plenty of water. Make

33:39 sure your skin is nice and hydrated. Use a good cleanser to clean your face twice a day. your uh serum and moisturizer, use it twice a day. Your eye makeup um you know eye cream twice a day. And so uh when we sleep during the night, even though you clean your face at night, when you wake up in the morning, you persspire through your skin. So the oil and residue and and dirt comes right out. So you got to wipe it off again. Um, so I highly recommend trying, you know, using the the products twice a day

34:13 to to help maintain and also eat, you know, I I love fruits. I love vegetables. Um, I like I like lean, you know, meat. I love fish. That's like my number one uh protein that I eat. And uh, you know, you just stay um, they give you a chart of maintaining your diet and make sure you you drink it. You know, they say eight glasses of water. It all depends your height and your weight. So, I'm a petite person. So, I I feel like six glasses is per more than enough for me. >> But if you're a man and you're 64, yeah,

34:53 I highly recommend go with the eight. So, >> you know, >> basically what you put in your body Exactly. It comes right out of your your skin and it shows. >> Yep. And is there anything else that I've missed? I'm I'm trying to think of any Oh, cancer. Let's talk a little bit about skin cancer. Um do you do you have is there any products that you um I mean you know do you know anything about skin cancer does does like like other than the SPF and the sunscreen itself? >> Um are there other products that you

35:28 know somebody dealing with skin cancer? I mean that the products are all safe for someone who's experiencing skin cancer. >> Well, my products are safe and natural, but when it comes to cancer, you know, you you're probably going to need something a lot stronger to to help with the skin cancer like a a drug. [snorts] >> I don't have any >> drugs in my products. So, uh, but, um, I've seen a lot of people by ex too much exposure to the sun, especially in the summer. And I live at the beach. I mean, I'm I'm in Myrtle Beach, so people go

36:04 out there and lay in the sun for hours and hours, and they you end up getting leather skin, like you know, your skin gets so dry and so leathery look that it's just not natural. So, I don't like to lay out in the sun. I keep my, you know, skin protected. Even if I'm out there in the sun, I'll make sure that I put my natural SPF on. Um, and put a hat on to cover the face and neck. And then, uh, your body, make sure you put that, you know, natural, um, SPF on your arms

36:38 and legs, anywhere that shows, and sit under the umbrella, but you still get the re the reflection of the sun. Even if you're covered up, you still get that, right? So I mean just you know everything is good in moderation. You do need vitamin D. I take vitamin D vitamins. I take a lot of vitamins but um because I don't lay out in the sun too much I want to make sure that I take enough vitamin D to you know uh give myself supplement. But >> yeah. >> Um >> yeah, so it's but you only need 20

37:13 minutes of sun a day >> to get the amount that you know your body needs. So you don't have to like over you know you don't have to overdo it for four or five hours lay in the in that heat and >> and then end up damaging your your um skin with premature wrinkles and aging. >> Well, and also burning. I mean that's that's not good at all. You know, when you think about like the the repercussions of burning, not only does it hurt, but >> like it's it's got to be doing something. I mean, because it's so

37:46 uncomfortable, you know, when your skin does get burned. Um, okay. So, let's talk a little bit about your vitamin. >> My aloe mask is wonderful for sunburn, by the way. >> Okay. The aloe mask. So, um, under mask. >> Yeah. Aloe vera in it. And it's wonderful for for sunburn. >> Okay. So the aloe one, the aloe mask, >> the soothing aloe vera. Okay, perfect. So the soothing aloe mask. Um, so what vitamins? Okay, so other than vitamin D, what other vitamins do you recommend that people consider, you know, talk to their doctors about taking um in

38:23 addition to vitamin D? >> Yeah. Well, I take multivitamins. I take a lot of different supplements. So, I want to make sure I have enough magnesium, zinc, you know, vitamin C, vitamin A, B, all of it. So, I take multivitamins, but I also take additional um, you know, things like, you know, magnesium. I take extra uh calcium, all of that for bone and things like that. But when you do blood work, if you do a complete panel and you can show if you're deficient in any vitamins and based on what your blood work shows, then the doctor can recommend, you know,

39:03 um if whether or not you need extra supplements to take that. But I've always taken vitamins um throughout my life, every single day. And sometimes I take things at night because calcium seemed to make me more more relaxed. So I take a lot more calcium and magnesium at night and that helps fall asleep better. So it's like you know you just kind of weigh it and see uh what your body requires and then you know make a decision from there. >> Absolutely. Well thank you very much Dr. um Blascal for being on. I really appreciate your ex and um I actually

39:41 look forward to trying your products myself. >> Yeah. Yeah. I definitely want to give it a try myself because um very meticulous and I don't like to put anything on that's not completely organic and yours is actually the first line that I've seen that is really like completely organic and not um doesn't isn't stuff with a lot of junk. Um >> yeah, so I look forward to trying it and I thank you for being on and educating my audience. Is there anything else that you think that I've left off that you would like to know?
