3:58 do financially and everything Lord thank you Lord for this great man in the name of Jesus and everybody say amen hallelujah foreign "[Laughter]" politics "[Music]" and have you seen that is foreign wow every time you guys see this picture pray for him for your family for everything all right see thank you "[Music]" God bless your hands amen amen everything like this for his will be possible all right guys "[Music]" so let's talk about your bills yeah you know foreign so we have a lot of we have obviously a lot of bills like on the table so the medical conscious yes so obviously

8:24 that's a big one that we're all concerned about so there's a couple things um you know within the bill um we want to make sure that people can't be fired for anything that they feel unconscious about um so we want to make sure that people that you know doctors aren't having to make sex change surgeries um whatever they don't feel like they shouldn't have to do anything that they don't feel comfortable doing the essence of the bill yeah just because just because the CDC tells them one protocol doesn't mean they should have to follow it they should be able to follow their medical instincts because otherwise it's not t-style tyranny that we're dealing with so we want to make sure that you're

9:05 supportive of that um all right I am voting up on the bill I'm probably going to speak on the bill today too okay will you okay thank you I asked him questions yesterday that were and we're basically pointed to make make a point um that that there are you know it's not discriminatory in nature that it's not flying in the face of of civil protections for people um you know whether state and federal law that this is about exactly what you just talked about in school it's conscience of the practitioner okay and to say you know but but you know no one you know there were there were

9:43 allegations made yesterday um that people were going to die that doctors weren't were going to allow people to die because of this book and that's simply not the case yeah I don't think any doctor is going to allow and I do think that there is an issue where as Christians and and you know even the Jewish people are concerned that maybe when they go in that if there's let's just say uh gay or transgender doctor that they're going to be the ones who retaliated against I think that's also the reverse is also a concern with that

10:17 um so you know in terms of you know I've actually said to to people that we should not really go to people that we don't trust to begin with you know so that's also I think the the biggest thing is making sure our tax dollars aren't going towards like emergency rooms where there could be discriminatory practices well yes I mean there's plenty there's plenty in the law that that um that certainly would protect against anything like that okay um you know this particular this particular build this is the third time that I've actually heard it um and I think it's going to pass now um and and it's specifically what you

10:57 talked about before which was about conscience about one's conscience not to perform procedures um and and listen a lot of it you know a lot of it is purely medical and and Dr Rudman the the representative who actually proffered the bill and has sponsored the bill talked about how in one instance you know his conscience didn't allow him to perform a procedure that a patient wanted the procedure had nothing to do with social constructs right it didn't have anything to do with I want for example um you know I want some sort of sort of birth control I want you know to to undergo gender Reformation uh anything

11:44 like that it was it was a medical procedure he felt it was not necessary right and so he's he he talks about this and says look you know that this is my conscience as a doctor saying this is not the best course of action because but but in that sense he it wasn't prosecutable it wasn't persecutable because because it was something that was was clearly accepted within the medical field um as to this is a procedure that in my opinion you don't need right and so obviously what this bill does is it takes it to the Forefront of what's going on is your conscience be that as a Christian

12:25 um any other any other religion it may be something else but as your conscience you do not agree with what is going on and again it's not about allowing someone to die it is simply saying this is not something that I feel comfortable with and there is going to be a protection under this law if it passes which I I believe it it will what about okay so many doctors during coved were forced to go along to get along with the CDC to really recommend coveted vaccines that were untested bio weapons they've been proven as bioweapons to this date by many doctors that were silenced off of social media so that's a you know

13:11 another another bill that we need to talk about for later but for now the doctors themselves don't want you know they don't want to be pressured by the CDC or the state or anything what can we do to actually provide is there anything in this building that that is pertaining that would prevent them from getting incentives from the government for giving procedures in other words if there's anything in this let's say a federal government would have come and override and say oh we're going to give doctors that give you know gender recertification surgeries 30 000 extra dollars okay I don't I don't think

13:50 that's in this bill in particular um I really I really don't know can we block that on the state level because I can see that coming down the line I mean you know there's there's always the thing is there's always a you know that balance where you say what is our preview as a state versus what is the preview of the federal government yeah um and so that's something for legal challenges obviously to to pop up here and there um I'm not sure I really don't know um how much if if there is incentivizing for any of this

14:23 um I mean I I see the premise I see what you're talking about and perhaps there could be but that would be something to look at and see if there is anything like that well I mean like for instance let me just give you an example of what we know okay so that that's a theory that's coming down the line right but what we know is that that hospitals doctors were incentivized with a covid-19 vaccine okay did you know that are you aware of that okay so there's been many whistleblowers come forward that work in the hospitals where nurses and doctors were

14:55 incentivized based on the number of coveted 19 vaccines that they were able to give to patients so whenever their incidifications given to those doctors and nurses you know sometimes their pocketbooks and their minds don't exactly align and then sometimes their Christian values don't even kick in and if and if a guy like you doesn't know that that existed because of social media silencing people like myself as a journalist trying to get the information out then we're in a lot of trouble in as a nation so I would just ask that you would you know just be conscious of it I know that there's not a lot that you can do right now that's the reason you know

15:33 I wanted to make sure that we addressed some of these because like I said you know some of them you're going to be able to take care of today and then others you're just gonna think about it this is a field that we're going to be you know like exactly like I want to connect you with the actual people that were you know that were in the hospitals that were writing those checks where they had doctors and nurses coming into them on a daily basis saying oh what's what's the incentive for today I mean I mean that's crazy we should

16:05 never hear that in America especially in the State of Florida and and guess what if we if that does exist everybody in this room deserves to know about it on the national news and people like me don't need to be Shadow banned off of social media because I'm trying to tell the truth and I have Congressional Record showing that from the CDC and whistleblowers coming out of our Florida hospitals okay so um the the private spaces bill um the trend I mean like a lot of this I feel like we're it and I want to say this to everybody here we're very

16:39 distracted you know the the bills right now are about a lot of trans stuff going on right but there was uh two in particular well let's put it this way on our things we basically have sex change when it comes to medical conscious private spaces involves trans but um adult entertainment okay so we basically have three different issues that this Christian Coalition that we are fighting for but the reality is what we what we need we need you as our legislature to realize is that when we're making laws it could affect it could also catapult back on us does that make sense like in other words um when and you know I don't know what the

17:27 solution is I'm just saying just you know think about it in the sense of like especially in a private business like let's just say that the transgender um in you know that that's doing the the queer time story hours or if that isn't a private space we need to educate we just need to make sure the public is educated enough to know that they shouldn't take their children there because if we prevent them if we say oh we're blocking you well guess what that leads us to do it leads them it leads us to be the ones blocked next does that make sense I mean I I see I see your premise um you know and the thing is that

18:09 there's there's reactions to everything right I mean part of part of the reason that these bills have been proffered why you know they may very well be signed into law is because we see things in society that are happening um that you know a number of us for example the the gender affirmation uh therapies yeah you know um the majority has taken a stance the Republicans have taken a stance that we're not going to allow that with children um not at least what certain things you know the use of of medications and certainly procedures right um and so we've we've taken a

18:49 stance and we voted on it minutes I don't know if it's on its weight I believe it's on its way to set it right now um today in fact I believe and so we've taken a stance that we won't allow that with children that we think that there are other therapies if you wish to to you know as a parent you wish to deal with that with your children um that there are other therapies that are not physiologically and anatomically changing um a child and once that child is 18 well you know they're an adult and they could do as they wish but do you know

19:22 okay so let me give you some statistics here too so our car insurance doesn't go down until somebody reaches the age of 25. do you know why the front Lobel of your brain is not fully developed until age 25. so prefrontal yeah the prefrontal cortex correct so I would say that that bill needs to be until the pre like prefrontal cortex of someone's brain is completely closed in I mean that's a good way to you know instead of putting an age number on it a doctor basically has to provide proof that the front a quartal effects is completely closed in same as the insurance companies do in order to lower

20:01 your car insurance well I mean that's one way to look at it yeah I mean I mean I'm just giving you a I mean a basic you know thing because it's like and if the public understands that they're like oh okay like even the lgbtq community when I say this to them they're like oh I didn't realize that yeah okay so well that's that's again this is this is the I think the more important thing that we do here um in the legislature obviously proper bills or budgets everything else and and law the other thing is that we we debate these issues that are that are prevalent in our society at any given time okay

20:41 um you know and and my job as a legislator obviously is to represent my community but it's also to represent uh policy and interests of the state as a whole and so I think that really is the bigger issue and these are things that we are debating that have been uh you know that we probably will begin to or at least continue to debate for a while you know and uh a lot of it my my personal kind of wheelhouse is education and so I I look at it through that lens a lot is what are we doing when it comes to education and children um you know I'm All For You Know

21:22 respecting a person's will for themselves if they wish to you know what they wish to be called and everything else is great God bless you it's up to you but when you're a child let's not confuse children let's not you know the whole thing with the personal pronouns is confusing to Children you know um you know what we've been putting into not we but what a lot of schools have been allowing as far as books um quite frankly is disturbing to me and and and sickening because we're not letting kids be kids we're not focusing on reading and writing what we're doing is we're allowing for some school districts and and thank God I think that

22:02 we're stopping that and we're curbing all of that is we're not letting them be social petri dishes where we could say here let's see what happens when we throw this into the mix when you're five six seven years old and you're starting to get an identity for yourself you know um I think that that's obviously as my voting record certainly has and I think you'll see from the majority is that we we feel that that's something that we um we want to protect people and um you know again when we have said when you're adults you can act as adults but right now as as children we're going to protect

22:41 children from certain ideologies and certain indoctrinations and say look let's focus on things that we can control and do what you talk about at home is what you talk about at home and there's certain once again with respect to those procedures we've taken a stance saying that we're not you know in the state we're not going to allow or sanction any sort of uh of drug therapy or or physical manifestation of of what a social construct may be on a child you know and I think you see that we've taken a very strong stance on yeah um past that you know it it starts to get into well you know we as as a

23:19 society and and what our Norms may be um you know and uh and luckily you know we we still no one's silencing um no one silence voices here and that's that's the rhetoric unfortunately that we get a lot of saying that you're silencing voices and we're not silencing voices at all what we're saying is we're putting in protections we're putting in certain protection well actually it's that it's the opposite really because if you think about even the books you know when you're when you're speaking about the books they're they're asking for books to be allowed in the school libraries that they don't even want

23:51 shown in a um in their school board meetings so I mean I don't know if there's anything you guys can add to that so well I mean I think we've taken a very strong stance on that and saying things are not allowed yeah exactly we have right and we've exposed this right and that and again much to the Chagrin of the left um or or the or the mainstream media that that has taken aim at us saying well you're like you know you're you're like Nazis you know because you want to burn books you want to ban books and that's not true we don't but we we do believe in age-appropriateness well I

24:22 was going to ask what is there is there anything you guys could add to um add to that particular bill that if they're you know if they're books of concern on either side that they have the full ability to be presented within like at least give the parent like a three-minute slot at a board meeting because many times the board meetings are shutting them down I don't know I mean there's one parent that wasn't allowed to show the same photos in a in a book that the school board the school board had sanctioned Ford yeah I don't I mean through third I don't know I you know I don't really know particulars of that what I would say is just to anyone that

25:01 does want to bring forth any sort of concern is to continue the you know board School boards are elected and school boards the answer to communities okay you know and to continue to and to continue to because if it wasn't for that if it wasn't for the voices of parents things like what we had seen over the last two years would have been brought to life yeah and that's happening although they're trying to shut their voices down we have to go I bundle I have to actually get going I have a meeting downstairs well the thing is this there's always going to be

25:26 there's always going to be someone trying to shut up someone else down and the thing is that we say you know we can't be everywhere and we can't just have such a strong hand that we're taking away any sort of local control but the thing is this I would say that shows obviously that there's a problem that people want to right keep people's voices from being heard and if it's an elected body then I suggest as what happened last November we saw an electrifying turnout for school board like never before right people started realizing yes this is policy driven and it's policy driven by people that are elected and you have to get involved and if you don't get involved then you get

26:06 the school board that someone else chose right you know and that's very important as we saw and so I think what to your point I think you saw a shift in how many school boards started coming back to the center or being becoming more conservative again because of that very thing because they were because school boards were silencing parents right and they work for parents right and more people need to be involved in the races yes well everyone needs to be involved you know in voting yes but but it is okay so one other thing um adult the adult entertainment bill so I

26:54 just wanted to give you an idea on that or an analogy in Las Vegas even even in Las Vegas do you know that children have they cannot walk across the carpet into the casino area and they are removed okay so that's an idea for you instead of banning the drag you know instead of telling a private business what they can and can't do just basically say that there has to be a designated area where children cannot see this going on like because like in other words in Las Vegas they can't see a gambling going on

27:25 they're not allowed to step foot on from the carpet Believe It or Not onto hard surface there actually is a law for that and then in restaurants where there is a bar do you know that they cannot they have to be they have to be uh like I think it's 50 feet from the bar it's actually more it's actually stronger law wise than it is here in Florida so that's just an idea for you yeah yeah so I mean that way you're not saying you're not telling a small business what they can again yeah as we come in and we find a child thank you thank you then that's when you

27:59 know the business can be checked that is something interesting to look at to see thank you for listening as all of course thank you appreciate you thank you we appreciate you very much well we just we just we just signed off we passed all of that off the floor that's why we we all support it Hey listen I know you do and thank you and I didn't say that enough no no you got no it's our plan thank you I appreciate thank you oh wait wait "[Music]" "[Laughter]" this is Winston Churchill Churchill Church
