John Walsh Petitioned For The Sale of Meghan Walsh Residence Hiring Same Attorney Used To Terminate Parental Rights For A Divorce Like Petition
According to the Realtor Association of Indian River County #247006, the home Ms. Walsh and her children were residing in sold for $375,000 on November 12, 2021. Ms. Walsh’s name was on the deed as a 50/50 owner. Therefore she should have been entitled to half of the proceeds disbursements. All disbursements were withheld by her father, John Walsh, in Escrow until a hearing that took place on October 31, 2022.
At trial, Meghan Walsh was denied testifying at all. The Judge claimed that Ms. Walsh’s attorney Hollis Mandell had not entered her client on the witness list. Despite Ms. Walsh not being allowed to speak at the trial to defend her position, petitioner John Walsh’s attorney Gregory Hyden was allowed to testify without being on the witness list.
Mr. Hyden, a Palm Beach County Guardian Ad Litem Program volunteer who serves as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem and attends St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church in Boca Raton, took the stand to defend his $50,000 for the housing petition fees.
Despite being the same attorney hired by Meghan’s oldest daughter’s father to terminate her parental rights and claim guardianship over the child he had never seen, helped John Walsh sue Meghan Walsh for all proceeds from the sale of a mutual 50/50 owned Vero Beach home.
Mr. Walsh’s former housekeeper, that testified in the termination of parental rights trial was called to the stand as “Mrs. Walsh” and testified that she was the bookkeeper. At the Termination of Parental Rights trial, she stated she was Mr. Walsh’s Public Relations (PR) person monitoring Meghan’s tweets. She claimed she had never heard or had no knowledge of whether the house was a gift. She stated that Meghan was never responsible for any bills the entire 15 years she had worked for the Walshs.
The realtor that originally found the house stated that he and Meghan went alone to find the property.
This further left Meghan homeless and penniless. According to the virtue signals, Meghan Walsh should be glad that she didn’t have to pay her father back for surrounding her house with a fence and many other upgrades, including the thousands of dollars paid to Cox communications and other service providers that she never requested or agreed to.

November 2022 – A Year Later, Indian River Judge Rules for John Walsh To Collect All Proceeds From Sale of House
Despite Meghan’s name being on the deed as a 50/50 owner of her Indian River Country house, last week, the Judge ruled to determine whether or not Ms. Walsh will receive any part of her half of the funds. Mr. Walsh had petitioned for recovering all taxes, expenses, insurance costs, and attorney’s fees for the home from Ms. Walsh’s half as well.
